I hadn't been in a The Source store in years and I was apprehensive about prices. I was in for a great surprise. I was immediately helped by someone when I entered the store (I think his name was Thomas). He was very friendly and located a product for me to buy immediately. When I mentioned a specific brand he found that for me as well. He let me know the prices so I didn't have to do any looking myself. Not only were the prices reasonable, but I was able to get an extended warranty for only $1 more for my USB stick. All at the recommendation of Thomas. Needless to say, if I need quality electronics again in the future I'll stop by here again! Very quick, easy visit.

When everything and everyone was affected by the pandemic, my Samsung watch got lost in transit when this location sent it for repair. George helped resolves the issue with a replacement. I bought Iphone 14 plus today, and had many mobile models in stock, I had completed my purchase in max 30 min, got credit check done with few seconds and got the mobile in hand. Sales person gave us wrong information and we had lose good deal because of that. Beware of what they say and what they actually deliver. We were promised to get good deal on Nintendo if we purchase iPhone se 2022 but after taking all the charges and everything we were informed that we will get 2021 model instead of 2022 which did not have much difference in pricing but it did have difference in mechanisms and upgrades. We cancelled the deal and wasted our 2 hours there.

Must say, really helpful staff. Certain things got delayed and Mr. Abu - super helpful - did not kind staying back for more than 30 minutes after closing. Of course they got to make a sale, but we got great deals and going out of their way to help us out is a rare sight. Overall a pretty good experience.
