    Bought a Samsung tablet and experienced a yellow discoloration on the screen. Called Samsung and they told me to bring my tablet to this location for warranty as the screen is has burned out. When I brought my tablet here they said there is physical damage to the case. I asked them to show me the damage. They said this edge is not even across the back of the tablet. When I told them the edge is even right across the back of the tablet they then said forget that part, you pressed on the screen too hard. I called Samsung again to explain the situation and they suggested to bring the tablet to UBREAKIFIX. UBREAKIFIX inspected my tablet saying the case is fine and fixed my tablet under warranty since they are an authorized Samsung service center. I SUGGEST AVOIDING THIS LOCATION FOR PURCHASING ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS AS THEY WILL BLAME YOU FOR ANYTHING THAT GOES WRONG TO AVOID ANY WARRANTY REPAIRS!

    I bought a Samsung Electric Range. Watch the video to understand. I can share many other videos too. I reported this to Home Depot the first couple of weeks after I bought it, and they did nothing. I requested a service visit from Samsung and the person (I can not call him a technician) saw the problem and I also showed him some videos. But he did NOTHING except of telling me not to boil water on the range!!! As if I bought it as a decoration. Worst appliance and worst customer service. Totally not recommending.

    I had to get a new phone and when I called the store about getting information and potentially putting a phone on hold. I spoke with an associate named Wayne, he took the time to actually talk and listen to me with questions I had about the product. When I went to pick up the phone at the store. Wayne was fantastic, he was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable about the phone and the different products they carry, helpful by setting my phone up, and being honest. I really enjoyed dealing with the Samsung Experience Store at Scarborough Towne Centre. If you ever need a Samsung please ask for Wayne he is great!

    Came here today for my husband to get a tablet for school. Great staff, super friendly and approachable. The staff made the transition so simple. We did a trade in for a little off the device and it turned to my husband receiving more, from a student discord to other services. At most it was 15 minutes and so quick!

    Jay and the rest of the team, gave me a deal I could not refuse! Great overall experience, even with the store getting busy. Came in to just inquire about a trading in an old phone, and left with a brand new phone, watch and accessories. Would come back again!

    I sent a phone to them for repair. They said they couldn't fix it. Then they said they would maybe give me the value of the phone? I don't know they weren't clear what would happen, except I wouldn't get the phone back. Now they have my phone and keep asking for more and more documentation. I have given them all the documentation I have. They are rude on the phone. They aren't helpful. After you talk to them they won't hang up so you can't give them a review. They have a brand new $1600 phone, and they are just going in circles doing nothing. I probably spend an average of 5K a year on Samsung things. Likely I'm done now ever buying anything from them.

    Zero stars I just paid 3000$ for a fridge, on delivery we noticed that the water line was cracked. I immediately called Home Depot who transferred me to someone from Samsung. He told me that since I did not use an approved installer this was not covered under warranty. I explained to him that this was as we received it, he reiterated that I should use a professional to connect the water line! Seriously!!! I have the waterline I just need to screw two fittings together!!! And I should pay someone to do that!!! The line was cracked when I received my fridge. STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG!!! DISGUSTING SERVICE!

    Poor service - starting at the top with day manager Chirag Patel. It started off well enough with one of the associates, but he had to go through manager for some reason, who gave untrue information, which now appears to be a culture at the store. I did make a small purchase there as I couldn't get it elsewhere

    Chirag the store manager is amazing! He went above and beyond to help me locate the phone I decided to buy. It was not in stock but he took my name and number and called me today as he promised! He helped me with the payment process and assured me that he will assist me to transfer over the information to my new phone. This is my first new phone in ten years and I am an older not so tech savvy woman. I am so grateful for his patience, kindness and help! This is exceptional care and customer service! I would recommend him and this store to everyone wanting to buy a Samsung Product. They are the best as my 10 year old phone is still going strong, but time to update! Thanks Chirag it was a pleasure dealing with you!

    Earlier this year when I purchased my Samsung Galaxy phone, I received a discount coupon that was sent to me via email. A few weeks back (in mid-November, 2022) I placed an order online for Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and I applied that coupon ONLINE on Samsung Website. The Samsung Canada website accepted the order also charged my credit card and sent me a confirmation email. The website also asked me if I want the product to be shipped to my address or if I want to pick it up from a store. I selected the store located inside Scarborough Town center as my pick-up location. All this time it showed that my coupon is valid and applicable. The next morning, I received a pickup confirmation email and also a call from the STC Samsung Experience Store and I was told that my headphones were ready for pickup. That evening I went to pick it up and the store manager refused to give me the headphone and canceled my order. He gave hilarious explanations that Samsung works differently online and in-store, and this coupon that I applied online cannot be used in-store. I told him that I applied the coupon ONLINE and the system gave me the option to select a pick up location. I simply followed the instruction, paid for my headphones, and came to the store to ONLY pick up. This is not a customer's concern if there is any fault with Samsung's online ordering system. Anyways, the store assistant manager as well as his colleagues at the Samsung Experience Store at STC Mall gave me such a hard time, which I do not deserve. So frustrated and disappointed with the overall customer service experience.

    My friend wanted to buy Samsung tablet S8. A God buy. The manager Karthik was a pro in handling the sale. Three stars because there was no seating for the disabled, and I had to stand for quite some. I am sure Samsung can afford some folding chairs.

    Employees were friendly when I came to place my pre-order for S22 Ultra. However, it take forever to hear anything about pick up schedule. I called them 2 times and they said they don't know when I would have it. My friend ordered online 1 week later than me had already received. I came to store 1 time and called once to check and keep receiving aswer that they don't know and they have no schedule. I contacted online customer service, that agent couldn't help anything. Just keep telling me to contact the store without even look at what I ordered and from which store that issue happened. Really disappointed with Samsung service. Pre-order without any estimated schedule. I don't know if Samsung Experience Store is really belong to Samsung Canada. Samsung customer service agent kind of don't care about what customer feel. Thinking about drop that order and buy iphone or Pixel. I didn't have any order problem with them before. Decided to try samsung this time because of their promotion, really disappointed.

    Bought a Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 from Samsung store at Scarborough Town Center just to find 2 weeks later that they are selling it now a 100 dollar less due to pre black friday sale. Contacted the samsung support number available in their invoice for price adjustment and they said they can only do price adjustment if it was bought online and asked me to contact the store. As I am traveling outside Canada I couldnt visit physically, so the support gave me that store's email address. I emailed them and got a response they can not do an adjustment because I bought it from Samsung store not online. I am surprised why service is not available when it's bought from their store? And is this the service I get for paying 550 Cad for a product? I am never buying anything from Samsung stores again ever!! If you want full customer service don't ever buy anything from any Samsung stores!!

    I came in to get a new phone. I dealt with Sandeep S. If you were to look up exceptional customer service, there should be a picture of him. Not only did I walk away with the exact phone I was looking for, he knocked off some fees, thru in a bunch of goodies, and a fantastic plan. Forget going to my service provider next time for a new phone. I'm coming back here.

    I've had one good experience here, out of three. Once, I got great service towards buying a phone. The second time, I felt the rep was aggressive and had a poor process for a return. The third time, the store wouldn't pick up their phone so I went in person to get help. They couldn't help as it was an online order. Then I asked if their phone works - it was on silent and the rep was aware there were three missed calls. Don't think that's a good practice, even during "rush hours" (6.30pm on a Tuesday?) Bottomline: good service in person when it's not related to an online order. Everything else, see if other reviews had an easier time because I didn't.

    While I haven't encountered issues with this specific location, I want to highlight an ongoing problem I've faced with Samsung over the phone. I've been a loyal Samsung customer since the keyboard slide series of phones. However, I'm disappointed by how they treat their long-term customers. My S21 Ultra unexpectedly shut down while I was watching a video in the shower. Despite being marketed as waterproof, it raised concerns when it stopped working. I immediately placed it in rice without plugging it in, questioning how an advertised waterproof phone could fail like this. After about a day, I noticed the charging port wasn't functional, so I resorted to using a wireless charger. To my dismay, the screen displayed a persistent green hue and became unresponsive to touch. Seeking assistance, I contacted Samsung for help, only to be offered the option to send it to a repair center at my own cost. Despite escalating the issue, all I received was an email that seemed likely to provide the same unhelpful response. Interestingly, my wife had a different experience with her iPhone; it was submerged in a bathtub for five minutes without any issues. This comparison highlighted a stark contrast in quality between these two manufacturers. Despite Samsung's elaborate features, their phones seem poorly constructed. I intend to update this review if and when I receive a response from the supposed upper-level email.

    Cheers to Mr. Chirag and Wayne! We went there a week ago to inquire for a phone unfortunately they don't have stock but Wayne took our number and update us! Finally we got the phone we want today! Very accommodating, the store was very busy but Mr Chirag handles them very well, (salute!). Overall service was outstanding!

    I purchased S23 Ultra and they helped me go through all the steps easily. I am really satisfied with the representatives and their supports. I have used Samsung products for more than 20 years. I strongly recommend Samsung stores. If you get a chance, talk to Harpreet from Bramalea and Sandeep from STC for help. Thank to them.

    Tim was amazing! I came to inquire about trading in my Samsung Note 10, Fido was giving me $160 and then I went to Samsung directly and Tim gave me $400 more! He was patient in waitinf past close for all my data to transfer over (I had over 1500 videos). He told me of all the deals and even reduced my bill by an extra $4/month, that never happens with upgrades. Tim made my overall experience a pleasant one. Kudos to you Tim, keep up the good work!

    Everyone be careful don't believe them when you buy new phone and they tells you we will exchange it With new one if there's any manufacturer problems . The guarantee cover only fixing the phone.. You have 14 days only for a complete refund . but any issue after that, they will only fix it . I don't pay 2000 for fixed phone. Very bad service

    I've had samsung phone's for 20 plus years now, when I use to live in Peel region Area the heartland centre location fixed my phone with no problems that's with crack Screen. I would understand water damage. A little crack on the back of the phone. Come on really? After this I'm leaving samsung products for good. My first time going to the Scarborough town location I will never go back there again.

    This place has only phones and tablets. But is possible to get some good deals. I already 3 items from there because the prices were excellent, but some of the top items, you have to order online. The staff are very helpful.

    It was an amazing experience with this location. The store by it self has all the live demo and the people are so friendly, they gave me all the information before I buy my Z fold 3 and flip. I went for few days to check the phone and with all my questions, and the staff was supportive to answer my questions. Great service and great place to buy and experience Samsung. The manager Mr. Chrirag was great to solve the issue with my device as well as for the information for my new device which I bought from there.👍

The staff, particularly our attendant, Guru, managed to give use deals that we didn't find at any of the service providers we went to and spent hours with.     I have been here twice, and my experience was amazing,the young men that helped me on both my visits were great, very efficient and stayed and keep me in gaged in step as they were fixing my phone issue,not once did they just go off and do other things, If they knew we were going to have a wait time they asked if it was okay to help others while we were waiting before just going off, they kept me in eye view incase I needed them right away, that is what I call Wowing the guest. Amazing upbringing as customer service and manner of that quality are taught from the beginning,keep up the great job guys I am sorry I did not record their names but you are amazing I am not your parent but from what I have seen your parents and company should be very proud of you.     Went to purchase a new phone at the Scarborough Town Center.....walked away with an S22 , charger, and case, all set and ready to go. Special thanks to Tim for his patience, and EXCELLENT customer service, as he took the time to make sure everything from the old phone was backed up & transferred. UPDATE: 04/27/22 Returned to the store again because the S22 is about the most complicated, poorly designed phone I've ever had, and I've owned cell phones for about 29 years. That being said, Tim wasn't there when I arrived, so a guy named Coy, /*sorry if I didn't get the correct spelling*/, offered to help, and after well over an hour, was finally able to get the problem resolved to some degree. By this time, Tim had arrived, and since I'd arranged to meet with him on the last visit, I thanked Coy for his help, and completed the rest of my business with Tim, which was setting up a new account . Once again, outstanding customer service from BOTH of these gentlemen. I certainly hope the people that run this location appreciate the value of the people they employ. It's unfortunate though, that the quality and standards of the new Samsung products don't match that of the people they hire.
