when
I
purchased
my
Samsung
Galaxy
phone,
I
received
a
discount
coupon
that
was
sent
to
me
via
email.
A
few
weeks
back
(in
mid-November,
2022)
I
placed
an
order
online
for
Galaxy
Buds
2
Pro
and
I
applied
that
coupon
ONLINE
on
Samsung
Website.
The
Samsung
Canada
website
accepted
the
order
also
charged
my
credit
card
and
sent
me
a
confirmation
email.
The
website
also
asked
me
if
I
want
the
product
to
be
shipped
to
my
address
or
if
I
want
to
pick
it
up
from
a
store.
I
selected
the
store
located
inside
Scarborough
Town
center
as
my
pick-up
location.
All
this
time
it
showed
that
my
coupon
is
valid
and
applicable.
The
next
morning,
I
received
a
pickup
confirmation
email
and
also
a
call
from
the
STC
Samsung
Experience
Store
and
I
was
told
that
my
headphones
were
ready
for
pickup.
That
evening
I
went
to
pick
it
up
and
the
store
manager
refused
to
give
me
the
headphone
and
canceled
my
order.
He
gave
hilarious
explanations
that
Samsung
works
differently
online
and
in-store,
and
this
coupon
that
I
applied
online
cannot
be
used
in-store.
I
told
him
that
I
applied
the
coupon
ONLINE
and
the
system
gave
me
the
option
to
select
a
pick
up
location.
I
simply
followed
the
instruction,
paid
for
my
headphones,
and
came
to
the
store
to
ONLY
pick
up.
This
is
not
a
customer's
concern
if
there
is
any
fault
with
Samsung's
online
ordering
system.
Anyways,
the
store
assistant
manager
as
well
as
his
colleagues
at
the
Samsung
Experience
Store
at
STC
Mall
gave
me
such
a
hard
time,
which
I
do
not
deserve.
So
frustrated
and
disappointed
with
the
overall
customer
service
experience.
