Amazing service. The staff there are extremely helpful. I went in the store looking for home internet and Obaid from Wirelesswave explained all my options quickly and patiently answered all my questions. I got setup in hours with home wifi and a sweet deal plus a free battery bank.

WORST WIRELESS WAVE STORE EVER!! Do not go here. today at 6pm only 1 person and looks so slow and does not want to work. Train you staff and hire that are competent or at least wants to work at all! Edit: My sister came today as well as we just spoke and 1 young guy is there. She tried to inquire but felt the guy does not want to answer or too lazy to work at the moment. You cannot sell or reach the potential of your store with these kinds of employees. you are wasting your money on them and does not care at all.

I've visited this location twice for phone packages in the last month, all due to the service Eric has provided me with. The service provided has been perfect and Eric has always taken the time to explain various options carefully. Will definitely recommend this store and Eric.

I wish I could give 0 stars for the customer service. The salesperson (probably obaid or something) was throwing attitude for walking away from the store. The fact that he was already assisting other customers and throwing this attitude was not necessary. As a customer I can walk away from the store and come back if I get better options. If he doesn't want to sell it's okay but he shouldn't throw his attitude on customers. Good luck with your poor customer service.

Found this location via Google Maps, looking for Virgin Plus. Upgraded my phone online, but needed a case and screen protector. Found both at this store, even though the clerk had to visit another store to aquire the screen protector. That's all I really need to say right? However I will continue with my kudos to Wireless Wave for their excellent customer service, always helpful and knowledgeable staff willing to do anything to make sure the customers are happy. Will continue to do my phone shopping here.

Sahar is one of the most knowledgeable and lovely people you will ever have to pleasure of interacting with. She hooked it up and helped me and my husband decide between the new iPhone and Samsung brands. I'm forever grateful and will recommend all my friends to her.

I had a problem with my laptop and I was advised to take it to Wirelesswave. There were two sales associates that was on duty. They were very polite and helpful. I had to leave my laptop in the shop for a week. On returning the following weekend AJ the young man who I delt with had my laptop ready and in good working condition. I dealt with one of the employees at the store, Anhad and found everything I wanted in my phone in the store because of him. He was super nice and patient with me.
