Wow - Grinch spirit rep tried her best to not help me. I asked about my account three times and she couldn't tell me if I could upgrade or not. Than Told me not to upgrade and just go to tech guys.... Corporate needs to check this kiosk out. Your sending away customers and hiring staff who are not qualified or knowledgeable Never going back. Been with Koodo over 5yrs this has never happened. Avoid this location

Faizan at this store is a great guy. Faizan helped me select a plan than catered my needs. I realized that I was paying around 25$ extra each month with my existing service provider (existing plan had some additional features which I was never using) and Faizan helped in finding a cheaper deal that would suit my requirements. The transfer process was done in almost 25 minutes and was super smooth.

Worst customer service ever. I dealt with rep named Hussain he mentioned that he usually works at some other location and was covering for someone. I went to port over my number to Telus ‘cause I was having hard time doing it over the phone with Telus and they specifically asked me to go to the store with my ID proof. This rep made sure that I had to call Telus after to fix everything he did on my account. He put my name incorrect and promised to fix it and never did cause I fixed it with a Telus agent over the phone. Secondly when I asked if there will be activation charges he said Telus doesn’t have any activation charges and when I signed the contract and read there was a activation charge of $60 he said that I will have to pay it. Come on man you can little truthful towards your work. Even if you get paid minimum don’t fool around people. And if you don’t know your job completely get trained again. I have been working for corporate people for long time so I know how people like these work. It’s not the money it’s the lies and inconvenience you caused me. Telus agent on the phone was quite helpful and helped me every way to fix my account. Hussain if this is not your full time job it still gets you paid so whatever you do you either do it right or don’t do it at all. Imagine having someone doing something like to you and you get to waste your next day just fixing that stuff.

I have been with Rogers since day one (unlimited talk and text package). With the pandemic, I now needed to include a data plan for work. What caught my attention with Koodo was their Shock-Free Data and 4G LTE Speed. They currently have online promotions for back to school, but even better ones in store! The manager, Preethi really took the time to explain the store promotions and the number transfer procedure. As this was my first time signing up with a new mobile company, I really appreciated Preethi’s clarity, knowledge and guidance. She really understood my situation of acquiring data without paying an arm and a leg every month. Even with my many questions, Preethi efficiently processed my application within half an hour.
