I worked here. Nick made me to work extra hours every day without pay and he don't pay 2 weeks of training period. I recommend not to work in this store. Waste of time.

Just Yesterday i bought a jbl speaker from this store, after i bring home i put it on charger, next morning after i wakeup i was trying to listen music from jbl speaker and i tried to on the speaker but it didn't work i even tried to put it on charge it didn't even work, i bought it on 40$ i feel like i wasted my money on water...before if i would have buy speaker from fb market in $40 it would be more worth it.. such a waste of money . i would not recommend this store to anyone ever... my biggest mistakes ever.. one star is also less for this... 0/0

Would give no starts but not an option. Scammers for sure, saw Kijiji ad asked if the orange juicer was new & they said yes. I kept asking after they insisted on "testing it out". I asked again is this a refurbished unit, they were adamant it's a scratch & dent only never used. I asked all the right questions & got all lies, I should have left the store, they seemed suspicious. Well when I got the juicer home it didn't work & there was dried juice pulp on it as it was a return & refurbished unit. I would highly recommend not trusting them, they will say whatever it takes to sell their products. Buyer beware!!

I bought a cell phone on Amazon said it was unlocked T-Mobile phone I called the manufacturer they said the phone was not unlocked why is this guy like to commit fraud does he not know what fraud means then I Google his reviews and all I see is him ripping off his employees and committing more fraud wake up people just because you're going to school doesn't mean you can't get your money from him he actually owes you more money than he then you think 🤔 report him to the city and have him investigated for committing acts of fraud I've already reported you to Amazon have a nice day and have a nice life

Booked a U-haul for mobile pickup, all I had to do was pickup the keys and be on my way. The staff was unsure of how to process which isn’t her fault as training wasn’t there for U-haul but the owner (Shirin Mam) has a stick up her a** and didn’t accept the mobile pickup so she double charged my card with a manual payment and then proceeded to reject the request all from a phone call while she was not at work. Extremely rude to her own staff and even got questioned about her behaviour from her employee, no mannerisms but that’s just how she was raised. A grown women acting like a child and having a temper tantrum. U-Haul even called to see what the issue is but she refused to speak with them and just shouted at everyone

Literally just bought a tv and took it out of the box and it is clearly a not only used tv but also damaged with the previous owner netflix account still logged in...when i asked if it was a used tv the guy told me it was not....how do u all expect ppl to trust u all...y'all that money hungry??

The service of the guy is good but today we came in and the girl took like 20 mins to serve us. We came in for the ion speaker and when she called the guy to ask about the price , we told her we are paying card. She literally told us the sealed box is $200 plus tax so we took the one on display aka OPEN BOX and we asked her before we paid and she said she can do it for $200. Now we go to pay and she says she cant do the $200 unless its cash we told her we said were paying by card. She sold us an open box item for the same price as brand new. Shes a slow worker and she has no clue how to run the store. The worst service ever.

Sorry I have very bad experience and they r very rude with me and they are cheated people not helping customers I never buy anything from there only 3 days return policy.i m very honest with them and they don't like to help me and show me very bad attitude so plz do not go this store

DO NOT BUY A TV HERE! TV testing will be done on a light scale where you can’t see the broken LCD. With receipt, they do not honor warranty, refund or exchange. Scammers!

I bought a cellphone, and 24 hours after I went back for exchange, but I was desappointed, they refused. I can't recommand this store, it's bad.

Very bad place for shopping here. Please please avoid this place for your shopping. This place is just for cheating and fraud. I bought a small washing with dryer on 14th of June. The drain was not working and all the water getting into the dryer part. I brought the machine in end of June to exchange it or fix it but they didn’t do that. They have already told me that you can fix or exchange it in a month but not refund. So, I told them to please exchange or fix it now because I need it but they didn’t. When I brought it to home again, it had the same problem. Then, I brought it again to the shop and tell them that the problem is still there because the drain is not working. The manager told me, let me talk to the owner but the owner didn’t accept. When I talked to the owner and told him the whole story. He didn’t accept and just cut down the call. I am so disappointed that I had a purchase from this place. Then they took the machine to fix it or replace but after passing around 4 months, I got the machine. In this whole period, I went for around 10 times to solve the problem. Furthermore, they removed all the handwriting after I left the shop and the bill is attached. Very shameful…

Worst store ever. I wouldn't recommend any student to work here, the owner will make you work for 5 days and more, expects you to know everything within that period. Don't waste your time here rather go where you are valued and welcome.

Among the rudest, Self opinionated People... Overheard the owner telling a customer that has been waiting for a 1/2 an hour That he doesn't need them because he is a millionaire and his family are millionaires in India, And they don't need Canadian customers.

I have purched a LED samsung Tv. You know what guys I got that 82" tv for 1000 bucks. I am using it since 8 months, and I have very good experience with this store. I highly recommend this store for buying any electronics items.

Purchase Sony 65' inch tv 2 months back and kinda forgot to put my review so here it goes. The tv was offered at good discount and the picture quality is just out of the world. Would recommend this store to my friends and family. Will visit soon for washing machine and other few appliances.

I worked here for a long time , nick was intially very sweet but later he did not pay me for 2 weeks He owes me 500$ As a student those 500$ meant everything to me, don’t work here , nick is a liar and never answers your phone if you ask for money !!

The lady that was running the store was nice, I came to buy a microwave and had to help take it down for them since none of the employees could move it, all items were priced incorrectly so double check what the “actual” price is, the microwave works amazing though!

Look, it’s been over 5 years buying petty stuff here but, you learn how this business owner runs the business - zero customer service, NO warranty, No refund.
