As always awesome coffee and awesome staffs!! Great place to start your day! I absolutely love this location. Rarely go inside, generally use drive thru. Always get great customer service from baristas/cashiers, very friendly bunch.

Friendly staff and great turnout in quality of drinks. Remember getting a latte here a few years back and it was just ok. But today turned it all around. 4 cold drinks and no mistakes made. Even when 2 were basically the same, just that one was decaf. Staff are very understanding as we thought the wrong size was given but it’s just fr an angle and us jumping the gun to try and correct it before they made it lol but they were spot on 100% Will definitely be coming back for my Starbucks fixes when visiting my friend in the area. I am just updating some of my reviews as Google reminds me every so often. The only thing I have to add is my wife loves their Pumpkin Spice Latte. And that is the only reason for visiting Starbucks coffee houses. But I still feel that they are ENORMOUSLY over priced. I don't understand how people are continually supporting these outrageous prices. Those who do, must have an enormous disposal bank( money), account to support this habit on a regular. Inflation has hit us all. And yet these businesses continue to flourish. 🤷‍♂️ Today I ordered a Dark Roast brewed coffee. And when I got to the bottom of the cup. The quantity of grinds was overwhelming. This quality is quite low for this level of establishment and price point. I am not a frequent customer of SB. However, this is unacceptable at any frequency. It's no wonder the coffee was especially bitter today. I have pictures that I would like to include if allowed. Friendly barista staff members who know how to whip out a good drink every time I stop by. Always asks how I am doing when waiting for my order. Will be back again.

I did not have the most pleasant experience. I had order my drink with light ice as it says on the label and the employee did not make it with light ice I politely stated it had asked for light ice but the employee turned around and put the drink back added a little bit of milk blended it and put it back in the cup added some sort of sauce. This is the drink the employee gave me back with supposed “light ice”. Additionally, I had asked for extra cookie crumbs and she did not bother to put it on she just took it from the blender at put it in my cup. Also she did have a little bit of attitude on her but that’s not what bothered me it was that my order was done wrong and she did not bother to do it correctly. Their were other issues I had but I would prefer if I can speak with the manager about that. Thanks for your time

This was one of the best locations friendly staff and all. But lately the management has changed and the attention to order detail has gotten bad. I ordered 3 drinks, they didn’t have the venti cups and place the orders in trenti, the cups were not filled up. I spend $15-25 daily here, why couldnt the cups be filled to the top? Or put on the app that the cup size wasn’t possible. The other thing, no try. I do not drive and rely on ttc. I got instead a bag with try for takeout. But I’m really surprised at the late of packaging and care.

I ordered a shaken espresso and this is what they gave it to me. Definitely ridiculous.

This location has consistently messed up orders for us and I think today was just the tipping point for me. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, only got the bagel. They don't even put the cream cheese on it for you, all they are required to do is pick up the little pack and put it in a bag for you. They somehow messed that part up. I guess I should've checked the bag before leaving.

I just ordered java chip frappuccino and white hot chocolate, I asked for an extra whipped cream for both and extra chocolate chips for the java chip but they did not add it, this is the first time that Starbucks failed to deliver what I ordered.

Great location, small, so on busy days you gotta fight for a seat, (not literally), but it's good when you can enjoy alone time sitting down. Employees are friendly and helpful. Met a nice stranger while enjoying my hot drink one day, which made for great conversation and made the time fly by.

Not sure if this is the right location, but this review is for Bryan at Victoria Park and consumers. He was great at recommending a drink for my taste (Mocha Cookie Frap) and he was very friendly as well. It felt like visiting an old friend ❤️ loved the atmosphere here. There was also another lady that was very friendly but I didn’t get her name. Definitely making this my go-to location! Thank you so much Bryan and staff!

Today we went through the drive thru, the experience from start to finish was incredible. TJ reminds me of how customer service used to be, and how it should be!! He was friendly and energetic, inviting and interesting. This guy loves his job, and loves the customer experience! Can we clone him????

I ordered a tall latte. There were four employees, and no one was waiting for their drink after I placed my order. They weren't friendly and didn't look like they were doing their job. I ordered a tall latte, but they gave me a tall iced latte. It was a waste of money and time. I guess Starbucks doesn't check the quality of their employees and drinks these days?

Standard Starbucks drinks, but the inside of this location was super nice and spacious, and they also have a nice shaded patio set-up. The baristas were also super friendly, attentive, and helpful.

Bright pleasant well lit with natural light, prompt courteous service, hardworking staff. Floor should be mopped not swept to avoid kicking up dust and bacteria into the air. My espresso on ice was jut right and of consistent quality. Free parking

This Starbucks is so cute! The staff are so friendly and the service is always speedy. It gets busy in the mornings, but so does every coffee shop. The seats are mostly empty around noon so its perfect if you want to get some work done. There's also wifi and the washrooms are clean. It's by an intersection so it gets loud and the parking is a bit awkward. Overall, it's one of the better Starbucks in the city.

Went with my mom. We had really quick, kind service and the staff were very helpful. We sat outside on the patio-it was spacious and relaxing

Ari and Julianne were the most sweetest touch to my day, such sweet ladies the service here is amazing they will make you feel so welcomed I really enjoyed coming to this location and recommend it to everyone! Please pay attention when you are at work. Every time I got a different drink but same order lol

I recently have visited this location and it was the worse Starbucks location I have been to they are so slow made me wait 20 minutes for my drink and I order a ice chai late with cold foam and cramel drizzle I got 2 of them and the old guy who made it made it completely different as they were the same drink it tasted horrible and this is my regular drink I get the management should be aware of this to provide a good customer service for the customers

Really love this place. Staff are nice. Customers around here are pretty clean. The seating spaces are quite spacious and there are sharing places and quiet areas available. Love it. Coffee, tea, bakery, sandwich, cake, salad are available. it is an ideal place for taking a short break. Kind staffs also adds the charm.

One of the best locations, staff is always nice and chipper for it being hella early... also they make the best lattes. I don't usually go to starbucks because most of the time the lattes taste like flavoured milk but here it taste as a latte should... keep up the amazing work guys and keeping setting the bar of what all starbucks should be...

I had an issue with my Starbucks points. The supervisor basically said there’s nothing she can do and that it is what it is. She really did not care. Other staff were great.

I ordered Java Chip Frappuccino through Ube Eats but I got this! They always made mistake..If you make a call they never answer! Poor Customer Service!

I visit this place quite often and I’ve seen this store is getting worse in terms of the quality of drinks/service, they messed up with orders, they made drinks in wrong size and they were not apologetic, even at one time, while waiting for my drink I witnessed they bullied one of the staffs, I don’t think as a customer I needed to see how they back stabbing their colleagues and the big eye rolling was really impressing🤣 anyway, my latest order didn’t taste like coffee at all, for a minute I thought I got COVID so I could not smell the coffee aroma until someone confirmed the caramel macchiato I ordered was tasteless, I was happy that I didn’t get covid but sad that the $7 drink tasted so bad 🤣

Waited 20 minutes for my mobile order placed at least 7-10 minutes before I arrived, making me late for work. It wasn’t even busy inside the store except for other mobile orders … there was only one employee completing these while at least 3-4 others just stood around. It would’ve been an even longer wait time if I hadn’t approached the only barista who seemed to be working and asked about my order when another employee who had been standing around stepped in to help him. I understand that baristas are assigned to certain stations but when you are not busy you should step in when you see your co-workers struggling. Seems like management needs to be more present at this store. Also, at many other locations baristas ask for your name so they can pull up your order if you’ve been standing around for awhile, doing that at this location would certainly help.

It would be 5 stars if they had menu items in stock. No matter how early you order, they barely have certain breakfast options.

I come here frequently for 4+ hours to do work or study. This location has to be my favourite place to get stuff done. Environment: First, the ambiance of the cafe is cozy and calming. The staff adds to the environment, or truly makes the environment because they’re just that friendly. The cafe is spacious and equipped with plenty of seating inside and outside, a hand full of outlets, 2 washrooms, fast wifi, and free parking spaces. Hence, if you’re a student or a worker, this is a really good spot to get work done. But also a cute spot to drink a cup of coffee to yourself or catch up with friends. Food/Beverage Quality: I ordered a lot of different drinks here with various modifications (such as dairy used, quantity of shots, or what type of shot). I found that it did not matter which barista made my drink as the quality was always consistent and above expectations. They also have a good diversity of food items which are all really good. In summary, this is such a great cafe. The service is fast, but food/beverage quality and customer service always exceeds expectations.
