    They always cheap out and charge for extra because in a low income area sadly. Love to charge extra .1-.2$ for items compared to other McDonald’s. Why would they do that in this area? I would avoid this one as you can see in my photo here they only fill the large fries 3/4 of the way. Not the first time probably not the last.

    No were near what macdonals is advertising for there mac crispy.. Got this last night with dry chicken and burnt bun.. taster like an 5 hours old sandwich.. really disappointed.. was in hurry didn’t get the time to go back and get it changed.. really bad..

    The silly and forgetful McDonald's employee forget our order. We waited for over 20 minutes. If the order is ready, just give it to us. Why should we tell you to give us our order? Poor customer service. You need better training or else I'm not coming back here. Take notes or write the order down, seriously. Give us the order when it's ready! Start training again!

    Worst McDonald's ever. Their Kiosk is a joke. Literally waited until I paid for my sundae to say they can't print it. The staff is moronic. Leaving the order to melt without even calling anything, but the order number. By the time I got it, it was already so melted that my hands were covered in ice cream. Either that place straightens up or it should shut down. Never shopping there again.

    Hi guyz. For a junior chicken meal to get fresh and well done. They drove me all around back in the queue. So i guess if they need so much time, they don’t make fresh.

    Came here last time with a couple of friends after studying for several hours. Waited for 45 minutes at the drive thru. Ordered $40+ worth of food including 3 junior chickens, 1 chicken burger, 10 piece chicken nuggets, 3 cokes, 2 large fries, and an ice cream. When we had got back to campus, we came to realize that they had charged me for the 3 junior chickens but to our surprise there was one 1 junior chicken in the bag. Not only that, but the chicken in my chicken burger that I ordered wasn’t even fresh. It was cold and it didn’t look fresh. Never coming back this specific location AGAIN!!!

    Went through the drive thru a few days ago, waited about 25 minutes to get to the last window, the staff allowed people without vehicles to walk in front of me and make purchases at the window instead of serving me. When I got to the window, there were about 12 cars behind me, and I was told that they couldn't take my payment without even attempting to, and that I had to go back around and wait for some reason. It made absolutely no sense, as you pay at the second window at that time of night, so going back around would do nothing but make me wait for all the guests behind me while I've just ordered an iced coffee. I went to this McDonald's the very next day, ordered an iced coffee, and they gave me one without any cream. When I came back, they wouldn't give me a new one, I reordered it, waited and didn't get any caramel flavouring, despite paying for extra, twice now. Absolutely abhorrent service, and quality control.

    Don't be fooled...all people writing good reviews must work there. Food was cold and so where the fries. I think there where 10 fries in the medium I received. I would give zero stars if I could...they never have the order right and always forget something. I would recommend going anywhere else!!!!!!!!! Also, my daughters pregnant friend just got frozen pancakes...now we know McDonalds serves frozen pancakes, act like it is fresh WOW!!!!

    At the Morningside and Kingston location, I ordered a Fish Filet combo with coke to drink with medium fries, and I requested an additional order of Large fries. This is what I paid nearly $17 for. Look at my large fries. Just look at them, they are not even full to the top, nothing in the bag. This location ripped me off. My combo was like $8.50 using a coupon code from the app, and so my fries costed an additional $7? I didn't even care about the money as much as I'm mad they didn't fill up my fries. I didn't get what I paid for.

    Beautifully presented breakfast from a kitchen that obviously pays attention to presentation. With no English muffin it's a perfect gluten-free meal for a celiac. The staff at the front counter were very friendly and knowledgeable as I watch them interact with many customers as I waited for my meal to be prepared. The young man working the cash and serving the drinks was so dynamic and engaging with the customers and such a pleasant personality. I hope I read his nametag right, PJ keep up the awesome job!

    Ordering at the drive-thru the employee has me read out the number of my code for a $1.00 drink three times (ie. asking me to refresh the code over and over because she says, "the code says invalid"). After the third time I drove forward to show her my phone, need I say, by that time I was incredibly frustrated and felt super stupid waiting... which seemed totally unnecessary. Why would the employee not ask me to pull to the window instead; instead of have me continue to talk into the speaker box? Poor problem solving skills. Definitely better training needed.

    Enough is enough, I had it with this location. I do food delivery and working at night is by far the worst when picking up orders at most McDonald locations. I generally wait patiently and acknowledged they can get busy and every one would have to wait. Tonight this location really disappointed me. I wait 20 minutes in the cold, I noticed there were cars in the drive-thru, and when I asked the staff, that handed me my order, "why did it take so long?". I was provided with some lame excuse from 3:30am to 5:00am they shutdown to clean everything to prepare for breakfast. Does that make sense? For the person in charge or cares about this location's revenue or growth, is it okay to close the business for 1.5 hrs to prepare for breakfast? Why is this location still listed online as a 24 hrs location if 1.5hrs of shutdown time is required. Why is this location still taking mobile orders if they need to shutdown for 1.5 hrs? When I finally got the order the bag felt a little light and I checked the receipt and it was an order for ONE Hamburger. I can't believed I waited 20 minutes for this location to produce ONE Hamburger and bag It with no vehicles in the drive-thru. Unacceptable!

    First, staff doesn't wear any hair-net or gloves. So, hygiene is an issue. Secondly, they messed with my order. I ordered McEgg muffin & they gave egg& bacon, which I don't eat. Thankfully, they changed it after complaining.

    Fast service. Friendly workers. Lots of parking. It wasn't so busy when I stop here and pick up food about 9am. Inside more elderly enjoying their meals. It has drive thru and also open 24 hours. I would like to recommend this McDo location...

    Today was literally the most embarrassing day for me , i along with my friends just riding by the mcd and thought of having Mc flurry since the dine-in was closed we got into the drive-through lane on our bicycle, after 10 mins of being in the queue one of the members rudely denied to take our order because we were on bicycle, he straight said that you need a car to place an order. We were gonna pay, we were in line , we waited for our turn. This is really too harsh and rude. I also work at a drive-through and we take bicycle orders there , it doesn’t seem to be a problem for us as long as the person is in line and ready to pay. Putting it all aside the staff didn’t even have the correct way to talk to customer.

    My review must of been too long for it not to show up. But last time I waited behind 2 vehicles that moved up, I was the third car. Once I reached the speaker to place my order. I waited about 12 minutes before someone said hello, what can I get you. I placed my order for filet of fish, drove past window 1 because they were accepting payments at window 2. The cashier (male Indian) said their debt machine was giving them issue, if I can try another card, I said sure. Tried about 3 of my cards, and tried multiple times. After waiting to pay for my meal which I asked to be freshly made, was ready to be served to me. It was ready to be handed off to me but they couldn't accept my payment option. The guy harrased me if I had cash, then asked me to drive around to window 1 that I drove past to pay after waiting so long. So, I told him that wouldn't be fair to me. I seen cars in my rear view and if I went around to pay, no body would give me way to reach window 1 because people would think I'm trying to bud the line without knowing I was going around to pay. Get my drift? It wasn't my fault and it wasn't fair to me to go around either. The manager also wanted me to go around, and I said nope, I'll wait here to pay but I won't leave or go around. Worst customer service, no line up, yet I had to wait nearly 17 minutes to get my meal. I was the third vehicle in line, and then 6 vehicles pull up. The customer service at this location is below par. No logical reasoning skills.

    This is one of two locations that Ill go to in my area. The service whether drive through or walk in/take out is fast and friendly. Always greeted with a smile and the reconfirmation of my order is greatly appreciated. Food is alway hot and my shake is perfect.

    Very bad customer service they made me Waite in the parking for 15 minutes just for fish fillet. When they bring my order to my car it’s was completely different burger and now I’m waiting again for my original order

    Ordered some food after work around 2AM and I was followed by 4 Toronto 'bucktees' blocking the drive thru. You guys need to do better as a business to keep the drive thru safe for patrons. I feel sorry for women that would have to potentially deal with this situation.

    Me and my friend wanted to go get some food because we walked on my church with you that she go to 4350 Lawrence and me and him had so much fun. It is so delicious like the food that actually made it probably it was quick and the fries weren't cold. They were actually freshly made and also that the food was amazing.

    this place is so dirty, even if you clean it. The employees feel like the customers are unclean and the customers sometimes feel the same way about the employees - I handed the cashier a $20 and she took it with a napkin? I'm an incredibly clean graphic designer that wears frequently dry-cleaned and ironed clothing, I just dont understand. The lighting and atmosphere are questionable, I know its not mcdonald's fault people loiter outside the establishment sometimes, but they only revitalized the outside, where people loiter - the inside is still this run-down forever-greased tables and chairs situation from what feels like the early 2000s, right after they got rid of the cool retro look and made mcdonalds look like a depressed adult instead of a happy child.

    SCAMERS FOR SUMMER DEALS: I've gone to this location several times for their summer deals. $1 drink apparently isn't for larges even though you can get it for $1, at their location, using the app. They will make up an excuse not to give you the deal. Just use the app and if they say something is wrong show it to them at the window. Hard to agrue with the evidence right there. Honestly, just go somewhere else who's honest. Save yourself the headache. I've gone here pultiple times and it's always the same thing.

    PJ was very pleasant in taking our order. He is what customer service should be: served with a smile. While waiting for my order, I did notice that he was attentive to not only the other customers after me but his coworkers as well. It's really nice to see that there are still people like this. We didn't have to wait long for our order either which is always nice.

    One of the worst Mac Donald’s I ever seen. Guys they won’t serve the food on time. If your order on table service they will take 20 - 25 mins to serve it. Don’t spoil the name of Mac Donald’s and make people disappointed.

    Horrible service! They need to revamp their staff members as they clearly don't care about their job. When you order from this place, you have things missing in your take out bag like condiments, maple syrup, utensils, butter, even a yogurt in my Happy Meal. These people don't care whether it's in the bag or not.

    Got parked for sundaes and mcflurries, which was fine. 15 minutes later we go in to find out what's taking so long, to find out that they didn't even start making our order. When questioned, your manager had no explanation, offered no apology and just seemed to not know what he was doing. Then offered to bring out the ice creams for us while we are already in the store. Not sure if all the staff there was just having a really off day or management is just completely inept.

    Not a bad place, been coming here every now and again since me and my wife moved here. Food is decent. Staff are always helpful. As for the people that come here, well that's a different story.

    Ordered a Fish Fillet Combo. The sandwich was good and the fries were cold as they had never been to any oven. They give you a drink instead of coke zero you get diet coke and don't even give you a straw. You make payment they say payment didn't go through, you pay again and later find out you were charged twice, upon asking they say the payment should come back in 24 hours if it doesn't come back tomorrow to get the payment. It means i will have to drive 30 minutes again for 11 dollars.

    I have been ordering specific tea at McD from very long time but this was the first time when I came to know that adding two bags would actually mean that I have to pay price for two tea and not for just two tea bags. Also, night time manager was rude. I would request McD to train her one more time.

    Love Mc Donald's and for the most part I always love eating at McDonald's since I was a kid. Sorry I no longer eat at this location, I will tell you why,the staff are younger and very disrespectful to customers, yelling and screaming at the drive thru The ice machine been out of order for month's. Place is following apart, food on tables and washroom disrespectful. Would not recommend bringing family members. I hope the owner of this site will review his staff and make some changes. Peace

    I was here recently. The parking lot was a bit tricky and limited, but the restaurant is typical McDonald's, but the people who work here are excellent. Really polite, helpful, friendly and efficient. Except for one, they all seemed to be immigrants and they work extremely well as a group. Good leadership, I think. Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised at how the customer service was top notch like this. Good place for a quick bite.

    It was ok, not very fast in person, confusing dots on the floor, 1 cash open and not a very knowledgeable staff working the cash, they do allow some indoor seating. If ur Not in a hurry, ur fine, if u are - u probably wont like the delays.
