    The manager in this McDonald’s needs to be retrained. No customer service skills at all. We placed our order on the kiosk and chose the option of having t brought to our table. After a few minutes this lady manager came out with a tray of our order, set the tray down on a different table without saying anything and left. The girls sitting at that table were bewildered as they did not order anything. Fortunately the girl at the counter that I approached and told the incident about was nice enough to apologize for their manager’s behavior.

    Jane, the shift manager from this location has no insight on basic customer service. We ordered 3 junior chicken combos and kids meal combos from drive through. Upon arriving home, we saw that a chicken was missing. We called to see if they would just offer a voucher or offer to pick up the Sandwich, but she went on for 5 minutes, initially blaming us entirely for missing the chicken, then later passive aggressively apologizing to pick up the chicken. How do people like this move to this position? Never going back to this location again, or maybe McDonald's in General.

    This place needs better and trained staff, they miss something or the other every time I get something from here. First I ordered through Mobile and waited like 25mins at the Curb to get my food. It never showed up and when I went on the Drive through to enquire, they said I ordered to pick up inside store(100% Wrong) and since I was so mad about how long it took, I did not check the food. Went home and realized there are a few missing items. Not cool at all 😒

    Made me wait 15 minutes for a drive through order. Had to go in and inquire about the order ( they were probably slaughtering the chicken to make the order) The manager apologized and gave me large fries . I left the store and went on my way to work and noticed they gave me the wrong sandwich. This is where i draw the line if you're gonna take 15 minutes and still mess up my order that's just incompetents at its best. Went back to the store the manger gave a refund and offered a new sandwich. At this point I was already running late and didn't want to wait for them to slaughter the chicken again so I left without anything. This store is the direct opposite of fast food. Double check your order before you leave. If they tell you to wait in a reserved spot go into the store because most likely they forgot about you.

    Ordered Pick your own 6 muffins from McDonalds today they have blueberry, carrot, banana chocolate chip, cranberry and fruit and Fibre. All the flavours are delicious and the muffins are large with a nice muffin top. Price is reasonable and goes great with Tea! Nice breakfast on the go!

    The manager in this McDonald’s needs to be retrained. No customer service skills at all. Every time we order something from that restaurant if you don’t check your order for sure you’re missing the item they don’t check their order before they handing out to customer it’s so inconvenient. even when we order through other app when you receive your order for sure they’re missing either one items or giving you a wrong item this McDonald’s is very bad customer service it’s better to go little far but choose another McDonald’s this stuff really really need to get retrain because they want to do it fast but they don’t wanna do a proper order wasting time and money

    Dec-15-2021 Terrible experience manager call (Joyce) was boldly disrespectful on the microphone when taking order being very rude & prejudice for no apparent reason. when pulled up to pick up my order I asked who's on the microphone talking like that the stuff have no clue which is Lane #1 from #2 & who took my order? Finally Joyce pulled up to the window the saying rudely what's the issue ask her for name and why she's being rude and nasty to customer for no reason her response was we don't know what you're talking about I was talking to the other customer on the next Lane. Very deceitful and deceptive attitude and behavior.

    I never write google reviews but I made a skip the dishes order and ordered 4 egg and cheese sandwiches. I made sure to say no meat. I work in the food industry and know that when you order from skip the dishes, the workers are able to see any note on the order that is added by a customer. I get my order delivered and all the sandwiches have meat. I call McDonald’s and tell them they made my order wrong thinking they’ll make it again and I can pick them up. The lady was the “general manager” and said she received no note and that it’s our problem to solve and we had to get a refund from skip the dishes. I get a refund and make the order again and make the same note and I call McDonald’s to make sure they see that note. When I call, a different McDonald’s worker said they seen my last note on my previous order and see my note now. So the general manager lied and could’ve just made new sandwiches, it’s not gonna make u go broke lol.

    Honestly, can never get orders right. Ordered happy with nuggets what I received instead was burger. Customers service from some staff at midland and lawrence Location are the worse. Katie and Atara should not be dealing with customers they are very rude and poor customer service.

    30 November: Ordered a MCCrispy meal from here today. The chicken was a bit overcooked and tasted bad. The fries were good though. Also the banana muffins had the classic Mcdonalds feel. This location is a bit slower than other locations I visit.

    Saturday Aug, 3/22 @ 12:10 am. My husband and I got 2 con ice cream from drive-through. At the window we saw these 2 ladies touch the top and round of con ice cream .🍦 we request it to get them with napkin or don’t touch them. They gave us really bad attitude. The one that brought the ice creams. She turned back and lift her shoulder told the other ladie something with very bad acting face. Then she changed the ice cream with the gloves. Worst customer service. 🤮😡😡

    The worse mcdo I've ever been at. Drive thru was slow and employee does not know how to take orders properly. I had a mobile coupon and was instructed to give it in next window. When I got to the window the mcdo employee did not honor it even after I explained that was what was instructed and told me "sorry next time give it ahead of time". My partner also has had bad experience here where they served him Jr chicken that was frozen in the center. This place has been disappointing us time and time again. Management has to do something about their employees' competency, otherwise this place will keep getting upset customers and be under rated.

    This location only focuses on the drive thru. Walk in is super slow, restaurant is dirty, washrooms at least the men's are super dirty. Urine on floor, paper on floor, toilet had feces on lid. Coffee slipped at entrance by doors. The staff did keep the patio and outside around parking very clean. One of the self serve terminals does not work once you get to end of your order. Took over 20 minutes to get 4 cappuccinos.

    Worst store experience. I was not given extra sauce that I ordered and paid. When I went back and informed the guy that the sauce was missing, he doubted and refused to give (worth 60 cents) the sauce. He rather asked me to return the entire stuff, which I did, and I was refunded less amount than what I paid. I escalated this matter in writing to McDonald's Head Office in Toronto. No response as yet from the store. This proves the arrogance of the staff, fully supported by McDonald's and seconded by the store owner. Will never again visit this store. Caution: Always check your stuff before leaving the counter as they do not trust nor believe in "Customer is always right"

    I've had problems with this location for years they get lazy in the night with your order. I've raced to this location numerous times to make it just in time before they switch to the breakfast menu and they will shut down the whole location sometime at 3:30am, 3:40am, 3:45, 3:50am and tell you that they need time to switch things around for the breakfast menu. I've been to plenty of McDonald's locations all over the city and they will serve you lunch/dinner options up until 3:59-4:00am. This location has failed me so many times!!!! Can you imagine driving late night wanting a sandwich and being told 30 -25 mins before 4am that they've shut down to prepare for breakfast and you can't even make it to the next nearest McDonald's because you simply won't make it in time. The old Jamaican lady is very polite at this location that's the only good thing I'll say about this location.

    They're alright. That clown isn't too bad. And hey maybe he's not even a clown, maybe he's just some homeless guy that can't afford clothes and found the clown suit and now he's on the come up selling burgers to kids across America. Amen to that. God bless America and our right to bear arms.

    Came here with family and ordered a fish fillet burger; all burgers were not fresh, and it was disappointing. The service was good and helpful. They helped me navigate the McDonald's app; also, were very kind. The store had a lot of places to sit. The washroom did smell, and I didn't go in; I was sitting near the washroom and could smell the stink, I moved to another seat farther away from the washroom.

    I was very disappointed. I ordered 3 drinks through the drive-thru at about 2:15pm today, with confirmation twice on the speaker and the counter. End up, I found out they gave me a Small orange pekoe with double double( I ordered a Large orange pekoe with 2 milk only) when I back home. If any chance in the future, I would rather order in store than through the drive-thru.

    Limited parking at the front of this location for mobile orders. South side of Lawrence east of Midland. The bus stop is steps from the building. There is plenty of parking at the back; however, you have to walk to the front adjacent to the drive through, watch the cars. Great location for students, see plenty of them when I was there.

    Bought strawberry milkshake but turned out to be strawberry milk "due to machine not working right as its summer", as per the manager, I suggested why even bother selling in the first place, he said "we have to". I just asked for a refund and left. I am sure he wouldn't like it if I gave him the same response if we switched roles. I'd had no problem if I didn't get what i want but would always appreciate humility from the management.

    There is a lady works night shift name Moline. She is the most nicest, kindest souls on earth. I’ve been buying food for past 2 years almost every other night from this McDonald’s. This lady Moline is the kindest human to me. Words can’t express how nice of a person she is. Always patient and really sweet. She needs a raise no doubt. McDonald’s is lucky to have her. Hope y’all appreciate her ❤️

    I ordered a Big Mac with no meat They gave it to me without cheese I went back asked if she was the manager She rudely said yeah I told her there’s no cheese on my burger Instead of making me a new burger They threw cheese on it and gave it back (The buns were cold) I also tried the new garlic seasoned fries with my order and they were cold as well. Big Mac No Meat isn’t a hard order and shouldn’t take so long even to just put cheese on it Thursday December 7th was when I came and I spoke to the manager girl on duty in the afternoon skinny with dark hair

    I've been going here for years, and the last time I had a positive experience, I was in elementary school. Constantly screwed up orders, they're NEVER accurate. Here are a few anecdotes: I order a plain cheeseburger. Nothing on it but cheese and burger patty, sometimes I want something simple. Then, they put ketchup on it. When I ask them why, they respond that "it's just ketchup! It's still plain!" That's not what I ordered. Countless times, my father ordered food from them EXPLICITLY without pickles. Everything on, but the pickles. Guess what he got, like, all the time? Pickles! So after years of not ordering from them, I decide to order something simple to cater for a party. Half a dozen cookies, two glazed donuts and a chocolate donut. Naturally, I get one glazed donut, a sprinkle donut, and INSTEAD of a chocolate donut, an extra cookie. Seriously? I get if you were out of stock, or something, but at least notify your customers before you rip them off. Finally, the location itself. It's always sticky, super dirty, and just kind of gross. Granted, it's next to a high school and knowing teenagers, that just kinda happens, but I rarely see an effort to clean up.

    This location is one of the SLOWEST McDonald's franchises in the city. 70% of the time I have come to the drive thru, I'm told to wait in the reserved area because my order isn't ready yet. Customer service/employees are also extremely slow and careless. As a franchise known for their quick service, this location gives the brand a bad reputation.

    What happened to this place? I just had a liquid Sausage and Egg Mcmuffin!!! I just can't ever go back to this place after this disgusting experience. So sad. This used to be my favourite McDonald's. Nope. No more!

    this is not one of the good McDonalds. they forget items and I havn't had a fully cooked order of fries from here once. It seems like this location has been struggling for over a year. I guess head office doesn't really care what their restaurants do. also they are out of monopoly game tokens. just a fyi.

    Very unhealthy low quality food. Never eaten mcdonalds for a long time and the food does not taste like actual food. When you eat the food, it feels like you are consuming a bunch of chemicals. They also have the audacity to charge us exorbitant prices. Really regret what I have eaten. Wish I could give 0 stars

    They sell worst poutine and sandwiches. I ordered the poutine with extra gravy and even got charged for that, but all i got was a box full of fries with some cheese curds and not even regular gravy. Plus ordered a sandwich with extra items but my sandwich was completely messed up with full of lettuce inside. Never ever going back to this location. They totally messed your food up and charged you for everything. They deserve review stars in negative. Too disappointed.

    I ordered from phone app to save time. As I went their for pick up the, lady told me to wait as it gonna take some time, so i asked her how long? She was blanked she said they have big order right now can’t tell. So just to confirm, I asked if they got my order, she was blanked again and said we have a bigger order here. I waited for 10 minute and was getting late for my work. App was showing order was ready to pick up. Even after 10 mint i went back and the lady still didn’t have any idea about the order. So I have to cancel the order. Neither i got my food nor got my money back. It was Sunday night of 30th jan around 10:30pm.

    I went here at 10:30pm today for drive thru and staff that took my order is so friendly, yet she asked me if i want ketchup and mayo and dipping sauce for my chicken nuggets i said yes please. Then when i got home i didn't get any sauce at all. Please next time be attentive to the orders of your customers thanks.

    What an absolute joke. If you like to gamble, this is the place to go. Orders are usually wrong or missing items. I can count on one hand how many orders have not had issues.
