    Big Macs were ingredients were upside down (Photo Not Included). The muffins were in shape as if thrown in, Poor Quality Check (Photo Included). Did Not Receive my proper Order 😕 This particular Location, is Poorly Managed and Staff are either Medicating or simply don't care to put in the work but get paid for it. When I tired calling the store NO one picked UP the Phone, POOR Management!! I'll order at a different MC Ds, even though it will cost a few cent extra but the service and order 👌 This isn't the first time I've ordered here, but enough is enough. People DON'T Pay for poor service, BE BETTER!! As a consumer and you as the service provider your customer expectations should be your first Priority!! I have also gone ahead and sent this message/photo to your Head Office for further inspection. Do Better. - QUALITY CHECK!! If you don't have an Item. PICK UP THE PHONE!!

    It's okay, the drive thru can be long (COVID-19 era) some awkward interactions with staff) managers. Though a did have a beyond good experience with one of the staff who was really outgoing so if it was for that it would be 4/5 Stars, I hope you enjoy your visit.

    Slow service for curb side pick up. Proceed with caution. Took me 20th se to get chicken nuggets. And they weren’t even apologetic about it

    I don't have particularly high expectations from fast food restaurants, but I really feel that I need to share this experience. My friends and I were in the mood for a late night sweet treat, so we ordered two boxes of donuts from this location (in-person). 25 minutes later (I kid you not!) we walked out with the stalest, and most disgusting-tasting donuts I've ever tasted. Totally unacceptable, and the attitude of the staff was beyond bad. Never again!

    I wish I could give zero stars. I know you’re the most popular restaurant in the world, but it’s really crazy to me that this is considered an acceptable assembly and presentation for a burger (with a no bun request). Surely being the biggest chain in the world, you could do better to offer something even remotely acceptable for people who want things customized due to allergies etc. You already do the bare minimum to accommodate allergies (I couldn’t even request whole lettuce for this burger, let alone a lettuce wrap or a gluten free bun). It’s too bad since McDonald’s in other parts of the world have made better accommodations. This is soooooo insanely pathetic and unacceptable.

    Usually, I would let something like this go, but this was the final straw. After having three orders in a row incorrectly done, I gave this McDonald’s one last chance. I ordered a Big Mac, which I haven’t had in quite some time…and I was looking forward to digging in. The Big Mac is my go-to burger, and it’s a jingle I have in my mind when I think of McDonald's, “Two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun.” After my first bite, I noticed something wasn’t quite right… I only had a single patty, and my bun was stale. I don’t recommend this location.

    I ordered large fries and when it was delivered! Oh my! The most saltiest fries I ever tasted and so deep fried looks like recooked or they must have put what was left behind instead of making a new one. Treat your customers properly and if you hate your job don’t work there!!! That’s the only thing I know that makes this fries salty!!

    I have been going to this McDonald’s for 15 years now. They were never the cleanest, never had the best quality food but they were always open! I could pop in at 4 am and still get a decent meal. Sometimes there lines are huge inside and in the drive thru but that’s just how busy this McDonald’s is. Comparing to other McDonald’s in the city this one does a great job of being clean, have decent burgers and fries and still always provide kind service. I’ll probably still be going here for another 15 years. EDIT ——— THIS PLACE IS ACTUALLY TRASH THEY GAVE ME BURGERS THAT WERENT WRAPPED PROPERLY AND DIDNT EVEN BOTHER SAYING NO PROBLEM OR YOURE WELCOME AFTER I SAID THANK YOU 4 times.

    This has to be the worst McDonald’s location by far. If you go through the drive through ordering only a couple of items they’ll tell you to park your car. There’s barely a parking spot in the same drive way as the widows and they’ll likely be full with other cars being told to park so they send you to the larger parking lot which requires you to the enter the plaza. The staff put zero effort in customer service. Highly recommend not going to this location.

    Worst Mcdonalds ever. McFlurry machine is always broken in night time. They make me pay for mayo packets. And even after i paid there was no mayo in my bag. Today i ordered Mc Spicy habenaro and they gave me something else. Even the chicken is black burnt. I had 2 bad encounters with this branch at night. Stop being 24hours and start serving better.

    We asked for sweet and sour sauce, we asked for our fries to be salted ( they haven't salted at this location before ) and we asked for no ice. The staff made sure to do everything the opposite to ... be difficult? I don't know. And we reminded them nicely twice for sweet and sour sauce. I understand they're teenagers but they need to have some professionalism. It's actually ridiculous!

    Drive through was supposed to be fast enough to get your order ready but unfortunately this wasn’t the case. The staff told me to park and wait for my order. They literally forgot about me and when I went there the girl ( I don’t know her name cuz she wasn’t wearing any name tag ) was super rude and even yell at me!!! Can you believe getting an attitude and being yell for a food you pay for??? Unbelievable I wouldn’t not recommend anyone there unless you ready for a confrontation from the staff!!! Worst Mac Donald in Toronto!!!!!

    This McDonald’s has completely no regard for people’s safety. I am a type 1 diabetic and I ordered a sugar free vanilla ice coffee. I ALWAYS triple check and ask them if it’s sugar free because mistakes happen. They assured me it was and i didn’t question it. An hour later my blood sugar is high and I am throwing up. I called and the manager said they would call back to check on me and come up with a solution with the GM. No call. This is a safety issue and they handled it dangerously. They are lucky I was able to manage it myself and didn’t have to head to the ER.

    This location has been the worst in years. Last 5 times. They don't even care I'm giving them monet for food. And they don't give me what I pay for. Manager or lack there of had killed this store. Food quality is horrible. Staff useless. I ask for food. The give me burnt egg mcmuffin. Like the cook didn't care its black burnt and hard. Still decided to send that out. Shows no one cares. I asked to speak to manager after failing to get anyone to pick up the phone.. no one was there. I went back a week later. Still no one. Staff are running around serving food that is unfit for human consumption

    Food was standard. Atmosphere was a little tense with staff not knowing what to do leading to slow service mostly due to lack of communication. There's no BYO mug discount which is weird when the red n' white coffee shop next door does it.. All in all, sub-par experience.

    This location is notorious for its customer service or lack of. This is a new one for me, at my last visit I was screamed at my a manager bcuz I wasn't at the correct ordering window. Although it's single lane with 2 machines, one being around a bend. Stupid setup. Awful customer service and I ALWAYS have issues at this location. Avoid if possible!!!

    Just at this location to kill some time before going out with on Xmas day. The employees were all really nice and the service was great. There were alot of sketchey people in there hanging out, but they were not causing problems and it was Christmas.

    Visited this MacDonalds on a Sunday morning about 10:00 am. It was not at all busy inside. I know this location does a brisk drive thru business and the food was fresh, tasty, and hot, as I expected. The dining room was not clean and had many many unwiped tables. They had spills and food residue on them. In the 30 minutes or so that we were in the restaurant, I saw no staff come out to clean tables. Not a good look. Music was overly loud to the point that my companion and I found it difficult to hold conversations. All in all, good food dirty dining room.

    Went through the drive thru to get a coffee, a muffin, and an orange juice. I got the coffee and the cup was leaking so I mentioned that it was leaking and attempted to hand the coffee back to the girl at the window so she could fix it. It was leaking because the cup was so full you could see the coffee through the lid! She looked at me with attitude and said, "What's the problem?" I said, "It's leaking." She looked at me, rolled her eyes and took the cup. She attaches another cup to the bottom instead of dealing with the issue. I left the drive thru and got to my destination and ended up dumping the coffee out myself. I take a sip and the coffee tastes like it has been sitting there all night and was bitter and sugar-free. I get that working at a fast food place is not anyone's dream job but at least put some effort into caring whether or not someone gets scalded by hot coffee.

    Told me at VPG that the system was down for 45 minutes. And the store never has any staff. Time the GM invest in her people but all she can see is the bottom line... and its getting dirtier and smaller because her store isn't clean, there is no good service , you are losing sales and it isn't staffed right. You go up the road and that store is staffed properly

    It’s extremely weird that nowadays “fast” food is over 20 mins for a smoothie. In the middle of the night on a weekday…clearly not busy. My drink is just sitting on the counter ready to go but they couldn’t bother handing it to me. Took 10 mins to hand me the drink that’s just been sitting on the counter? Weird. And the smoothie tasted funky…unlike other locations I’ve gotten it. Not surprised.

    The indian boy who was making burgers on January 22, 2024 at 4pm, spit on my food....had to throw away. He was wearing a mask, then he took it off and leaned towards the divider of the table and spat on the bun. He thought he couldn't be seen. Waste of food and $15. I will be reporting this to Toronto Public Health and hopefully they take some legal actions on employers wearing gloves and masks when dealing with food.

    This McDonald's always has a lineup, good luck if you are in a rush I feel bad for you if you went there. Well the drive thru anyways but they do have amazing consistency I go there every morning for a coffee and a muffin and every morning they make my coffee the same. And as a man that doesn't like change and likes having the same meals I love it. I go there way too much more than I like to admit but it's just that nice. Their debit machine though is pretty sketch and always has some kind of issues.

    Pretty decent McDs. Not gonna lie, some ratchet folks and these guys have a massive focus on their drivethru so you're probably better off doing that than actually going inside to order.

    1:15PM 06/22/2023 - Service at this time was great. Girl at the front was actually pretty polite. Food also was made quickly and the big mac looked put together for once which was awesome. Normally they just throw it all in and its upside down or a total mess but today it was amazing.

    Why did McDonald's get rid of their dedicated lobby person? The tables are filthy, the garbage bins are always overflowing and the drink station is cluttered with garbage. Service was great, food was good for McD's but the restaurant needs to be cleaned.

    The food is generally okay, but if you order sausage mcmuffins they are always overcooked to the point of burning, and there are often people that will come inside the McDonald's and harrass you while eating. The cleanliness of the restaurant is also something that seems to be not one of their priorities

    Ordered 3 meals tonight around 7:30pm. One burger was a double quarter pounder BLT with some special requests. Tagged it right, put in the correct box but it was only a single burger. Ordered some sauces that I paid extra for also didn’t get. One other burger had the bun absolutely soaked in grease, the bag was soaked in grease. Disgusting to say the least. Drove back to get it corrected. Interrupted an employee conversation with a young female asking the older men to stop because they are underage… it is unsure what was going on as I entered mid way through. Obviously something inappropriate. Well they were correcting my order I also overheard a conversation between employees about a customer at drive thru. Mentioning that this is her second time coming back because of an issue with her order and then speaking amongst themselves to intentionally make her wait over 5 minutes for her order this time. During any of my interactions I never saw a manager on the floor.

    The service here is horrible. . I ordered one combo of two drinks and believe me it's like pulling teeth .You would have thought I was begging for the food . Make it worse, the employees look and behave very Lost in disheveled. Our coffee was made wrong 3X.. despite asking each time, and it's no fancy drink either. Double double with an Expresso shot . Simple. Food was cold. The employees and manager here (morning shift) need to be reevaluated.. Avoid this location at all cost . I regret it.

    Okay McDonald’s location. It’s open 24/7 which is great. The drive thru is usually long, but the food has always been pretty hot and good when it comes in.

    Large dining room with large windows for natural light. Staff are jaded but that's expected. Drive thru is odd, it exits right onto Vic Park a main street.
