Krispy Kreme donuts are my absolute favourite. And the most amazing thing is to get fresh off the line warm glazed donuts. Watch for the “hot now” sign to be lit up. This location bakes for distribution to lots of other stores but it’s always best to get them at this store to be as fresh as possible. I haven’t found a donut flavour I didn’t like. They’re all good!

The staff are wonderful and the donuts are good, but only 4 stars because too sweet. There is so much frosting and sugar it's too much. If they were 50% less sweet it would be perfect. I felt sick from the Halloween ones. Why can't they be less sweet? Why?? Please. I'm begging. This isn't "the south" please Canadianize the recipe if possible (less sweet).

Beautiful & spacious locations. Donuts were fresh and so yummy! A little bit of a line for 9:30am but not bad. Staff did pretty well handling all the orders. Location was a bit hard to get into, being on the corner of a NO LEFT TURN & Construction. But manageable.

There’s a reason they’re so popular! All of the donuts are absolutely delicious and ridiculously cheap. We’ve also tried the beverages here and they’re surprisingly good… potentially even better than other designated “coffee” shops. To avoid the crowds, come late in the evening or UberEATS it.

The best donuts when fresh! And with the original one, pop it in the microwave for 10 seconds and like it just went under the icing sugar bath! First time coming to this location and doesn’t look like the last! Do not be deceived with the lineup outside. Even with about 10 groups of people outside and another 6 or 7 inside lining up, I was in and out within 15 minutes. They really have got the efficiency down to a science! The place looks really big and spacious and I love all the big signs they have and of course, my favourite area on the store is watching the process of the donuts being made through the window! Make sure to check out krispy kreme at least every type of seasonal event as they have different seasonal flavours to try out! Loved their donuts as always. Too sweet but can spoil yourself once in a while. Back in they day they used to give complimentary donuts while staying in the line but I guess it’s stopped due to covid. Try the New York cheesecake, Oreo, can’t go wrong. Happy calories.

Menu was really small and hard to see. They have a deal not many know '$2.00 off with the purchase of any 2nd dozen'. This Kingston location did not carry many flavors that was on their website, was disappointed when they didn't have Maple or Apple Fritter or Sugar. We tried many of the available flavours but the original glazed was the best and I would only buy that on my next visit.

Nothing beats the original glazed and here you'll get them right off the conveyer belt while still warm. Eat em as you get them and they dissolve in your mouth. Tried some festive flavors as well but nothing is aa good as the original glazed.

The location is stellar. They make the doughnuts fresh at the location. When the red light is on, jump into having their original, it's the best 👌 Met Mahan at the counter, very warm welcoming and friendly. He deserves a promotion/raise. I will keep going back there, they doughnuts are the best!!!

Doughnut prices seem to be higher but the quality is still there. Good donuts, looks made fresh at store. Friendly service. This location would benefit from a drivethrough but it wasn't busy at all. I got helped as soon as I entered.

There was a lineup to order (not to enter the building), but it was quick. There was a good variety to choose from. There was also a deal to get 2 dozen, but to get the deal, you have to buy them in sets of 2. We bought 3 so paid full price for 1 of the dozen. Their premium tea is Red Rose. 😀That alone made me happy.

Hey Krispy. Your coffee and donut is amazing. But your staff gave me lips when I asked them to make 2 cream and 1 sugar. They ask me to make it myself? Honestly, you need to train your staff of how they talk to customers. Your coffee is a bit pricey compared to Tim's and McDonald's. But I still love your coffee. That why I'm giving you 3 stars for coffee. You lost the 2 stars because the staff was too lazy to pour creme and sugar for me.

The store smelled great with the donuts being made fresh. It was busy when I went, but the wait wasn’t too long and I’m glad they had all the Valentine’s Day donuts available. Also ample parking out front.

First time trying this donuts and it was actually pretty good. Heard before I tried that it is extremely sweet, and which is untrue. Variety of donuts choices. The donut just perfect size , dough is fresh and soft and the sweetness is fairly sweet. Love it. Will come back for more. Atmosphere is clean and staff are friendly!

I tried the caramel kreme crunch and the cake batter and yum , so delicious, worth the extra calories 😋. The coffee was pretty good, too. Highly recommended💚💚

This Krispy Kreme location is huge with ample parking spots. It’s cool to be able to see them making the doughnuts. The lineups are long, but it goes quick, and their doughnuts are worth the wait. The quality and pricing are on point. It is always worth it to make an extra long trip here, if you need or want doughnuts. The only downside is that this location is more difficult to get to, if you are coming down from the North, since it seems like there is no other way than making a U-Turn just before turning in.

Love Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. Always buy a lot like 2/3 dozens at a time. Happy that they opened a store in Scarborough. Parking available. Friendly staff, reasonable price for good quality doughnuts. You can even see how they make their doughnuts. I like their iced coffee as well. I love their Halloween collection, super cute and delicious.

Came for the original and pumpkin spice and wasn't disappointed. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice open, light store. Loved the donuts except the pumpkin spice with the cheesecake swirl. It was just too sweet and the swirl added nothing to the flavour of the donut.

Great service and yummy doughnuts. I liked the designs for the Christmas time. I took a dozen of mixed doughnuts and I also had a coffee and doughnut in the shop. I really liked the coffee, it was much better than what is thought.

Loved their Nutella chocolate filled donut! Best donut I've ever had. The location wasn't really busy and we went in Friday evening. The customer service was top notch! Would definitely repeat. Krispy Kreme is fantastic!

The original donut which was freshly made was really good but some of the other flavours were too sweet and dry. I will definitely go back for the freshly made donuts and won’t recommend to buy the ones that are made before. They have parking in the front of the store but if the hot sign is on, expect a long line to buy the donuts.

First time tried Krispy Kreme! Turned out pretty good. The Oreo filling kind was the best. I really can't tell what makes a good donut other than fluffiness, filling and topping, but can confidently say that their donuts checked all three marks. This location is also a factory, it was super cool watching the machines popping up donuts :) I wonder where would they be distributed to.

Took a dozen for $14 (incl. taxes). More than worth it. Considering the quality and the price of donuts at other big or boutique places, if KK maintains this level of quality at this price I’ll keep buying donuts from KK only even if it means a bit of a drive. Each donut had a distinct flavour and they were really good - especially the cookie butter cream filled one. One thing to be noted is that they introduce and discontinue flavours from time to time. By the way it’s usually quite busy with lineups on weekend evenings.

Loved it! So many flavours and reasonably priced compared to Tim Hortons.$14 for a dozen and it can be classic glaze or assorted. They also don't skimp on the filling in the donuts. Would highly recommend 👌

There donuts are really good with lots of variety but there's always lineup because they're very busy most of time. Where else can you see the doughnut being made that you're about to eat. This is a happy place. Price is good 👍

My family and I love picking up some fresh and tasty donuts from Krispy Kreme and make the drive in from Ajax regularly. We love the great taste, variety and price! The only issue we have is the location. Coming from Ajax on Kingston Rd, you have to do a weird awkward you turn in the middle of traffic because of where Krispy Kreme is located.

Krispy Kreme donuts have great quality and varieties. This store is particularly nicer and cleaner than other KK stores I've been to be4. They have glass window so you can see the making of donuts, which is a cool bonus.

Each doughnut was perfectly glazed and topped. They melt in your mouth. The New York Cheesecake was amazing! That slight lemony twang was magnificent. The parking lot was easy to get into and the bathroom smelled VERY good. I was surprised. I will be going here many more times. The staff are quick, friendly and precise.

The most fluffiest donuts you’ll have, they make them fresh right in front of you, might have a long wait time but it’s worth it, went during around when they had the Halloween donuts, great service and very fast.

July 2021 Good location down by the east side. This location has a decent amount of parking. The donuts are freshly made and tastes awesome. If your into light fluffy donuts, this is for you. This is a very light snack. Not like other donuts which are denser. It's a matter preference. The original glazed is still the best.
