My experience buying a timepiece with European Jewellers was fantastic. As someone who has purchased a lot of watches from many different dealers I can say, without hesitation, that their customer service is incredible. I purchased Speedmaster “Dark Side of the Moon Apollo 8” Aug 2020, Speedmaster Moonphase in December 2020 and Glashutte Original “PanoMaticLunar” July 2021 from Joanne. Throughout the whole process she was extremely patient and helpful. Joanne was/is amazing to deal it and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend visiting Joanne, you will not regret it.

I purchased a $300 Omega watch strap for my husband for our wedding anniversary. When I came to pick it up the staff member didn't even bother to put my purchase into a store bag or box it nicely. He just gave me the strap and receipt in hand. When I asked for a bag he said they only have large bags, however they sell small pieces of jewelry. He spoke to me as if my purchase wasn't big enough to be a properly treated customer. When I am making a larger purchase I definitely won't bring my business here. No matter how small a purchase is, every customer should be treated the same. Very disappointed.

Joanne was very patient with my watch selections and took her time to explain to me all the questions I had. She gave her honest opinion and also her recommendations. Friendly staff and overall wide selection of watch brands. She also recently helped me with ordering a Mido strap I needed to replace for my Multifort Chronograph. She was thoughtful in advising me to order 2 and upon the day of replacement, even took the care to give my watch a little clean up. Everything was done professionally.

I found European on the Hamilton website while looking for a replacement watch band. Even though the band I needed wasn't on the Hamilton website, Mark was able to help me find and order the one I needed. I recently bought a Longines Spirit Zulu Time in green at this location. As far as I could determine, this was the only store in Toronto that had it at the time. The watch is just that popular. I am really glad I got it here and not elsewhere. I primarily dealt with Norman, who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I went in, asked specifically for what I was looking for, and was helped with my purchase with the utmost professionalism and care. I bought the watch on bracelet, but also ordered the strap and clasp separately to have options in future. The store quickly acquired the special order and shipped it to me since I live outside the city. Everything arrived in perfect shape. Contact by email was prompt and made the remote portion of the experience very smooth. I could not be happier with the overall experience. I would highly recommend this location, and Norman specifically, to any future watch seekers.

Recently bought a Omega Seamaster 300 from the Yorkdale location and received wonderful service from Joanne. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Today I had a great experience with European Boutique, specifically Norman Miller. I needed a last-minute gift for my mom and had settled on a watch, but the European Boutique in the west-end didn't have the specific model in stock, so they called another location. Norman set aside the exact watch I was looking for, and he was extremely professional and pleasant throughout the transaction. He also made an excellent restaurant recommendation when we asked if he knew anywhere good nearby to eat. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and quick. I highly recommend working with him if you get the chance.

Had a lovely time with Norman. Ended up buying more watches than I needed, but don't we all. Just like he said, it's just like buying candies. The service is good. I've been to several shops before from high end to affordable price points and I must say, I did enjoy my time here. Only feedback I can possibly give is to have better sitting for clients. Then again, I can always swing by my local AD if all I want is to sit down because let's be real, the wait-list for any decent Rolex model is atrocious.

As someone who used to work at the same location years ago, I knew to prioritize my clients and make sure they leave happy and with purchase. However the service I received was disappointing , I got a feeling that I am wasting their time and should leave without agitating the sales professional any longer. So I ended up traveling to Moment's at Vaughan Mills and purchasing the same watch as I saw at European. Only 250$ less.

Extremely Disappointed with European Boutique's Customer Service I recently visited European Boutique on three separate occasions, and I must say that my experiences were nothing short of disappointing. The complete lack of customer service and the rude behavior of the staff left me feeling offended and dissatisfied. During my first visit, I entered the store with the intention of purchasing a watch. However, to my surprise, none of the staff members even bothered to acknowledge my presence. It was as if I was invisible, and my inquiries were met with complete silence. This lack of attention and assistance made me question whether the staff were genuinely interested in helping customers or if they were simply forced to work there against their will. Unfortunately, my second visit to European Boutique was no different. This time, I needed to have my watch repaired. Despite explaining my situation, the staff once again displayed the same apathetic attitude. It was disheartening to be treated with such indifference, especially when seeking assistance with a product I had purchased from their store. The consistent lack of customer service and the dismissive behavior of the staff have left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. As a customer, I believe that it is essential to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, European Boutique failed to meet even the most basic expectations in this regard. I sincerely hope that European Boutique takes this review as constructive criticism and works towards improving their customer service. Recently visited this shop for a simple band resizing, and the experience was nothing short of disappointing. The prices they charge for band resizing for watches not purchased there are outrageously high. It felt like they were trying to get rid of me rather than provide a reasonable service. The customer service was also subpar. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked any form of enthusiasm to assist me. I had to wait for an extended period before anyone even acknowledged my presence. While I can understand charging a fee for band resizing if the watch was purchased elsewhere, 30CAD isn’t an amount that can be justified by any proportion.

Decided to get the batteries replaced for my dress watch and my everyday watch. Went to European Boutique since I bought my wedding band from the store in Square One (14 yrs ago) in addition to several more service appointments and found the overall service there to be exceptional. It can be said the same for this location too. Mark, the Service Manager, had taken both watches and had the service completed earlier than he estimated. He was professional and friendly. Both watches came back ticking and as good as new. The cost of repaving the batteries in both watches was a little more than I wanted to pay. However, European Boutique Jewellery knows watches and given the dress watch was an anniversary gift from my wife, I did not want to take any chances trying another place or even worse, doing it myself. I would highly recommend European Boutique Jewellery at Yorkdale for watch servicing in addition to purchasing any type of jewelry or new watch pieces.
