I went there twice and got this amazing necklaces. They have affordable prices and the woman there was helpful.

I don't understand the point of keeping the watches in the plastic wrapping and not letting customers try them without obstruction. Salesperson seemed "stressed" about damaging the timepiece. Edit: watches are meant to be worn. I’m not buying it to store it away. I ended up buying the watch the next day from another retailer that let me actually try the watches on (see my review history). It was generally a much more pleasant experience. I didn’t feel like I was holding someone’s baby and the salesperson was much more knowledgeable about watches.

I came ready to buy a watch as I have heard this store was good. 10 minutes in and I left as the sales person thought it would be more adventagious to take a call and ignore me a customer infront of her. Worst experience ever. First of all the sales girl give me a price on one of the rado watch I was interested in and later changed the price saying that she was checking it on US website. She was sorry saying that she is new and I totally understand its a genuine mistake. When I was comparing their prices with the other stores the other lady (Afshan) came and asked me to buy it from the other store as she doesn't look too interested in doing her job. I don't know to how many customers she did the same thing and make the owner lose lot of business. To the owner make sure who you hire to represent your business. Bad image on a business goes a long way.

Alice was very helpful when I was looking for a specific Movado watch. It was not in stock, so she took my contact information and soon enough she called me to personally inform me that the watch arrived in their store. She let me know her availability. Later that week, I went back to the store to view the watch. I ended up purchasing the watch and Alice was very kind and helpful in ensuring the correct sizing. Amazing service! I bought a Tissot automatic watch with help from Cynthia. After my order was initially processed I changed my mind and wanted a different model. Beware of buying something as a gift. There is a good chance you won't be able to return/exchange it, even if it is unused. My son bought me a watch for a birthday present. Only put it on once to try it. Did not adjust/remove anything. Decided it was a bit large for my wrist. Heard that the manufacturer was going to introduce an identical smaller version in a couple of months. Called the store and talked to the supposed "manager" and proposed that I return it for a credit and order the smaller version from them and pay whatever the difference would be in price . She said it would be OK as long as I still had the tags. Only tag with the watch when I first unboxed it was the one which is usually attached by a small string with model number and serial number on it. When I took it back to the store the supposed manager said she had to show it to her manager, the real one it appears. He then came out and told me that they could not take it back because it was missing a sticker on the back which has vital information if they were to take it back for resale, asserting that all watches they sell come with such a sticker and wrapped in a plastic rectangle around the case. Neither of these items were in evidence when I first unboxed the watch and my son said that he had not removed anything before giving to me. When I asked how would I register the watch with the manufacturer for the warranty if it was missing the "vital" sticker on the back, they said that it was not a problem because they had already registered it themselves. This would indicate that the sticker was most likely removed by them during the registration process, But why would the store register a watch which was purchased as a gift when there is a possibility of a return or exchange and thus a different ultimate owner? My guess, the store was happy to get the watch out of their stock and took measures to ensure that it could not be returned by removing the supposedly vital sticker at the time of sale. So beware of such a practice.
