Disappointed. Don’t take your jewelry here. You will get nothing for it. The signs even say 5-30% at best. Take it to a pawn shop. Oliver plays on slapping down a ridiculous low amount of cash and says that is the best. He buys it, sells it to wholesalers who sells it to jewelry stores who sell it to their customers. I made a mistake. Don’t make the same.

Total scam. Offered me the worst price by saying they gonna melt it bla bla also called my 21K gold a 20K. Every quote I got in town was way higher than his. When I say high it means double his price. Am not kidding. Please always get more than one quote. Get the best price for your gold. Don't get scam by Oliver. Because people sell gold when they need money not for fun.

I was quoted $100 for selling these 4 white gold items! I can’t even purchase a single “silver” chain with the total sale of these gold pieces! I was kept being asked what price I had in mind. I was there simply for an honest and objective quotation but I think I was too ideal about their business. So, I decided to keep them. The sale rep lady was nice and patient so the two stars. Update: Just to add more detail, I was told at the store that I had 6 grams of gold. I weighed the 2 chains only at home and they were 3 grams in total. So, I’m not sure why in their reply they’re saying I had 2 grams!

I always sell my golds at this store because they pay me more than others. Edden is the manager, he is very nice and professional. I have tried a few stores and this one always pays me the most. You arent going to get retail value, but its fair.

I called before going in as I had a 45 min drive ahead of me and wanted to ensure it wouldn’t be a waste of my time. The location I went to closed at 6pm and I arrived at 535ish just to be told by the girl that it’s a long process and she wouldn’t be able to do it. I advised her that I called in twice to confirm the procedure would be the same at all locations and that I was assured that someone could assist on the spot. Why be open to 6 and expect customers to come in just to advise them that you won’t assist them given the time. Last time I checked that’s their job and the store is still open and allowing people in (others entered after me). Funny enough, she did have time to look at my Fendi bag but comes back to ask me how much I want for it. How about you tell me what you want to offer me for it given that once again it is part of your role to do so. She then proceeded to tell me that she would pay me 3/400-800 dollars for a $4000 dollar bag that’s brand new. Her reason for it was that I didn’t have the dust bag (which the gentleman on the phone told me he didn’t care for) and that no one would buy it at full price. The part that does NOT make sense is that they also don’t resell it for the 800 they’re offering me or even close to it. Similar bags on the website are going for atleast a couple thousand. Explain to me how Oliver Jewellery is compensating people fairly for their items as they advertise? How can you claim to offer more than usual and have great customer service when I was treated poorly the minute I entered the store. The attitude and approach the girl had is unprofessional. Not just with me but also her loud and demeaning approach with the lady before me who btw was offered 50 dollars for multiple pieces of jewellery. It’s one thing to falsely advertise or set the wrong expectations but it’s a whole other issue when people get disrespectful. DO NOT GO THERE. They take advantage of people in need. Everyone has different reasons to sell, not everyone is in need of cash, maybe they simply find no use in the item they’re looking to sell. Disgusting service.

Although I don't often write reviews, I felt it necessary to do this one. Many people have a negative perception of cash for gold businesses, but Harry at Oliver's is not like that. He was   friendly, focused on providing great customer service, and paid the most for my gold necklace out of all the shops I checked.

I love Olivers jewelry but the prices are insane for preloved items! The Cartier Rose gold 18K Juste is cheaper on Cartier’s website than buying a preloved from Oliver’s. :( Pre owned items should be slightly cheaper. This is what I thought. I once bought a Rolex from Olivers and It was a great deal.

I Recently purchased a Chanel wallet from Oliver Jewelry. It was a great price, easy to purchase and was shipped to me right away. It arrived exactly as described. My only complaint, although has nothing to do with them, is they use FedEx. FedEx was an absolute nightmare to deal with and I would prefer not to ship anything with them. But the actual buying experience was great.

I sell my luxury bag in this shop because of emergency reason i bought it just a year ago for almost $1800 and they only give me for a price of $400. Still in a good condition no tear just a stain with the interior. I was not thinking right when i leave the shop so the next day i went back to take my bag and they said I can't because it is a final sale? If i'm right using the final sale policy is only for the items that they are selling not the items that a customer is selling to them. Its a totally ripped off of your item. I regret going in this shop. A big NO!!!
