I showed up at the walk-in clinic (HealthOne Medical) just minutes before closing on a Friday at 4:45 pm. To my surprise, they accepted my son for a doctor’s appointment. The staff was very professional and friendly. Also, the doctor was very polite, dedicated and thorough when examined my son. I was very satisfied with the service we received and I strongly recommend HealthOne Medical Centre.

I have been to this clinic several times, and the service is really good! Front desk staffs are friendly, as well as the pharmacist. Dr Yam is amazing!

Not really a walk in clinic. I waited more than 3 hours, even though I was told that it will be about 1 hour. They have a booking system and were fully booked early morning. No one took my call for 1 hour, even though the robot was telling me the waiting time is 1 minute. I guess the robot was the same as the receptionist. If you tell me 3 hours waiting time is my choice to wait or not. If you tell me 1 hour, and don't call my name for more than 3, on a Sunday, you are making fun of me. I will never walk in in a not walk in clinic, and for sure never go back to this one.

First unlike a lot of clinics they do accept walk ins. I was told right away how long I would have to wait and an appointment for an hour later was made. I was able to run some errands without having to wait. When I came back, it was only a few minutes before I saw a doctor. Dr. NG was very helpful, diagnosed quickly and gave me a prescription. felt cared for and respected. The venue itself is very pleasant and bright. The staff were patient and helpful. I seldom write reviews but this one’s commendable! The service is amazing! The staff are very friendly and professional. Ashley, Mikee and Vanessa were fantastic, compassionate and very calming! They showed me all the services they offer and took time to explain procedures clearly and transparently. Time was taken to double-check details efficiently but unrushed. Honestly very friendly and kind staff, they understand how you feel and do there best to attend to your needs. My family doctor is always available for me when I need her and she makes time for me. I recommend.

The behavior of the staff, both the pharmacy members and the receptionists, were respectful and I sincerely appreciate it. However, be really careful about the costs! Ask the price before getting a service from this medical center. Recently, I got HPV vaccine from the One pharmacy priced at 226 CAD with additional $10.99 preparation fee; while it is $192 in for example Costco pharmacies with the $4.99 preparation fee. Eventually, I paid $111 to the pharmacy while I could finish it by $70 in a Costco pharmacy. They also asked me $25 for the vaccine injection while this service is $12 in Costco. I am aware that the Costco services are a bit cheaper than others but this amount of difference in prices does not make sense at all and rest assured that in other pharmacies it is definitely cheaper. So, one dose of HPV vaccine cost me $50 more per person and since we were two, we paid $100 more than the normal! I had another experience a few weeks ago. If you have no access to your lab results, they get $1 per page to email it to you! I am not happy to conclude that based on my recent experiences, this medical center wants to make money from the patient in every way it can. FYI, this is apart from the way doctors work, which I am satisfied with.

This place used to be great a few years ago, but over the past year it's gone downhill. The quality of doctors has gotten worse, and they're focused on making the appointment as quick as possible. Take longer than 5 minutes and they get visibly annoyed. This place is fine as a last resort, but if you care for your health you're better off finding another place.

The service was great, modern furnitures. I was served by Vanessa. She was so passionate at her job. I did walkin for pain on my abs and was so busy, so I rescheduled on the following days and she still remember me and help me with the registration. The entire team and doctor was so nice and polite. And they have one stop shopping for blood works, dentist, pharmacy and everything. Good job health one!

The receptionists here have been helpful and friendly :) Online appointment tool is a bit of a hit & miss depending on availability but that seems to be the case for every clinic. Wait times for walk-ins are pretty short (I usually come when they open - might be a longer wait in the afternoon). Dr. Michael and Dr. Sharon were really kind and were trying to help with the issue(s) that I came to the clinic for. The clinic is also convenient since you can get the meds at the pharmacy on site and get the blood work done on site.

It was my first time dealing with Dr. Arash, and it was an amazing experience, and he’s very considerate too. I was hungry during my session, and he got a chance to grab me some orange juice to make sure I wouldn't faint and I had enough sugar. He really did meet my expectations. will definitely come back. And also, thanks to Jennifer, I really do appreciate the help that you gave me.

The Tens machine that was recommended by my physiotherapist has really helped with my pain management at home! Natalie, the physiotherapist was great with her explanation of the use of the machine. I would highly recommend seeing her! So knowledgeable !

Went in to the doctor today, totally panicked as we all are when we think something is wrong. The staff at the front were very friendly, patient, and respectful. Dr Ted sat me down explained to me what symptoms could be totally normal and set an appointment for a follow-up. He's very professional and knows what he's doing. Just want to say thank you. Very happy with my experience in this clinic. There’s little to no wait time for walk in appointments. Dr. Ng is great, I have seen him for different problems over the past few months and he is very thorough, listens to all my concerns and explains everything perfectly. After all these visits, I’ve been more than happy with all my appointments and experiences in this walk in clinic. The pharmacists here are also very helpful and thorough.

This walk-in clinic has essentially achieved what the Ontario and Federal governments have been striving to do for the last decade: providing a reliable, fast, best-in-class and available health care system. The only thing i’d improve in this clinique would be encouraging the doctors and pharmacists to act nicer and friendlier.

I want to strongly commend the receptionists Karen and Mikey for their quick, compassionate and thorough care when I came in the other day. I was having a health crisis that was affecting me on a mental level but Karen and Mikey were so kind and compassionate and went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and helped me to calm down. I cannot thank them enough. All of the staff were kind to me that day and have always been.

I've been to this clinic twice now. Today when I went the receptionist made sure none of the patients were standing for too long by making the process efficient. I appreciated this as a lot of injuries are not visible and patients could have a seat instead of standing in line. The doctor assessed me and was able to deal with my situation and my questions dealing with the situation. He speaks a little fast because he has a lot of patient's but he didn't rush the care. I would recommend because of the other services also provided from this easily accessible location. Only challenge I had was getting to the receptionist when I tried calling, but I can't lower the score as that may just be a "me" problem.

I chose this clinic because they had great reviews and I have been their patient for almost 5 years. The doctor, nurse and receptionists are all friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend to other people :)

I want to Thank the staff and doctor. Beautiful clinic with a wide array of resources. It was quite busy around 3pm, try to book your appointment in advance prior to 3pm. It was about 30 min wait time but some people waited shorter and longer. The doctor actively listened to my concerns, did a thorough assessment and helped me to continue with my health journey. They have everything you need - from efficient medical doctors and staff, friendly and helpful pharmacists, very skilled physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists and other rehab/wellness staff, thorough dentists and dental hygienists, to knowledgeable ophthalmologists and optometrist. Customer service was incredible. The front desk, doctor, assistants (basically everyone) was so patient and kind. The doctor (in my case, the dentist) was very thorough in explaining what my issue and what she was going to be doing. 10/10 experience.

When access to swimming was not an option during the lengthy time of isolation during the pandemic, my old shoulder injury became more and more limiting. Natalie was my physiotherapist at HealthOne and she excellently targetted the therapy and responsively paced the progress. He has the most steady hands working on your teeth, making it the most comfortable and pleasant dental treatment experience. I had the worst experience in there. I chose this place because it was close to my house and convenient. However, their service was totally poor. My husband and I waited a few months to see a doctor on the phone. The doctor didn't call on time. He also asked me to find a doctor who speaks my language. If they had questioned me with language from the beginning, I wouldn't have booked there. They wasted my time.

I went to get my wisdom teeth removed and I was terrified, especially because it is done using local anesthesia. My experience couldn’t have been better! Dr. Iman was absolutely amazing! I've had several physiotherapy sessions with Ginalyn. She is extremely helpful and friendly. She truly cares about her clients and it shows. Highly recommend her. Can't say the same about the male walk-in doctor. He provided no help at all, did not listen and repeatedly asked questions to things I already explained.

I recently went to a walk in appointment and it was smooth and I really like that you can book your appointment online. I successfully got a referral to a dermatologist after the appointment so I am happy with they did follow up despite it's a walk in. I am hoping they will have male family doctor in the future so I can be their patient.

We highly recommend HealthOne Medical Centre. The staff are courteous and helpful, our needs and inquiries were answered properly. Booking an appointment is easy by calling the clinic or leaving a VM, returned VM for appointment scheduling. They can also be contacted via email. During our first visit to the clinic, the number of patients inside the clinic is manageable and it is not crowded. Our family doctor is attentive to our concern. Walk-in clinic is available even on weekends which is really helpful in times that medication is needed soonest and virtual consultation is available which saves time and money for transportation. They have many services available when needed so that you only have to go to one clinic - Medical, Optometry, etc.

It was good at the beginning. Two months ago, I sent the picture to their mailbox, the recipient said the doctor would call me by the end of the day. Still haven’t received a call. Today I called to ask for a referral sheet just like the last time I did with my regular test , the recipient said it’s only valid once, I need to go to an appointment online. I said I have to work on Friday, and the recipient said just call back tomorrow they are not open on Saturday. The worst experience ever.

My favourite clinic indeed! Everything you need in one place - medical, pharmacy, rehab, dental, and optometry. I have been going to their medical side, and it has always been a pleasant experience. The doctors are knowledgeable and take time with their patients. The receptionists are very helpful and kind. They really go out of their way to provide excellent service. I have been to other clinics, and nothing compares to my experience with healthone. I have recommended this clinic to my family and friends. I definitely need to try their other services.

I went here yesterday around 3:30pm. Unfortunately, they got all the walk-in patients, so the reception staff told me that I had to come back tomorrow. BUT when I said I am a pregnant and got urin infection, staff tried to help me out and doctor accepted me :) I really appreciate it!! I don't know the name of staff and doctor. It was nice to feel so kind and caring for the patient. (Honestly, she is better than my family doctor)

Had a great phone consultation with Dr. V. Ng. He was kind, professional and very efficient. The appointment was on time and I received my prescription by email within minutes. Vanessa, the receptionist, was very accommodating and considerate in booking the appointment. I have nothing but positive things to say about this clinic. I came here for a walk-in appointment and the whole process was extremely smooth. I came and I immediately felt good energy just from looking around since it was very clean and tidy, and I was also greeted warmly by the staff. I went to the desk and told them I’m here for a walk-in and they helped me out. After seeing the doctor, I went to the pharmacy for a prescription and they also helped me out very kindly. The whole process finished in less than an hour. I am overall highly satisfied, and I will definitely recommend this clinic.
