Been a patient for years now; from wisdom teeth extractions, tooth fillings and cleanings, I have always had positive experiences. The receptionists, assistants and dentists are kind and always happy to answer any questions. The office is super clean, and they take extra measures during the covid pandemic. You will feel safe, comfortable and supported here. Highly recommend

Very friendly and happy atmosphere. Dr. Ro, the main dentist, is super detailed at doing a comprehensive examination and explaining it to me. His dental assistant, Rita, who is very experienced, made the x-ray and dental photo exams comfortable as it can be. Quite impressed with the technology they use: a rod with cameras shoved into my mouth that gives me 3D picture of my whole teeth and a x-ray tube for cavity. Receptionists were responsive and did the insurance paperwork for me.

Dr John Ro and his staff are professional and courteous. It’s always a pleasure visiting them for my appointment. I am a Invisalign patient and couldn’t be happier with the attention to detail and cleanliness protocols. Highly recommend you to book here!

Highly recommend this office to everyone! Staff are extremely friendly, caring and follow all protocols making sure everyone is safe at all times. Dr. Chau is very thorough and explains everything in detail, makes sure you are always comfortable during treatment & goes out of her way to take great care of you. It’s easy to fall asleep in the dental chair with such great dentists and dental assistants at this office! The admin staff are awesome and make sure the appointments always run smooth. Madura my hygienist is very informative & motivating. This office deserves a 10/10!!

Pretty wonderful experience overall. Excellent dental technician Jun, she is works gently but does a great cleaning job. Rita wonderful attitude , and very professional. Unlike other offices they don't seem to overbook. And they work until the job is done. Parking on the rear street is easy its a Green P. The office is clean and modern. I feel well attended to and they answer my questions, regarding my oral health. I will continue to use them. There costs seem in line with Industry standards. I give them 5 stars. Glenn C

Amazing service! Dr. Linda and all the staff (a big shout-out to Christina) are super nice and welcoming. Dr. Linda is the most caring and down to earth dentists I’ve ever met. She explains every detail of the procedure while working in my teeth. Highly recommend clinic.

Been with 20 Finch Dental since we moved to North York 2 years ago and always have a great experience and little wait time. They schedule cleaning twice a year and dentist and x rays once a year (my previous dentist did not always do an annual checkup and it felt like they didn't have time for me or check my patient history). They don't pressure you to do invisalign etc. The office staff are pleasant and call to remind me of appointment times and move me up when there are openings/cancellations.

Two services today- cleaning and full checkup. Both were completed efficiently. My many questions were answered. Follow up appointments were made. All staff are friendly and knowledgeable

I've been coming to 20 Finch Dental since 2019 and every visit has been wonderful. Everyone at the clinic is extremely friendly, welcoming and kind. I've had cleaning/scaling and fillings done, and never had any issues. I also recently had my wisdom tooth removed and everything went smoothly (no pain, no discomfort, healed properly). My dad had a great experience at 20 Finch Dental and wanted to leave a few words: One of the best dental clinics in town for sure! The clinic was clean, receptionist was friendly, and everyone was kind and patient. Linda was the standout expert for my visit. I had an excruciating tooth that needed to be extracted immediately and have been unimpressed by dubious dentists in the past. Luckily, Linda was attentive, calming, and dealt with it quickly and painlessly. Would highly recommend as she is incredibly skilled and caring. Thanks again, Linda!

This is my first visit. Overall it was pleasant. I found all the staff are friendly. The advice and assesments I got from the dentist are fine. However I do have two comments about the office. I felt the lighting in the office is pretty dime and the decor is on the dark side. I didn't get a bright and clean vibe in the office. In the room where the examination was conducted, I found it odd to see plastic boxes on the floor with supplies in it.

I haven't gone to the dentist for many years and was nervous about going. I'm glad I went to 20 finch dental the staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. They were very thorough and now I will be going there regularly!

I had a mixed experience at this practice. The dentist was thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedures. The dental hygienist was also friendly and gentle. I have no complaints regarding the quality of the dental service provided. However, I encountered significant issues when dealing with the admin staff. One particular area of concern was their billing process, which proved to be quite problematic. The lack of attention to detail and the repeated mistakes were frustrating, to say the least. What disappointed me, even more, was the lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by the admin staff. Despite their mistakes, I did not receive an apology or any form of acknowledgment for the inconvenience caused. It is disappointing when a dental clinic fails to address customer concerns and takes no responsibility for their errors.

At least 3 years of being a customer of this establishment, and I have been very happy with the service provided. The dentist by the name of Linda performed most of the cleaning activities as well as provided valuable information such as cleaning techniques, pain reliefs and reducing sensitivity. I strongly recommend choosing her as your dentist if you want the best and healthy teeth.

I’ve been with 20 Finch Dental for several years. Staffs and practitioners are kind and professional. There was one emergency situation I had due to the wire broken but they made a slot for me to see a dentist on the next day, which was extremely helpful. I also haven’t experienced any delays or late starts. Patients get a reminder call/text message prior to the next appointment. I recommend this clinic if you are looking for a new dental clinic in North York.

Right from squeezing in a last minute appointment to talking me through all of the details in the imaging, 20 Finch Dental has certainly been a great experience. The thing that stood out for me was how Dr.John took the time to run me through my x-rays and share insights on the potential impacts of an ignored cavity. Even when I chose to put out the filling exercise for later, he has been the only dentist that did not push me into it or make me feel like I was making a grave mistake. And I think as a patient, this is really crucial. Highly highly recommend this place for their unparalleled levels of professionalism and the wealth of knowledge and warmth that Dr. John brings!

Dr. John Ro has been my dentist for the last 5 years. I went to him when I had to have a tooth implant done. I found him to be very knowledgable and extremely competent. I never felt any pain during any of my procedures done at 20 Finch Dental, and have always had a very good experience with them and have recommended them to my friends and family. The reception staff is one of the most polite and accommodating front desk staff ever. I would recommend Dr. Ro for dental implant surgery. Their dental hygienists are also very competent. 5 star experience every time!

20 Finch Dental is the best one I’ve been to. From the start when I made my appointment thru a friends referral to the visit today all I have to say is what an amazing experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My experience today made me feel very comfortable and helped me get over my fair share of bad experiences from other dental offices. Dr. Linda Chau was amazing. She made sure she took her time with me to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. This is the first time I’ve had a Dentist sit with me and explain everything to me and made sure I was completely comfortable. My dental hygienist Madura was amazing. She made my cleaning experience extremely comfortable. She made sure that I was ok every step of the way and also took her time to go in detail what my next steps should be with my dental care. She was very knowledgeable and informative. All the other staff I interacted with today are delightful. The front reception staff very super friendly and helped with a smile. Looking forward to my next visit and definitely recommending my family and friends to go here.

A very nice experience in 20 Finch Dental! The receptionist and the customer service are so good. Rita and Christina were so friendly and willing to answer all my question. Christina explained the insurance plan to me and I really appreciate that as I have no idea what's under cover and what's not. Also, the dentist(Linda) were professional and gentle. As I was very nervous about the pain, she made me feel comfortable and clam me down. She also gave me many useful and professional advice about what I should do first after this appointment. Since I asked many stupid questions about the process and the treatment, she was willing to answer me patiently. Thank you so much. I will give 5 star Recommend to them ^o^
