Terrible
experience
would
NOT
RECOMMEND!!
First
of
all
they
do
not
pick
up
the
phone
AT
ALL.
Secondly,
after
going
there
and
waiting
in
a
line
to
get
into
the
store
for
40
minutes
and
ordering
glasses
they
do
my
BILL
WRONG.
I
didn’t
notice
until
I
got
home
and
tried
to
call
them
the
following
days.
I
called
over
20
times
and
NO
RESPONSE.
My
mom
made
the
hour
trip
back
to
the
store
as
I
was
working
and
they
were
extremely
rude
to
her,
I
was
listening
on
the
line
and
the
ladies
were
so
disrespectful.
I
ordered
a
pair
of
prescription
glasses
and
prescription
sunglasses.
They
asked
me
if
I
want
to
pick
them
up
when
they’re
both
ready
or
if
they
should
call/
email
me
for
each
one.
I
said
I
live
an
hour
away
and
to
PLEASE
only
call
and/or
email
when
they’re
both
ready.
I
get
an
email
a
few
weeks
later
to
go
pick
them
up.
I
try
to
call
them
to
make
sure
they
have
both
pairs
but
OF
COURSE
THEY
DON’T
PICK
UP.
I
get
there
and
wait
in
line
only
for
them
to
tell
me
to
come
back
30
minutes
later.
This
happens
THREE
MORE
TIMES!!
Each
time
I
came
back
they
would
make
me
wait
in
line
again
just
to
tell
me
to
come
back!!
When
I
finally
get
in
the
store
they
tell
me
they
only
have
my
prescription
glasses
and
not
the
sunglasses.
At
this
point
I
am
extremely
upset.
They
promise
me
they
will
call
me
when
the
next
pair
comes.
A
MONTH
GOES
BY
AND
THEY
CALLED
ME
YESTERDAY
JUST
TO
TELL
ME
THEY
LOST
MY
SUNGLASSES!!
They
shipped
them
to
the
states
by
mistake!!
STAY
CLEAR
OF
THIS
PLACE
AND
THE
HORRIBLE
WORKERS!!
