I had a great experience at this store. Khashayar was so friendly and professional. I purchased a pair of sunglasses from another store but there was something wrong with its handle. He willingly adjusted it for us at no cost. I highly recommend this location and specifically Khashayar to anyone who looks to purchase eyewear.

Horrible customer service provided.. was given attitude straight off the bat when I wanted to purchase a pair of sunglasses. Lost a paying customer, and will definitely tell all my friends and family to not come here or purchase from LensCrafters. Be better.

Zohreh was absolutely helpful!! Extremely friendly, professional!! She gave us the best price and helped us chose through the variety of products. Probably the best glasses place I ever visited and purchase my prescription glasses.

The whole process of buying the eyeglasses was really smooth. Josh was great in helping me with the frames and picking the best lenses and options that would work best with my prescription. I definitely recommend it.

If there an option to rate 0 out of 100. I will definitely vote for it. 0/100 No service at all. I walked in during a weekend and the two ladies at reception were not helpful. They just sitting there. 0/100 Bad quality frame. I bought a frame together with lenses. Four months later, one of the nose pads ran away. Fine. I walk-in to the eaton center branch to get it fixed. Six month later, OMG one of the lenses fell out. This is totally unacceptable. The only bright side is, the optometrist is friendly and professional.

Visited LensCrafters at the Fairview Mall yesterday as I had an issue with my glasses that were not purchased from that store. However Josh was very polite, patient and was very professional in responding to my query. Good job Josh!

The eye exam clinic in lenscrafters is great. Dr Chow is awesome. I really liked his kindness and manners. In the store, Lori was wonderful!! She took care of my husband and I! She knows her stuff! Will make sure to go to her again and Dr Chow for the eye exam!

Lory was very efficient and friendly. I told her exactly what I needed, and she knew which frames she would recommend for me. Got my new pair in a little over an hour and I'm very pleased with the quality.

My whole experience was INSANELY smooth and amazing. I was very lucky to have come on a slower day and was a walk-in guest. From the reception to the nurses to the doctor everyone was such a standout and offered amazing customer service. I want to give a special shoutout to Lory on the sales floor because this lady went above and beyond into giving me the best service possible. I purchased two pairs of glasses about a year ago, and today I go to this store for fitting and adjustment. no hard time just simple questions, they helped me adjust the frame and replaced the nose pads as a complimentary service. Excellent service, they do keep their promise. Thank you Josh and the lady helped me today. Definitely will come back for the next eyeglasses.

It’s not my first time going to LensCrafters at Fairview Mall and Zohreh had assisted me the previous times and today as well. She is very patient and helpful and you can count on her for genuine feedbacks/comments on how your eyewear looks. Will definitely recommend her service.

Eye exam was excellent however the service in the store when choosing frames and lenses was less than desired. I had an idea of the frame I wanted, sales associate tried to upsell the lenses fine but I did not budge as I knew which option I wanted. Problem arose when I gave my insurance card and the "app" was not working "3 times" even though the associate could tell me what I was paying difference wise. I asked her to try it one more time and she was like no. I also tried using my other insurance and she was reluctant to use it even though it worked but I would have paid more instead of with the other one which she claimed the app was not working for. She refused to try my original insurance one more time or to restart the app. Poor customer service and am very disappointed. Will go back to my other optical place to get lenses and frames which I should have done to begin with.

I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban prescription sunglasses from here. Two weeks later, the store notified me that they had arrived but had failed their in-store testing. So, they told me they ordered a new one, which arrived a week later (but probably were the same ones since they were unbalanced and could not be fixed in-store when I picked them up). So, they ordered yet another set, which arrived two weeks after that. I wore them literally for a day before the right side completely came off. I went back to store and they offered to order a new one for me or purchase a higher-end one with a 50 CAD discount. I waited for more than a month to be offered those options? No thanks, I asked for my money back. They also tried to blame it on me for buying eyeglass frames and using them for sunglass prescriptions, quoting "that the sunglass coating makes the lenses more round and can't fit in regular eyeglass frames". I've never heard of such a reasoning; I even researched online on this topic - definitely unheard of, and even if it were true, it should have been communicated when I was buying them and not after the third re-order of the same pair. Overall, this is a store with poor services that match very well with their poor quality products. Go somewhere else.

Getting new glasses always make me nervous - one wrong choice could mean lots of pressure induced headaches! That’s why I’m so glad I stumbled into Fairview’s LensCrafters. Lory, an excellent licensed optician, made this a really positive experience. She completed both my frame fitting and adjustment with patience and meticulous attention to detail. I would definitely come back to her for my future purchases.

Stopped in to have the armband fixed on a pair of older glasses - the screw had fallen out. Even though I didn't purchase them from LensCrafters, I explained that they were going to a charitable organization for distribution in third world countries. Josh very kindly repaired them for me on the spot and then wouldn't even except any payment, since he knew it was for charity. Five stars for amazing customer service !! Thank you so much Josh !

1st visit here but certainly was the best experience I've had visiting an optometrist. The doctor, receptionist, and sales staff were all extremely helpful, pleasant and did very well in getting us through our eye exam and purchase of glasses. Def recommend checking this location out.

Terrible experience when I went to get my glasses adjusted. Was told I was not allowed to come into the store while the employee made the adjustment. This is ridiculous. There was no one else in the store, I was wearing a mask and it has been 2 years since the start of Covid I have already filled out a complaint form. This store needs to get their act together and provide better customer service.

My wife was in the market for new eyeglasses after an eye checkup with Dr. Tong. Very convenient to have the doctor's office and store together in one location. Newly renovated, clean and bright. Was told glasses would be ready in 7-10 days. 15 days later still nothing. Tried to call store 4 different times on different days to follow up. No one has ever picked up the phone. It just drops the call after 4 minutes of ringing. Need to go in person and wait in line just to ask a question about when glasses will be ready. They have no reliable tracking method to know where the glasses are in the process.

Excellent experience purchasing 2 pairs of glasses today. The customer service was perfect and the attention to detail was on point. Highly recommend this LensCrafters.

I switched to a different eye doctor and glasses provider due to proximity. What a mistake. I have always loved Lenscrafters. The care and effort made by the opticians has always been second to none and I can't recommend my optometrist - Dr. Peter Tong - enough. I will stick to what is better instead of what is closer.

Dr. Rachel Ng did my eye exam and she was amazing! I didn't have to wait around and I was looked after right away. She was very kind and professional. After my exam I was helped by Carol Yuan to get my glasses and she was just perfect! She helped me with everything and I was out of there in less then 30min with my order in and paid for!

I had a great experience in this store. We went there to get my glasses fixed. Britney and cash are so welcoming and helpful. If I have any problems on my glasses or to get a new one I would definitely come back to this location!

My overall experience was VIP From the Doctor and her receptionists to the glasses department. Thanks to Balneet for her kind assistant. After measuring me for my new glasses, she gave me all the details I needed and I felt like I knew her for i while. There were no discomfort the entire time i was with her for the measurements and payments. She was my Highlight for my experience there. 😃

On July 5th at 3:45 PM I came to Lens Crafters to have my glasses re-adjusted. All I can say was that the experience was amazing, and I received great service from one of the staff members helping with my re-adjustment. Great: Came in for an adjustment, Laurie did it for me perfectly and didn’t event charge me. Good: friendly service. great prices, lots of options. Got two pairs of glasses with transition lenses delivered in less than a week.

Me and my mother walked in and Carol Yuan greeted us and asked how can she help. My mom wanted to tighten her glasses. Carol was very friendly And helpful. She offered us to have a seat while she went to fix my moms frame. I would definitely recommend this store if you are looking to go and shop from a place with great customer service.

This place is sure a must to go if you need help for eyeglasses. Both me and my husband go there for 3-4 years and we are very satisfied. I also loose my eyeglasses 1-2 times a year. Last time , I mentioned to the manager ( Josephine) that I had some hardship in my life and she gave me a great discount. She listened to me and she believed me and she put her hand over her heart and it was unbelievably nice of her to provide that help. The ladies there, Lory and another girl ( a tall girl with long hair) that I don't know her name are very nice as well and they help me surely. My experience was great. The best part was the worker who helped me, Lory. She was extremely helpful, polite, professional and friendly. I’ve never had better service while choosing glasses in my 25 years of having glasses.

Terrible experience would NOT RECOMMEND!! First of all they do not pick up the phone AT ALL. Secondly, after going there and waiting in a line to get into the store for 40 minutes and ordering glasses they do my BILL WRONG. I didn’t notice until I got home and tried to call them the following days. I called over 20 times and NO RESPONSE. My mom made the hour trip back to the store as I was working and they were extremely rude to her, I was listening on the line and the ladies were so disrespectful. I ordered a pair of prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses. They asked me if I want to pick them up when they’re both ready or if they should call/ email me for each one. I said I live an hour away and to PLEASE only call and/or email when they’re both ready. I get an email a few weeks later to go pick them up. I try to call them to make sure they have both pairs but OF COURSE THEY DON’T PICK UP. I get there and wait in line only for them to tell me to come back 30 minutes later. This happens THREE MORE TIMES!! Each time I came back they would make me wait in line again just to tell me to come back!! When I finally get in the store they tell me they only have my prescription glasses and not the sunglasses. At this point I am extremely upset. They promise me they will call me when the next pair comes. A MONTH GOES BY AND THEY CALLED ME YESTERDAY JUST TO TELL ME THEY LOST MY SUNGLASSES!! They shipped them to the states by mistake!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE AND THE HORRIBLE WORKERS!!

Balneet was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She gave her honest opinions of how my glasses and sunglasses looked on me. She was willing to spend her time with me and was able to help other customers as well. Very pleasant personality. I walked out of the store feeling very happy and confident about my new purchase.
