I was going this shop several times, Almost is not good not bad, But last time I went 3 days ago the staff was always chewing a gum and gave a bad service to me with mono face and didn't recommend choices as I asked for replacement coils for caliburn A2s but he gave me replacement coils for A2 without told me an information. The different is ohm (watt) is not equal and makes difference feel when you vape. I noticed by myself and asked he back so I knew. I felt not good for this time.

Love this place, the people are usually super helpful and extremely kind. Definitely recommend this place! On a side of feedback, I kind of had an awkward experience with one worker. I unfortunately did not catch their name; I had not even taken 2 steps into the shop and I had one of the workers say “uhm can I see some ID” I understand I look young & there’s no one in the shop. But there has to be some level of professionalism; it just made me feel uncomfortable, I don’t need to feel judged when I haven’t even made it to the counter yet 😂
