Lost me as a client before I was even registered. Me and my wife have been on medical cannabis for years, today, my wife opened up about her history to your doctor, and this doctor denied cannabis flower to her, for capsule, my wife is terrified of capsule as she's deadly allergic to the jel capsule. This doctor, then tried to push edibles on to her, and those make her sick. If something is working for a patient, why change it ? If her personal doctor has cleared her for cannabis, not sure why you guys wouldn't. She's had her prescription FOR YEARS. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Had my first appointment with Apollo at their North York location a few months ago and I have to say I am extremely pleased by the exceptional service I received . All the staff were so friendly and very informative!! The doctor really listened to my concerns and the educator I sat with really took her time to explain the treatment plan to make sure I understood everything and was comfortable using the cannabis for the first time! Thank you Apollo for such an amazing experience !

I’ve had a steady diet of T3s for years. Approx 2-6 a day depending on each day or whatever I did the day before! The pain would wake me 4-6X a night and has affected my ability to work. My doctor has told me to retire but that’s about 3-5 yrs too soon. I was surprised when he suggested an alternative, NOT just any alternative but Apollo by name. I only know two Apollo’s , Creed the boxer and the sun god ( yes, I used lower case ) but my Dr whom I respect/trust spoke very highly of them. I am still working with the Apollo Dr and Amber with my medications; but are anticipating restful nights, pain management, and a better quality of life. Both my wife and I are already feeling the benefits of the PROMISE TO BE ... PS. A special shout out to Amber for PATIENTLY walking my thru the medications, programs, effects and how to use responsibility UPDATE #1 - I’ve reduced my T3 pills from 6 down to 4 a day. My back pain only wakes me up 3X a night down from 6. I wake up with a better attitude to start my day. Again Amber and the Apollo Dr are still working to find my proper balance

I love the laid back feeling of the office. Front office staff are nice and courteous. They can answer most questions you have when you walk in. Some days the wait is a little long but far better than my family doctors wait times. My first doctor went back to Israel so I have this new doctor and let me tell you this guy cares and listens. We worked out everything in about an hour and now when I visit it's a quick review of my health and I'm out. Veterans get a nice discount as they should..thank you for your service!!.. and you can get one too if your documentation supports it. They inquire about the L.P and if they are the right fit, if its not good they will change it up for you. Thanks for your help and support

Excellent Experience! The office is very professional in general. All staff are friendly and supportive. I met with Sarah and Katherine who spent a lot of time with me, ensuring that I understood everything and was comfortable. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable. The doctor was also very helpful, ensuring there would be no interactions with any medications I am currently taking. I felt that the doctor as well as Sarah listened to me and understood my situation and concerns. Thank you!

Very sad to write this but I made an appointment because my current prescription is not with providers that I like. Even tho I already have a prescription for flower cannabis the doctor wouldn't prescribe me any flowers. She said that smoking is bad for your lungs, I get that but I am alegic to gel capsules and edibles make me sick, even after hearing this she still pushed edibles on me and refused flower and right out told me to try somewhere else, I smoke for anxiety and eating disorders she really made it hard and distressing for me, now I have to book somewhere else. Waste of time do not recommend other providers usually praise that cannabis is helping my ED.

I was really hesitant for a lot of years on getting my Medical Card but Apollo made it so easy and not feel like a long winded process. Everyone I talked to was patient, compassionate, and thorough which helped me feel supported. I’m so glad I chose to go with Apollo and their amazing group!

I put a negative review on here as I was very unhappy and felt neglected but right away I was contacted and the next day they did thier part to proceed with my case. For that I am grateful. Even though by review spewed angry words I was still treated with respect. I wish it didn't take this route. I do apologize for my words and thank you for handling my issue.

Very kind and professional nurse practitioner patiently took time to discuss my medical concerns and provided informative medical advice. After my appointment I was contacted by the support team educator wakes me through everything I needed to do to fill my prescription and options to administer treatment. Very impressed with quality and level of service.

I was apprehensive about using the CBD oil at the beginning. Doctors at the clinic were very patient and knowledgeable and I always received great service from the supporting team and educators. I highly recommend them.

Watch out for the fine printotherwise they will keep sending stuff and charge.

Apollo booked me in with my consultation within a couple of days of my call! Doctor Singh was super patient and answered all my questions, even if my appointment was over the phone due to COVID. Adrian was an extremely informative patient educator and gave me all the information I needed about my prescription! Overall a great experience and I will continue coming back.
