I can easily say some of the best food I have had this entire year. The Thai Salad and Quinoa Chicken were super delicious, and the tuna sushi stack was immaculate! The service was non-existent though, and the atmosphere during the day was alright.

Great location at the bottom of The Sandman Hotel. I love going there for drinks and apps. I absolutely love the calamari, huge pieces, light breading, and cooked just right until tender. And they have a large bar menu that will have drinks that make everyone happy. Another recommendation is the Whipped Feta with roasted tomatoes, it's such a great way to open your pallet before diving into your main courses. Highly recommend eating at this location!

Fantastic! Moxies hasnt ever really been my fave dining option, but something about the food or the atmosphere made it top notch. Great food & great atmosphere!

Always enjoyed the food at Moxie's and it did not disappoint at this location by the Toronto airport. Speed of service was a bit lacking on the bar side though. There was sufficient staff but the bar area was far from full, the staff did not come around very often and bussing did not happen. During my 2 hour stay, a server came around 4 times and out of the 4 times, removed empty plates/drinks twice. It is fortunate that the food is good.

Came for St Patricks Day drinks and dinner and had a wonderful time. Restaurant was busy with a great atmosphere. Staff were friendly and had a good sense of humour. Good wine list and food choices. Highly recommend,

We visited this restaurant because of a missed connecting flight layover at the hotel which is where this restaurant is located(separate review on the Sandman Hotel). The food at the restaurant was great and our server was also very attentive and nice. I particularly like the high booth setup in this restaurant since it provided a lot of privacy, and I have not seen that many other restaurants have this kind of setup. If we are in the area again we will definitely come back.

I’m from out of town wanting to enjoy a nice dinner before I fly out tomorrow, so we came here to relax and have a good dinner. I called beforehand about availability and if it’s patio seating. They told me no issues. We got there and they were quick to lead us to a table but only be told that it hasn’t been cleaned. Okay cool, just have to wait for it to be cleaned. 30 minutes later, we got tired of waiting because now we’re hungry. We drove off to another nearby restaurant who sat us immediately. As soon as we’ve ordered our starters and drinks at the other restaurant, that’s when we get asked to go in for our table. That’s 40 minutes after we were told that our table was only needing to be cleaned. Poor customer service. My business went elsewhere tonight. Update as of July 10, 2021: I emailed them as per requested and have not received any response back regarding my experience. This really just shows the poor customer service even at the management roles.

This place is the first place we have eaten while staying in Toronto and they are setting the bar high! The atmosphere was warm and inviting with perfect lighting and warm tones. They greeted us and seated us right away and the servers were attentive to allergy concerns. The primary server was very friendly and helpful also. The food was DELICIOUS. I had the Thai Curry Laksa which had just enough creaminess and heat. The Salmon had great texture throughout and tasted amazing. Even the Lavender Lemonades had a clean taste with just the right balance of sweetness. I would definitely come again (even through this snowy weather) if I'm in the area and recommend that you do too.

Nice atmosphere. Wait staff was friendly. Food was good. Nice selection of dishes. Something for almost everyone. Prices were reasonable. We spent a good deal of time here, but did not feel rushed.

The food here is all delicious. Especially the tuna stack and the steak salad. But moreso, all of the staff is great. Every employee my mother and I encountered was outgoing and friendly, but none more than our server Francesca. She was so kind and friendly and professional- just a sweetheart. Would absolutely go here again.

Excellent service, nice staff, great management, greetings, good food, tasteful. Great location. Everything is great but the price, it’s a bit expensive. But I was impressed by everything else they provide. I ordered beyond meat burger(includes fries). See the picture how yummy it looks😍

We stayed at the Sandman Signature Airport hotel for a Basketball tournament, so we were in and out of Moxies all weekend. Great restaurant - bright and modern. Extensive drink and food menu. Wonderful staff - Angelica in particular. Superb service and really got to know us and engaged with us over the weekend. A real pro. Even sent a special treat when she heard we were here for try outs. Enjoyed our time with the team at Moxies and will definitely be back.

Amazing experience. This is a great place if you want to have a large group who can all do A La Carte! This restaurant is gorgeous! Very modern inside! Bathroom is beautiful. Food is good! Waiters were very sweet! The reservation process was super simple! It’s not busy! Lovely view somehow, kind of like a house on Hill! Would Recommend!

Tried the appetizer whipped feta with roasted cherry tomatoes and artesan seeded bread for the first time. What a gastronomical experience! Loved the cashew chicken ginger lettuce wraps but the chicken was a bit salty, maybe it was the sauce. The medium well peppercorn Chicago-style filet mignon was scrumptious. Our server was great but at times it was difficult to get the server's attention. Our service did come by a couple of times to ask if everything was okay.

Came in here for Dinner as recommended by the locals . There’s a lounge area where they play music and there’s the dining area . We were seated at dining area . This place don’t disappoint. First time dining in here . I’m impressed with the food and staff attentiveness . All of the items arrived timely and food were delicious. I would also recommend their white chocolate brownies . It’s huge and can be easily shared by 3-4 people.

Great restaurant! I like how the menu offers sushi options! Lots of variety when it comes to drinks, appetizers and main dishes. I had a good lunch however, the service could have been a little faster by the waitresses. The managers managed to serve us instead. Great rescue lol. Ordered an Expresso Martini, was slightly disappointed with how it didn’t come with a coffee bean, and they didn’t fill the glass ti the rim, and was very foamy so it feels as if I’m getting more foam than drink imo, it was okay, just hoping they will improve their presentation. I ordered the Tuna Sushi Stack, I found interesting the TunaStack combination with Seasoned Prawn Crackers, tasty and light as my appetizers, also ordered the Shrimp and Calamari apps as well, love the sauces it came with, heavenly taste! For main dish, the Rib Eye Steak with mashed potatoes and mushrooms as sides was good. Ordered a side of fries as well, it was delightful. The steak was rare when it arrived to the table, but that’s my own fault, hence I asked that way, so I requested to make it medium rare instead, since rare was too rare. Ops! All was great, very tender steak, tasty and fatty, but that’s why it was so flavourful, and went ok with my mashed potatoes and mushrooms, since the mashed and shrooms could have been more flavourful. Overall great lunch, hoped it had been a bit quicker considering it was my work lunch break. Hoping staff will improve their service, as managers shouldn’t be doing that themselves.

Visited Moxies with friends and family for the first time and fell in love with its food. Every food item we ordered was amazing. We order burger and pizza for kids , they loved it . For us we ordered roasted tomatoes, nachos and prawns , everyone enjoyed the delicious food and ambience. Our server was great too, ever smiling and very polite. Food presentation was nice and lures one to eat more than they can. Thanks Moxies for amazing experience , will revisit soon.

Surprisingly swanky...this place was a pleasant experience that delivered the goods. The Tomatoe dish with whip feta is freaking awesome 🔥. All the food good. Service was prompt and courteous.

I used the Lounge side, which is self seated. The waitstaff are incredible: not constantly all up in your face, yet attentive and helpful. Had a delicious French Dip here. Lavender Lemonade was my server's suggestion to match my meal choice, and I was pretty darn impressed.

Came here to with my family tonight and it was my first time and our server Igor was amazing, it was raining and he accommodated us even in the patio area! Not only was he patient but his service was so friendly and impeccable! Continue doing what you do Igor. I definitely recommend this Moxies to anyone that is planning to have a night not having to worry about if ur going to be comfortable because the staff does a fantastic job at making sure!

I don't usually write reviews but I just had to this time. I've been to this Moxie's twice and both have been great experiences. The first time I went, the food was amazing service was good (I believe her name was Francesca), hosts were very friendly and the atmosphere was awesome. The more recent time I went it was absolutely amazing that I just had to write this review. Food was so good just like the first time and the service was one of the best I've ever had. Simona was so great, I've worked in hospitality for a few years and when I tell you she was amazing, you better believe it! She was so helpful, attentive, and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better server, would definitely ask to be in her section if she's there the next time I come back. 100% would recommend and definitely coming back!

Best service I ever had at a Moxies franchise!! Our waiter was PHENOMENAL!! We never felt like we were forgot, she always came back to check on our group, and gave great recommendation when we couldn't decide on what to eat. The food as well was very delicious, all 6 of our dishes👌🏾👌🏾

Noisy. Noisy. Noisy. Did we mention noisy? We don’t mind it being a bit loud, but this place was too much on a Sunday night. Perhaps it’s because music was being pumped out of the overhead speakers and everyone else around needed to talk over the loud music just to hear the person next to them. It was so loud our waiter couldn’t hear us and even missed two plate orders for the group and needless to say, they had to wait for their meals longer than than the others. Overall, the food was really good. Just no need for all the loudness to try and enjoy a good meal with others at the same table. Rating higher only due to the food quality but otherwise might rate lower. Would think twice about returning.

Moxie's never disappoints! The chicken and steak are simply amazing, and the brownie desert was the crowning finish. Well done to the staff. You won't find a cleaner store. Fabulous having a DJ on Friday nights. Really helped to lighten the mood and bring up the party!

We made a reservation in advance so when we arrived we were seated very quickly. The area we were in looked like it would be a patio during the summer time but it was entirely enclosed for the winter weather with heaters throughout. The seating area was modern and well decorated. The music was also great (but a bit loud at times). The service throughout our dinner was excellent. A few individuals were late so the waiters/waitresses were great about checking in with us for drinks until we were ready to order. We received our food and dessert relatively quickly. As usual the white chocolate brownie was amazing - highly recommended at all Moxie's locations. Note the parking may be tricky at peak times since it appears to share a lot with a hotel. Otherwise we had a great experience here!

Went to celebrate my birthday 🎂 and it did not disappoint. The hostess that greeted you and showed you to the table Our 2 servers was excellent. Great service and food . I will recommend this place to all my friends. Thank you 😊

Location was amazing and its ambiance. Got the power bowl it was super bad , i wish I choose something else . Literally big lettuce leaves and hard to eat. But they did had many other vegetarian options . Will be going back to try something else

We came here at 6pm on a Friday night. The restaurant wasn't full. We got seated right away. Drinks and food are above average, especially the drinks, although the presentation of drinks and food looks pretty homemade. Chicken wings appe was excellent. We ordered sirloin for dinner, both medium rare. Maybe it's because of the butcher cut, or not aged dried enough, the plates were quite bloody when we finished the steaks. My expectation for steaks is high, after all it's an experience piece of meat. Good steak deserves good chef. Service was excellent. The lady who served our table was super nice.

Tucked away from the main street but was busy when we went. Decent shrimp tacos and beer selection. Same as any other Moxies.

My favorite place to dine out. The food is just scrumptious. Our server was very polite and pleasing.

We sat in the bar and tried to share an appetizer. But as I have a food allergy, our server and the manager on duty helped me navigate their menu. They suggested the whipped feta with grilled tomatoes and artisan bread. It was out of the world. Thanks so much to their staff, including the kitchen staff for a great allergy free appetizer!!

With his engaging personality, Joe has elevated the bar experience to another level. From the moment I took a seat at the bar, Joe's warm and friendly demeanour made me feel right at home. He greeted me with a genuine smile and a genuine interest in providing the best possible service. He recommended me and my wife this cocktail and within two minutes I had a drink in front of me. Had two dishes and they were phenomenal. Overall a great experience, definitely will be going back to sit at the bar when joe is bartending.
