I bought two handbags this past weekend from the Yorkville location. The staff was extremely helpful & accommodating. They have an amazing selection of handbags as well as jewelry. I was super scared. These bags meant a lot to me and I wanted to sell them with care. I called the Oliver jewelry in yorkville and came in same day. Joe was so helpful he made it very easy to let go of these bags the process was very smooth almost perfect. Very quick and easy. They gave me amazing prices for the bags and they made me super comfortable. He also referred me to an amazing coffee shop right down the road called coco espresso bar. If I could leave less stars I would! Yesterday I visited the Yorkville location I was REFUSED ENTRY! Suddenly they were closed 30 mins before the hours listed on the door I pointed this out the security guard said it’s on the website I checked the website it still says 10-6! I got the distinct impression I was REFUSED ENTRY because I’m a PERSON OF COLOUR! I will never spend my money at this or any other location there are many stores in the city that sell the exact same items with much better service!!!!!

She was extremely friendly, gave me the most competent and professional customer service, and gave me an honest and reasonable price for the Tiffany necklace I was selling. When selling or buying here, I highly recommend dealing with Monique because she always goes above and beyond for her customers!

I purchased two items online from Oliver's Jewelry and it was a great experience! Easy check out, fast delivery (with tracking) and reasonable prices. I find their quality system truthful (Fair, good, excellent, etc.) which makes shopping easier. Their pictures are accurate. They refresh their inventory often. It's a good local option if you're in Canada. (No duty fees!) I do want to point out that they are offering an incentive for this review. I never visited the physical location in Toronto, this is online only.

A ring quoted for 18K-20K (custom made with the finest gemstones and diamonds as well as gold in terms of quality and regions ...and above average ct) (this quote includes the labour cost of course for making the custom made ring) they wanted to buy for 1K LOL. Scam! The ring was similar in style to Princess Diana's engagement ring, for reference. Maybe buying from them is a good deal, but for someone selling it is not. There's definitely a market for rare and unique rings made of quality in terms of materials...but I assume they only sell to buyers who do not have range of taste and comprehension of quality so they probably have to keep this in mind (which makes sense in that way). I know jewelry, but whomever we dealt with, certainly does not.

I eagerly anticipated visiting the store after several positive online shopping experiences. Regrettably, the physical store did not meet my expectations. Initially, the presence of security personnel equipped with a taser at the entrance was disconcerting. Additionally, the store staff appeared more interested in interacting with a dog present in the store than in assisting the customers. Despite being there with a friend, we noticed that other customers were also overlooked by the staff, who seemed preoccupied with the pet. When I finally managed to engage one of the staff members, her overly enthusiastic demeanor felt insincere, prompting me to decline her assistance and continue browsing independently. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend visiting this store in person.

I was very pleased with the service I received today. I brought in some jewellery for assessment and they offered me a fair price. They also advised which pieces were not worth selling. When I mentioned I had some jewellery that needed repairs they offered surprising low prices compared to other jewellery companies.

Love the new store on Yorkville Avenue! The new design and showcase looks great and is on par with all the surrounding high end stores in Yorkville at a fraction of the price. I recently purchased a Rolex watch and Gold bracelet and was amazed at the quality and price. Their prices of their products are very reasonable and much less expensive than buying from a high end brand name retailer. The quality of their products are very true and accurate to their description. I had some time to kill before an appointment I had in Yorkville the other day when I stumbled into this swanky new boutique. Being Toronto born and raised, I'd of course always known of Oliver Jewellery due to their advertising, but never really had the desire to visit (not really into jewellery). Glad I decided to step into their new spot, as I ended up-- completely unexpectedly-- walking out with an amazing Omega watch (plus a little something for my lady) at what I believe was a real bargain of a price. The guy I dealt with (sorry, all I remember is that his name started with a J) was great to chat with, and when time came to talk business, he was very low-pressure and happy to settle on a number that left us both feeling good. Really was a very nice buying experience inside of a very cool spot (love the design- very sleek). While I'm not someone who will be a frequent buyer due to simply not being that into jewellery, I will definitely find an excuse to return again in the new year, hopefully to add yet another nice timepiece to the collection (Rolex, maybe? fingers crossed!)... oh, and another little something for the missus, so as to distract from the watch purchase!
