So impressed with this place! I called to book an appointment for a dating ultrasound and was expecting to wait a week or more to be seen, but they booked me the same day! The lady who did my ultrasound was so pleasant and shared in my joy when I heard my baby’s heartbeat for the first time 💕 my husband couldn’t be there, but she patiently waited for us to connect by video call and then had him hear the heartbeat as well.

This was my first time at this clinic, I chose it based on the great reviews and they were right. I have had many ultrasounds in my life, and they aren’t usually a comfortable experience. However this clinic is incredible. There was virtually no wait for my appointment, the rooms are large enough to allow you to change in the same room. But mostly it was my amazing technician that made the experience safe and comfortable!

You WILL NOT find a BETTER imaging clinic. Trinity Medical Imaging is filled with THE BEST doctors and staff. They are efficient, thorough, compassionate, professional and honest. This is the only place I would ever book an ultrasound with. I have only had the most positive experiences here - even when I ended up going through a miscarriage which was made obvious at one of my ultrasounds here. The owner is exceptional and while totally professional, also knows how's to have a human and real conversation with his clients. He has a great sense of humour and doesn't beat around the bush. I can't recommend this place enough!!!! The only place I ever want to come to for these sorts of tests!!! Thank you to every single one of you working here. You are truly extraordinary at what you to and our family is forever grateful to have you so close by! Dr. Michael, thank you for being the first doctor in this entire process, that has given us hope. Words can never express our gratitude!

Michael was amazing! I had an excellent experience at the diagnostic imaging clinic. Wait times were minimal. The technology is modern, up to date, and the facilities were clean and well organized. They had X-ray and ultrasounds ready to go when I had checked-in.

Just had an ultrasound completed here today for the first time and I wish I had known about this place sooner! due to the pandemic, a lot of ultrasound facilities are not allowing your partners in to see your baby and this place has been allowing partners in since the beginning! I’m totally bummed out but my pregnancy is coming to an end so hopefully this will help other mamas out there! They also had a lot of availability when I called (within the week Vs end of the month like a few places) which was a bonus and they saw me at my scheduled time accordingly! Super clean facility as well.

Always be your own health advocate. Went in for an x-ray for potential urgent issue (as requested by my dr). Everything was great in the clinic. Efficient, nice enough. But after...nooope Two days later I had to follow up with them as my dr had yet to receive the x-ray. It was blamed on the fax not going through, wrong dr number, internet not working....basically everything but "oops we made a mistake". Won't be back!

Not a good experience. My technician was treating my with disrespect and I found her humiliating. She also ruined the moment for our 1st ultrasound. I asked her at some point was that the heartbeat and she goes yes you heard it. She didn't take the time to let us hear it or enjoy the moment. I also called to get the images sent to my doctor after 48 hours and they confimed they have been sent only to go to my doctor and find that they were not sent. My doc's appointment was useless and had to take another day off and book another appointment.

I was really impressed with how quickly they were able to see me. The total time from calling their office, arriving and completing an X-ray and Ultrasound, and then returning home was barely over an hour. Other places I called had several days (to over a week) delay before the next available appointment. The staff were really nice and efficient over the phone and in the office, the wait in line/chairs was short (~10 minutes), and the service was friendly but professional. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience.

I was there today, They open right at 10 o'clock. The receptionist is lovely. The Tech is a nice gentleman that noticed my necklaces lol and ask me to take them off of course. Over all very pleasant.

This is THE best imaging clinic I have been to in years. From the reception to the technician and other staff, the service is excellent and everyone is friendly and professional. I’ve been there twice and both times the experience was superior! I was back here today ( August 25) for some ultrasound exams and I am still so impressed by the staff - from entry staff to technicians and the owner! So professional and well-timed. Appointment times are respected and care and consideration of the clients throughout. I will be using their services always in the future! Thanks so much!

Very mixed feelings about my ultrasound today with Trinity Medical Imaging. I was able to get a same day appointment which was great. Some of the staff were kind upon arrival but my technician really dampened the experience. She was very snippy with me, was super impatient and had no bedside manner. She asked my husband to wait outside and told us she would come get him later. She finished the ultrasound before inviting him in and so he didn’t get to be a part of our first ultrasound. Very disappointing and I will not be returning.

It's one of the few places where I booked an appointment, don't have to wait ages to get it the day and time I wanted it, and they took me in 10 min ahead of my appointment. Great service and friendly people.

I waited till i had acouple of appointments before writing this review, so far ive been here 3 times for ultrasounds, waiting time is reasonable, receptionist is lovely and always so courteous whether when calling to book or in person. The technicians are super knowledgeable, considerate and in general provide such a great experience. I truly appreciate your approach and empathy- makes a huge difference for the overall experience, thank you!

I never write reviews, but felt compelled to write one about this place. I arrived 15 min late due to my newborn baby having a difficult morning. I called to let them know and the very friendly receptionist told me to take my time and drive safe. When I arrived, they understandably had to take another patient with a scheduled time behind me, but kept me in the loop and took me only 10 minutes later. During the ultrasound my baby started crying while waiting and the lovely tech helped to settle her and rocked the stroller so I could get dressed. She put me at complete ease during a potentially very stressful situation. I’ve never been here before but will absolutely return for any future imaging and will recommend others here. I’m a medical professional and will refer patients here for sure. Keep up the great work! I know how hard these jobs can be, but your location is doing a stand up job of it!

Super fast, clean, friendly. I was sticky trying to find an appointment and sure enough Michael and his team helped me get an appointment for the next day with flexible time. No long waits. I would def recommend this place.

Trinity Medical Imaging is by far the best imaging place I have been to. Clean office with exceptional front desk and technicians. Although they are a busy office, they're always able to fit me in as a walk in they work quickly and efficiently. This place is amazing. I got the request yesterday from my doctor and called all the ones close to home. All booked for ultrasounds til may 4th and beyond. Needed one for my ankle sooner than that. After talking to several, i was ready to give up. Google showed me this location, and their website said the same or the next day. I was ya right kind of thoughts. But i figured I might as well call anyway. I had my appointment today, both x-ray and ultrasound . The place was clean, and the staff was amazing. In and out, no sweat.. thank you so much for being there for me. Amazing, i would give more stars of i could... and it was still close to home 😊

My family and I are regular patients at Trinity Medical Imaging Clinic. Michael and his staff are very kind, courteous and professional and have always made us feel welcomed at their clinic! Never thought I would be writing a review about an imaging centre but I just had to! They were absolutely lovely. They squeezed me in for a same day ultrasound which is especially appreciated since I'm on crutches now with mobility issues so getting this ultrasound done ASAP and over the weekend was a massive help. But from my first call to them to the receptionist in person and then the tech who saw me, everyone was very friendly and kind. I will never forget your kindness. Thank you!

First time using this clinic for an ultrasound and so glad I was sent here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to get in the same day and with a wait time less than most clinics. I'll definitely be using them again if ever needed.

Wow! I am so glad a friend told me about this place. they are so nice, professional. The place is so clean and i felt while waiting a sense of serenity, they had nice soft music playing. You don't feel you are in the normal cold x-ray places. They actually care about the patients and talk to you and like answering your question. They were truly amazing with my child too. I had the pleasure to meet the owner and he was truly nice and care about the quality of service him and his staff offers. Totally recommend it!

I’ve been to other ultrasound places and this is the best one I always come back to. Staff are really friendly and it’s easy to book appointments. The beds are much more comfortable compared to the ultrasound beds at St. Joseph hospital. Technicians are efficient and helpful

I've been going here for a few years. You definitely notice the difference if you have gone elsewhere. Trinity is by far the best. Professionalism is taken to a new level. When you talk about Doctors and their bedside manor well Michael takes that to a whole level on his own. I was in for a pretty invasive ultrasound. Kidneys, prostate etc. His conversation made the whole experience go by very quickly. Not once did I feel uncomfortable. Keep up the amazing work. The community is so grateful.

Incredible staff, service and response rate. Brian was instrumental in getting an ultrasound scheduled same day with reports sent stat - the doctor had them the next day. This is how our healthcare system should operate - extremely efficient and highly professional. Outstanding job TMI!!

Had a great first time experience with Michael, the ultrasound technician. He made me feel at ease right away and was very thorough and gentle. Little touches like the gel warmer and discussing your health situation in a compassionate manner made the visit less stressful. They provide results to your doctor within 24 hrs. The office and examining room were very clean and lots of free parking. A great imaging option for those of us in the west end of Toronto. No lineups. Thanks Michael.

Great experience at this Diagnostic Centre. The staff is very friendly and they have state of art equipment. I was seen by Michael and it was a very positive experience. From being extremely friendly to being very knowledgeable and putting my mind at ease, overall this place is so much better than any other Diagnostic Clinics I visited in the past. I highly recommend it and will not go anywhere else in the future.

I've been coming here for ultrasounds and xrays for about 3 years. It is hands down the best healthcare experience I've had. The staff are super friendly and accomodating. Had prostate rectal ultrasound done by Mr. Michael on 25/07/2023. Mr. Michael was very calm, compassionate & understanding. He gave all his attention to listen to my anxiety & fear before start of the test. Explained to me about the test & made me relax & Comfortable. The procedure was absolutely smooth. I would recommend to everyone Mr. Michael/Trinity for any Ultrasound. The person who book my appointment was very polite & helpful. Gave me appointment for next day. Neat & clean place. Convenient location, free parking.

I have never had a medical experience like this. Most traditional medical facilities and practitioners act like they are robots and the patient are cattle. This facility was full of compassion, kindness and also efficiency. I will never go anywhere else for my X-rays and ultrasounds. My faith in traditional medicine was restored. Highly recommend.

Ended up going here when the normal place recommended by my physician was booked up for months, and am I ever glad I did! It's way closer to home, has easy and spacious parking, and the people are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! There was an issue with my requisition and they were so helpful to troubleshoot. My ultrasound tech was awesome - warm and friendly and made me feel so comfortable! Really incredible imaging Center. The owner Michael was incredibly knowledgeable, relatable , and cares about his patients. This is first time I’ve had an ultrasound where everything was explained to me on the fly, and where I was shown the screen in real time. I would come back here again in the future.

My husband had an excellent experience! Phoned several labs with openings 2-3 weeks away. 30 minutes before closing on a Friday, I had an appointment for the next day! Witnessed 2 people walk in without appointments get taken care of. Friendly staff, competent technicians, clean and prompt facility. Highly recommended.

I took my teenage daughter to Trinity Medical Imaging this afternoon for x-rays after poor experiences at two other clinics (technicians didn't show so x-rays couldn't be performed). The owner (Michael?) was amazing and took us in after only a few minutes wait. He was kind and understanding when he heard of my daughter's back pain and her frustration trying to get images done elsewhere. The x-ray results even arrived later in the evening - showing a fracture in the spine. Receiving this information so quickly was truly a lifesaver - thanks to Michael. We will definitely come back to this clinic in the future.

I went here twice for 2 different issues. Both times they found nothing, then a different clinic found something significant. The first was for an ovarian cyst. A few months after my negative scan here, another place found a huge 3" diameter cyst that needed surgery within 3 mos. The next time was a breast ultrasound a couple years later. (I didn't realize until I was inside that it was the same place). Again, they found nothing, when later another clinic found 2 cysts! I don't trust this place. I recommend Bluewater at Lakeshore and Kipling.

Went in for a chest x ray(first time in my life) and had the displeasure of being served by the technician named Prince who had terrible bedside manners. Right as I walk in to the room he tells me to put on the lead apron with no instructions whatsoever. Even after I asked him if I put it on correctly, he responded by that I did without even looking at me and while he was staring at the computer screen the whole time. I am still convinced to this day that I did not wear the xray vest properly for my x ray all because Prince could not care less and was negligent. Unfortunately this kind of negligence is a common theme among medical personnel who are from a south Asian/ south East Asian background. They treat other minorities and south Asian/ south East Asian patients such as myself poorly and with zero empathy and respect. I do not recommend Trinity Medical imaging
