I visit this location for the first time and last time. I purchased few berage, gas and air freshener. I told the guy what I will pay separately. But he proceeded to snatched and try to scan what I already told him not to put it on the same transaction. I didn't take it the wrong way. I told myself probably he did not hear me. So I told him once more about it. That's when things turn ugly. He turn and give me a nasty look and raising his voice reply me "Why". I reply him because I need to pay separately. He just kept replying "why". That moment I told him. Should I call your company and explain them why? After that he proceeded with my request with a really bad attitude. I was driving my company vehicle and my personal purchases most be paid by me and not with the company credit card. I wouldn't mind telling him if he ask the right way. But that's not how things go down. So I will never ever go back to this location

i came here on this location cashier on duty so rude he need more training as well ,customer service zero please management look after your store hopefully give him disciplinary action

Thiva is rude and a bully. My true rating is a ZERO. I was buying lottery tickets in the store and was mid-transaction when the cashier told me that he was going to serve the (also rude) man behind me with his gas. I stood my ground and said that he could be served after my transaction was finished as he was next in line. He then proceeded to tell me that this was the policy to serve gas patrons first and if I didn’t like it, I could leave and go somewhere else… while my tickets were on his side of the partition. I have never had such aggressively rude customer service in my life, and have confirmed that this is NOT Petro Canada policy, it is his!! The owner should be ashamed to have a person like this representing their business. I have made a report to head office.

The service is so bad, especially the old man who often stands there in the evening. Very rude to customers, slow service, wasting customers' time. I don't understand if the owner hires them to be responsible for standing at the door or selling goods? so funny. Everyone should not come to this place, if you do you will only bring more frustration to yourself.

Thurai had attitude. Makes no sense for the store to be open 24/7 when I can’t even go to the store and select the Icecream I want. I asked for a Vanilla Icecream and that dude had no idea what a vanilla Icecream is. Are you kidding me with this service. Worst Petro Canada around

Excellent customer services provided by staff with great smile. Easy to move around at gas station. Parking is available easily for in store purchase. Clean store with most of the products are in stock.

First time on my way to the new market, I refueled my truck here, walked into the store to buy gum and drinks, I was surprised how the cashier raised the voice to elderly man who asked for glasses, cashier attitude will ruin your business, February 13, 2022, at the noon.

Never in my life have I encountered a man at a gas station who constantly struggles to understand a single word I’m saying and refused to let a costumer into the store to select a simple item from the fridge

Bad attitude at this location. Thurai was particularly rude. Otherwise it’s clean and no other problems.

Thiva was incredibly rude and dismissive. He refused to scan the Petro card on my phone and insisted that I only use the physical card. Have never had this issue at another Petro location.

Friendliest most knowledgeable staff of any gas station I've ever been too, nice clean washrooms, ample selection of drinks, from a gas station, what more could you ask for?

This is the best place to buy gas. Don't idle unnecessarily ok. Stop contributing to the pollution. Save money and turn your car off when not in use unless of course it's extreme weather.

Horrible! All their pumps are not working and they don’t even bother to check! I think they just want to use the credit card! Don’t come to this location! I entered my CC 4 times and it just didn’t work!

Always overpriced gas. There is a better reasonably priced gas price at esso near centre point. Dont support overpriced gas companies like this.
