I went into this facility to purchase some items. Udeni was very helpful in showing all the options that were available. Very friendly atmosphere. The shop display area was very well organized and kept very clean. Was following the Covid-19 protocols. Felt very comfortable shopping there. Great overall experience.

I have had a great experience using Public Storage here at 28 Estate Drive. This would make it my second time coming to this location for temporary storage usage. Both Trevin and Trish are so professional and extremely kind in how they conduct their business and I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a storage place to rent. Had a locker for almost 2 years at the Estate Drive location in Scarborough. Staff were friendly, facility was kept in good order, even when we had a burnt out light, they came right away to replace while we were onsite. Access was easy and they always answered our questions. I really enjoy my unit here. Lots of lighting, very safe and secure. The team there is amazing. Whenever I need anything they are always around to help. I had forgotten my lock once and Selina was very prompt to help me secure my unit to make sure my contents were safe all night. Will be a long term renter for sure.

I've just had my first time go at a rental unit and have to say that the store at 28 Estate Dr. has the best asst manager I have seen. Trevin Rajapakse was so helpful that I would gladly recommend any to talk with him. He gave me the info I needed and the best price including a promotion. My unit was clean and easy to get to. I had a great experience while looking for a storage unit with Public Storage. I spoke with the manager, Trevin, on my first visit who was very patient and helpful and took me around the facility to see each of the units that I was interested in. I came in again to book the unit and Shayan, took me to see the exact unit I would be getting before booking to ensure it was to my liking, walked me through all the booking options and helped with setting up the unit for use. I was thoroughly satisfied with the whole experience.

Great service. They need to have more flatbed trolleys per entrance. They should consider having at least 4 to 6 flatbed trollys.
