I thank god every single day for me having Kash as my therapist she’s truly a god sent without her amazing technique and magical hands i am where I am today.. I’ve been to many other clinics and never had this amazing experience, Kash always listen to my issues and concerns regarding my shoulder surgery and used the appropriate techniques to help with my recovery ❤️‍🩹 also the entire staff is extremely helpful and throughout my recovery journey. Lifemark at Rouge Valley hospital is, without question, the best treatment facility, I have ever used. The staff, from the receptionists to the staff in the interior are, in my view, the most knowledgeable, accommodating, respectful, professional and courteous group anywhere! I have had the good fortune of being in the care of, perhaps, one of the most competent and highly skilled medical professionals, Kashmita Poojary. This Physiotherapist has done wonders in alleviating the pain on both my shoulders and arms. A pain which once caused me great distress and discomfort. I was so impressed by my treatment that I recommended the facility and Physiotherapist to my wife, who, also holds a very high opinion of both clinic and Kashmita. My son came close to using the facility as well. In the event that he will require physiotherapy for his injury in the future, he will be calling Lifemark Rouge valley. Very good service! The lifemark staff is very friendly and always available to book and reschedule the appointments. The Physiotherapist Salman found the source of my pain and treated it with dedication and professionalism. Also, the staff explained the excersices and sent me an email with a drawing the repetitions and frequencies. I am glad I was able to come back to work with no issues in my foot or lower back. I have been dealing Alan Li, OT here and he has been phenomenal helping me navigate what I'm entitled to thru insurance but more than that he's helped me navigate the craziness & forms that become overwhelming in all aspects of an accident. He came, identified various equipment that would help me, arranged delivery & installation, do forms and getting refund chqs for things i needed. He'll be with me helping me get towards physio and even counselling my now fear of some driving conditions that were part & parcel of the accident. These are truly good ppl to have on your side.

After suffering from a lengthy period of pain in the elbow that restricted movement and limited to lifting light objects, and then diagnosed with Tennis elbow by my general practitioner, I was scouting the market for a physiotherapist that understood sport-related injuries. Then came Bahar, Kashmita and the team at Lifemark Physiotherapy & Sport Medicine Rouge Valley! The practice is clean, tidy, and spacious. The entire team are very patient, hands-on, enthusiastic about their profession, very detailed oriented in explaining themselves, and super-knowledgeable about the work they do. Bahar and Kashmita took the time to properly diagnose my pain and provide a thorough explanation of how and why I was experiencing the pain. What really stood out was their ability to pinpoint the contributing factors in other joints and muscles as root causes of the problem and develop a rehabilitation program adding more stretch manoeuvres in subsequent appointments. They also ensured I was doing each stretch exercise correctly to activate the relevant muscles and joints. Emails are sent after each session with the exercises that you review and perform at home. To date I have attended five appointments and have great mobility and range of motion than ever before – and the pain is gone! My upcoming appointments will focus on strengthening the core and that will provide full body joint and muscle flexibility. I hoped for total support from Bahar, Kashmita and their team and I got so much more, and I am feeling confident about being pain free in the long term.

I started seeing Kunj for some pain I’m experiencing in my knees and it’s been a few months now and I can feel the difference. She recommend a whole bunch of stretches and the. Strengthening exercises which have helped me combat the pain. She is great at working with the issues I have in stages, to first make the pain go away when doing everyday function and then move onto strengthening the muscles for more occasional situations when I feel pain. She asks the relevant questions to understand the issue and then prescribes the appropriate action to be taken and the ways to alleviate the pain. She’s easy to talk to and very personable and warm. I’m glad I picked Kunj to work with.

My experience with lifemark has been amazing! All the staff are friendly and accommodating. I have been working with Kunj (physical therapist) for a herniated disk and sciatica, and she is absolutely amazing! I cannot believe the progress I have made. I went from barely being able to walk with a cane, to walking independently with minimal pain in 2 months. Kunj is very knowledgeable and assess me each time I go and modifies my care plan accordingly. I continue to improve each week, and am so greatful for the care I receive.

The physician, Bahar Javan was great. She is very kind, patient, and sweet. She explain everything very detail about my ear problem. The good things is my vertigo is gone after the first visit. I am highly recommend this place and the doctor. 10 out of 10 👍🏻

This is a great physio clinic! I was in a lot of pain, and thought I should explore physiotherapy. As I was researching different offices, I came across this office and was immediately sold by the positive reviews. Now a patient, I can understand why! When I first visited, I could barely move or sleep due to pain. I am now sleeping through the night, and my mobility is almost near normal. Behar and her team provided me with different exercises and stretches. Behar was also able to work my muscles and find certain pressure points that significantly reduced my pain (almost immediately). Of course, you get what you put into it, and sometimes it takes time. Keep up with your appointments, but make sure to do your stretches and exercises between sessions. Behar is knowledgeable and kind, and she tailored my treatment to accommodate my chronic health issues. With chronic health issues, I am apprehensive when trying new treatments. Behar and her team made me feel so comfortable and confident in their work. I even enjoyed my visits, because the staff are all so friendly and helpful. Other positives include: online portal for exercises, appointment reminders, and parking is validated (as long as you aren't visiting the hospital for other services). Perhaps it depends on your injury/needs/treatment, but I would expect appointments to run from 60-120 mins. I think this is a reflection of the time and patience the staff give you. If you're on a schedule, I would add a bit of buffer time and plan to be there a bit longer. Overall, I highly recommend!

I've been going to Lifemark Physiotherapy for the recent accident I was involved in. I found that the exercises and workouts were great and helped a lot with the pain / recovery process. All of the staff at Lifemark Rouge Valley are really helpful.

I had a double-hip replacement and went to Lifemark Rouge Valley for a 4-week post operation session. Salman was great! He showed me how to do the exercises correctly and modified as required to suit my condition. I loved that I received the home exercises online so I could read the instructions and watch the videos to ensure I was doing them correctly. I highly recommend this facility.

I first came in for neck pain and headache after exercise-related injury. Home exercise program designed by physiotherapists Sal and Kunj is super helpful for me to regain neck mobility and flexibility. But most magical part was meeting with Bahar to treat dizziness. I had vertigo for two weeks and it all got recovered in a day after she did assessment and maneuvers. This is a great team to treat my BPPV and neck injury. Thanks to caring and helpful receptionists as well. I highly recommend this clinic 🥰🥳🥂 if you have similar issues, don’t wait to seek treatment.

The therapist was very friendly and quickly made you feel at ease. She described what she was doing and why. She explained about muscle lose and gave exercises to improve the strength of the muscles. Over time my symptoms disappeared. She also discussed the issues of constipation and how to solve those problems. She was great!!! I would recommend this treatment to all women.

I consulted this physiotherapy center with a knee sprain. I wasint able to walk properly but after consulting the doctor here and after I started to recive the treatments my condition has got much much better in a short span of time. And the way they interact with is also an highlight which helps us to understand more about our injuries. Since I am Athlete I would reccoment Lifemark Rouge valley to any of the athelts with sports injuries or even people with other injuries😁.

It’s been six months of appointments. I came at Lifemark Sport- Rouge Valley with a “frozen” hand after I suffered a major wrist fracture. Being in the cast for almost 7 weeks, my wrist and my hand were painful with zero mobility. I have been going to this location and my Physiotherapist Sal (Salman Shamsollahi) have truly worked miracles. I personally will not go anywhere else and would recommend Sal in a heartbeat. Sal is very knowledgeable and he works with you to identify issues and prescribe the best physical therapy treatment for your needs. My right leg had severe pain for four days, could not even stand to take shower or brush teeth,had to miss work,acupuncture chiropractor did not help. Called Lifemark,got an appointment the same day. Kunj assesed me,gave the physio and ultrasound. The leg was a little stressed after the treatment for awhile. Couple of hours after getting home the stress went away and I was able to walk freely without pain. Thank you

I've made a great decision about getting my Physiotherapy done here as my regular Physiotherapy doesn't do what I'm going for here. The Staff at Lifemark are very friendly and always acknowledge when there patients/ clients come in for there appointments. They are flexible with appointment times as well. Would go here again in the future if needed

I had an unpleasant experience with one of the male physiotherapist at Rouge Valley Lifemark. He was very rude, condescending and dismissive. Even though, Brianna (PT assistant) and the receptionist were kind and attentive during my last appointment, my interaction with the physiotherapist has left me anxious and upset. Therefore, I will not be recommending this location to my family and friends.

I will recommend this location to anyone who suffer from pain. I received treatment for 6 months and every week I noticed improvement. No more pain. McKenzie certified therapist are the best! Staff are very friendly, very knowledgeable, very professional, client focused and they always give you the time and attention needed to recover. Thank you Salmaan and Julie. You guys are the best!!

I was referred to Lifemark Rouge Valley for rehab following hip replacement surgery, and have made steady progress on recovery working with the physiotherapy team of Sal and Julia. They are both professional and supportive, happy to advise and offer individual help with my issues. Staff are friendly and the clinic is run very efficiently. I was very sad and negative after my neck injury but with the positive encouragement and an intensive program I started to see and feel improvement after the second session. I’m now mostly pain free and a good knowledge of how to manage/ control my pain thanks to Sal and Birgitta.
