I
really
respect
this
place
but
the
management
and
sevadars
are
really
rude.
Today
I
went
there
with
my
friend
who
is
from
The
Philippines
and
another
Indian
guy.
We
were
served
langar
by
the
sevadars
gracefully.
However,
we
were
served
more
than
our
capacity
to
eat.
My
friend
from
the
Philippines
who
was
new
to
the
Indian
vegetarian
as
well
as
spicy
food
could
not
finish
her
meal.
And
when
we
went
to
garbage
the
food,
an
old
lady
came
rushing
and
scolded
us
badly.
She
was
so
arrogant
and
very
disrespectful.
I
apologised
on
my
friend’s
behalf
and
told
her
that
sevadars
unintentionally
put
more
than
our
capacity
and
thus
the
food
is
being
wasted.
The
lady
and
another
guy
were
so
angry
as
if
they
were
about
to
hit
me.
This
made
me
so
sad.
I
came
to
this
place
because
I
felt
belonged,
but
now
I
will
never
return
to
this
gurudwara,
neither
will
my
friends.
(Please
forgive
me
for
my
words
Waheguru).
The
lady
also
referred
to
my
friend
as
“cheenan”
(chinese),
which
I
really
don’t
admire.
As
sikhs,
this
is
our
duty
to
respect
everyone
who
comes
to
the
gurudwara
be
it
a
person
of
race,
colour
or
different
religion.
I
am
a
highly
opinionated
individual
and
thus
I
could
have
answered
that
old
lady,
but
I’m
not
brought
up
like
this.
I
know
my
boundaries.

I
hope
this
message
reaches
that
old
lady.
Meanwhile,
be
careful
while
visiting
this
place.
The
management
itself
has
become
the
new
God.
