After taking ten sets PR photos, visiting ten sets of different photographers, having my PR confirmation photo rejected ten times. I did a bit more research and found that Scarborough Passport Photo Centre has an unblemished track record of providing high quality passport and PR photos and with the best customer service. Today I can testify to this, as I was greeted by tenacious, meticulous and very vibrant Yasmin. She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me and took my photograph with ease, to my delight my photo was accepted by IRCC without incident. Yasmin you're are the greatest, I find your personality and style very scintillating. I was just about to give up. I would highly recommend anyone and especially if you'd faced the same or similar situation as I did to seek Yasmin services. Her prices are very affordable and her environment is very welcoming. Yasmin is amazing! She helped me through the entire passport, birth certificate process and gave me tips and tricks to expedite the process and the best times to come when the lines were short. She gave my wife chair while I stood in line and took great care of us. The most amazing ability of hers is to listen patiently to people's problems and show genuine care and guide them through the difficult time and process. Met the famous Yasmin and the reviews did not lie. She was a star at taking my shy toddler's passport photo. We originally went to Staples because it was closer but the photographer took one look at my tiny shy daughter and said he couldn't guarantee a passport photo. Yasmin on the the other hand, smiled, made friends with my daughter and had the photo done within minutes. Highly recommend especially for baby/toddler passport photos. Just a tip, if you're parking in the building lot, remember to pay, because the parking attendant checks very frequently. I saw him give 3 tickets alone while I was loading us back into the car, then he disappeared like a ninja. Man means business.

Once again, Yasmin help us again. The expertise of the ever changing Passport settings and advancement of technologies has made many challenges to any photo studio. Prior to this photo shoot, Yasmin helped my wife obtain a successful PR Card Photo and we were finally able to get it. We actually had Henry’s and Passport Photo Center take shots and they all failed on the website. This time was my turn to renew my Canadian Passport. My photos were successfully taken and accepted at the Passport Office. I am also glad that Yasmin signed the back of the photos as well. I saw one person the same day having to come back because the photos were not signed. We have other family members who will need to renew. My wife has had her PR Card Renewal Process rejected. We already spent hours trying to figure out how to process the online application for the PR Card renewal. We already had a photo taken by the local photo centre and that picture was rejected. Needed to retake the PR Card photo, we decided to seek a different location. We happen to stumble upon Scarborough Photo Center through Google Map when searching for a possible answer regarding the picture. After reading the countless positive reviews about Yasmin, we decided to go meet her. On the day on the photo, although we showed up near closing time, Yasmin and her staff welcomed us. They not only took an amazing clear photo, took the time to help us load the picture on the government website. Step by step, show us what to click and ensure the picture was successful loaded up to the very picky website. I do not know any photo studio that would take such patience and helpfulness to offer such high level assistance to the customers. Thank you soooooo much Yasmin. We know exactly where to go and refer our family and friends when they need to get a proper photograph taken.

If you want the quick answer: they're one of the best choices, if not THE best choice, for getting professional photos taken if you're in Scarborough. I was only meant to go there for a quick passport photo, but I never thought I could enjoy getting one done ever! I was just casually talking and next thing you know, it's finished! Talk about efficient! It also helps that they're located right in the ServiceCanada building, so it's very convenient if you're short on time and need to get a quick photo done. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the photos taken and might find myself frequently coming here for professional photos.

The photographer is amazing she is very sweet and very knowledgeable. I showed her the passport photos I had taken at Shoppers Drug Mart and she said that while they mostly like to get accepted, I look terrible. So we redid the photos and I honestly agreed I look a million times better, I look super fat and old in the shopper's photos. Plus she is a million times quicker and way more professional. I would recommend coming early and going to her because your photos will then out great

Had such a wonderful experience with Yasmin and the other sweet lady who works here. I was alone with my baby and she couldn’t fit herself into the floor seat with her snowsuit on. I was going to just leave her on the ground but the other lady held her till I was all finished while working. Yasmin was so good and got the photo done in just a couple of minutes. I had a great experience at this photo center. I had called up the center first to see if there are any requirements as I had to take picture of my baby. The owner explained everything over phone to the exact point and booked us for the early morning appointment. Reached there on time and within 5 minutes we were out with the perfect photos, which were accepted by the passport office on the same day. I would also like to mention that this center was recommended by the passport office itself as they had to reject our photos twice (both taken at pro passport centers in Toronto). She made it so easy for us is really commendable. Thanks for your help!!

I've never enjoyed taking my passport photo more than today, never thought I could actually enjoy the process. The woman who helped did so with care and a chipper attitude. This was the second place taking my passport photo because I didn't like the first. I cannot overstate the kindness shown to me by Yasmin and Paul. I am a dual citizen and was in Canada for one day for work travel. I wanted to submit my paperwork for my Canadian passport, but due to an error on my photos, needed to completely retake/resubmit my photos and find a notary. Yasmin not only provided immediate photo service, but also promptly called her friend/coworker who could notarize all of my documents on the spot. Yasmin was incredibly kind, helpful, and expedient in helping me navigate a very stressful process. Her coworker and notary, Paul, waited at the passport centre until the office had approved all my documents (this lasted no less than an hour) and was equally kind and helpful. I cannot think of anytime where I have had better customer service or felt more assured by a stranger's generosity. What started as a very chaotic and stressful day found successful resolution through their incredible compassion and diligence. By day end, I had my new passport, thank you Yasmin and Paul for all of your help!

While visiting this location, I witnessed a heartwarming encounter. As soon as I entered, I was warmly welcome by two kind ladies. I got to see them guide an elderly couple through the entire process, from getting their passport photos done to assisting in filling out their passport forms. You could clearly see the challenges that seniors face when filling out those forms. However, Yasmin was able to step in and explain everything clearly and patiently answer any questions they had. It was a touching moment too see how grateful the couple was to have someone take the time to help them and share a laugh with.
