    This Walmart is too small and only has 1 floor. I'm tired of shopping here and will not anymore. The clothing racks always look like a bomb went off, with clothes everywhere except the rack, on the floor, etc. I always have issues with online orders and many things not being in stock and I always find out after it ships. But the issue of stocking all these downtown Walmart stores with short dated food is getting very tiresome. I just opened a pack of yogurt (where the packaging deliberately obscures the date) and it expired almost 3 weeks ago. In a store with this level of volume it's clear all your old food is being put out instead of thrown out and that this is not random occurrence. I wouldn't be surprised if this food is being shipping to Toronto on purpose because this is NEVER an issue in any American or Canadian suburban Walmart I have been to. I'm not going to spend an hour driving back there to get my $8 but I will never shop here again. When people shop at your stores and bring you business you should take pride in how the store looks. You can't ever find staff here, except the pharmacy.

    Not customer friendly place. This store sold broken TV on clearance and would not accept it back as clearance items are expected not to be in working condition as per assistant manager Sonal explanation. Sonal went further to explain that people buy broken TV all the time and use them to make something else out of it. I left them a TV so they can make something out of it and be creative. Maybe that's a better skill they have cause being customer friendly isn't. They made me wait for 30 minutes, walking away, asking irrelevant questions, lying about policy being 14 days. Just be aware that the final word is clearance items are not expected to be working as per your verbal agreement with the cashier. And they won't accept it.

    Order from this store some basic item at 6am for 11am delivery. I ended up waiting 4hrs more then I wanted for my 7 item to be deliver and all I got was 3 items from the oder. Missing items were 3 bags of lays chips and 1- 6pk of pepsi. Your telling me the this store had no frigging lays chips or and Pepsi. Your order pickers need to be fired as well as the manager. This store is horrible to find anything you actually want to purchase. Very bad service 0 out of 10 for everything

    One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at any department store. The customer service employees lack knowledge, and info about walmart's own policies, or how customer service works at all. They acted like they were doing me a huge favour when they were simply doing their jobs, never going back to this location.

    Conveniently located opens till 11pm every day. Moderate price. Best self checkout friendly and helpful staff. Has free parking lots. Wheelchair accessible parking lot and wheelchair accessible entrants. You can return items with no no problems. McDonald's located inside the premisses

    Large Walmart. Pretty well kept. Different staff members were able to direct me to where I needed to find what I was looking for. I found it wasn't hard to find a member of staff. There is a lottery kiosk, mcdonalds, vision centre, and pharmacy, and small garden centre at this location. Part of a plaza with a large parking lot. There are 3—4 motorized scooters available at the front door. The one thing that bothers me about this location is that a few months ago I saw a Monster High Castle that had clearly been a returned shipment from a customer. The shipping label was still attached showing the customers full name, address, and phone number! I thought this was an unacceptable breach of privacy. Used to have the hand scanners that were always out of order and now I don't see them anymore.

    One of the worst Walmart in the North York area with horrible customer service skills. Rude unpleasant employees with horrible customer service skills and mangers aren’t helpful or do anything to make your shopping experience better. And hear this you have to go looking for your own shopping cart in the parking lot because they don’t have any by the store or inside. They got rid of that job and left people jobless. Just to save some extra money. Now they have their customers searching for shopping carts in the parking lot. Really sad! Do better Walmart at keele and Lawrence

    A wonderful Walmart to get a few things. Ample room to move around with a wheelchair or a stroller. An awesome variety of men's women's & children's clothing. Great staff who really want to help you with your needs. Very clean washrooms that smell fresh. Great prices & really the best Walmart I've ever seen. Very well managed. It's my forever Walmart I'll shop at.self checkouts are an option there as well as cashier's who are there to help you checkout with care. Pick up online orders here as well. Very well organized store.

    The manager ignored my mother twice when she was kindly trying to ask him a question and just pretended not to hear her. This whole store is a mess and they don’t care about their customers. I don’t know what’s going on with management but they are so rude and disrespectful. They never have any stock or any employees on the floor to help and when you find someone to help you they groan and act like you asked them a huge favour. Weirdos. It’s going to sound crazy but the employees act like zombies the way they interact with you and look into your soul. It’s laughable but sad. Honestly fire upper management and hire all new staff cause this place is awful. Bad vibes and bad customer service.

    We order online groceries and they mess up the delivery and customer service. We made a big order of almost $400. In fact, it was the groceries for our first day / week of back at school. A kind of important week where there is a lot of stress to begin with. It appeared like Walmart had hired some guy that was using his own personal vehicle. Definitely, not the usual people and truck. We often have problems with this store as the students/staff filling the orders don't put much care/thought into what they select. They have limited grocery selection as well. It is not your usual Walmart store or experience. The positive there is you don't have to pay for what you didn't order or want. This experience was just flat out unacceptable. The driver was unfriendly and disengaged. I think they must have hired a door dash person. He tried to drop off someone's else groceries that were obviously for a teacher because it had no food but bags of markers and paint supplies. We immediately tried to get our money returned; and this is where the nightmare started. You can't get through to the store department as they don't pick up. You try the corporate customer service but they tell you of their inflexible Walmart policy to wait 72 hours until they review it. What is there to review and why is okay to hold $400 when they are clearly in the wrong and didn't deliver? My wife tried really hard to get them to be reasonable but the people on the other end didn't care. That is a lot of money to hold on a credit card. After 4 days we had to call back but they told us again we would have to wait another 48 hours as it had to be reviewed. The customer service was very ignorant and said we had some other person's groceries as if that was some sort of resolution. My wife was confused how we were going to live off of markers and paints. They clearly didn't care and just wanted to move on. We eventually called corporate Walmart and spoke to a women who said that this was unacceptable and she would try to get us our refund right away. I think people should just avoid buying online groceries at this location. We certainly have had enough of being treated as if we don't matter and it is no fun when you can't engage in a meaningful way with the store. So, I give this store no stars (one is the minimum to make a post unfortunately), two big thumbs down, with a very frustrated face. :( Time to do some box breathing.

    Extremely rude employee. She was working in the pets area around 2:15 pm EST, on Oct 7. I asked to help look up an item, as she has the scanner to check inventory. She said, if you don't see it, then I'm not wasting my time to look it up. Excuse me? you're an employee and you don't want to help customers. I'm not sure why Walmart hire incompetent people. Please fire her.

    Everytime I order photop prints from Walmart photo center website l, for next day pickup here they ask me for an email notification that says it's ready, which I never receive. They say they don't have it ready, because they didn't have paper. Like they never have paper. So I show them that they website says under my account, that it's ready. And yes! It is ready! I don't understand why they try to send me away every single time, instead of serving me with my pictures that I already paid for!? 1 * for customer service. 2 because it's actually really ready for pickup the next day.

    We ordered a stroller that was supposed to be ready that day (same day pickup). It wasn't available until the next day. We picked up the box and it had orange liquid stains on it. When picking up the box the orange liquid stained my shirt and ruined it. When we opened the box it was missing the carrying case. We now have to go back and return it. The alarm once went off when we walked out with something we already paid for. They had to look through our bag which was pretty embarrassing. They don't have any produce. Also not a good kosher selection. I asked where there were screws and the customer service person pointed me to across the store. I walked around for ten minutes realizing they didn't have any.

    Wow, this has got to be the worst walmart I've ever been to. Most, if not all shelves, are completely unorganized. The Bakery section doesn't place expiration dates on their items ( pie etc), I phoned in prior to get some photos printed ( phone wait was about 3minutes) and was told to come in the kiosks were available - all kiosks in site were broken or closed , and absolutely no shopping carts or baskets available.

    This Walmart, at Keele and Lawrence, is lucky they are even getting one star. They would get nothing from me, if I had that option. If I were you I would go to a different Walmart or steer clear of this one. Not parent friendly and they always seem to be dragging there feet here. They seem to be short staff too. So upset today, as I wanted baby formula, and there was no bell or anything near the area to notify CSR to open the case. As a result, I had to go all the way to the register to ask them to have someone come to open the case. I also informed them that a bell or something needs to be in the formula area, like before, so people don't have to searching all around for someone to open the formula case. I think this Walmart definitely needs to step up there customer service! Do better! I will have to find another Walmart to go to, this location is just not doing it for me 🤨

    I would give it a 0 star rating if I could. Horrible location. First and foremost then never have any carts available. Their excuse is they get stolen. Well get more and bring them out when they get low. I get chased by greeters when I need to take my items in a basket to my car. No customer service at all and no one is willing to help.

    Worst shopping experieced ever!!! I am not suppose to give any star!!! Boxing day (December 26, 2023) me and wife went in to buy an Oster Blender, there was only one left on the shelve and the box really looks old but it was sealed with tape. I was a worried but the cashier assured that the item inside should be good and that I may return it if found in bad condition. Arriving home I cut the tape and opened the box to find an old blender inside, we were very disappointed. I told my wife that I will return it the next day after work. The next day I was at the return counter explaining what happened, when the attendant checked the blender she said that she can't decide and the manager should see it because the blender is like a used one and it was not the same model as on the box. Before the manager show up there was this another so arrogant wallmart employee came to the counter asking what was my complain, I told her that I am waiting for the manager to look at it. But she replied "the manager is busy, let me try to sort it out!". when she saw the used blender she said, all items comes from wallmart are good, I think you change it! I was so surprised to hear her words, so I explained to her what truly happed but don't beleive me like I was the scammer. I told her I never do that, I even shown to her my I.D. card that I worked for government of Ontario and don't a scam like that. Finally, the manager arrived and agreed to change the item without hesitation, but I said no, I want my money back! It was a horrible experience and until now I'm confused why an old blender was in that sealed box. It only mean one thing that the Wallmart management is poor and employees are not doing their job. I will never again do shopping in that place!

    I’ve never been so confused and offended. I was doing everything in the shelf check out, I couldn’t tell if this lady was discriminating me or what but she proceeded to go one by one of everything that I scanned as if I was stealing. Told her to stop wasting my time, cancel it and redo it herself if she’s doubting me. She said no and continued to ask me what I was buying, what they were, asking me the prices of each of the items. Even when I paid the almost $500 bill she continued to reprint my receipt and stand there looking it over as if she didn’t just spend 30 min going over my purchase.

    Not any customer service at all, even though the person Inchage at the vision centre is a nice and helpful, the other regular staff at the walmart is not helping him with payments. We had to wait 50minutes just to make our payment. He asked and announced 5-6 times to other staffs for the payment, but they NEVER came to help him. There's no organization at all at this walmart centre. Big dislike for all staff 👎

    Worst customer experience of my life to be honest. I went in the morning to look for a product. I asked 3 associates... The first associate was a bit dismissive and said it's in the kitchen area, didn't really point out where. I asked the second associate and she was very rude, asked me to find someone in the housewares section and I told her I couldn't find the associate. And then she was like "You find someone in housewares section as you are finding me in my section" and she had a very annoyed tone... I used to work in retail and this has been the worst experience at walmart. I understand it is annoying for customers to come up to you one by one but this is your job... I asked a third associate and she actually helped me. For the people who are shopping here, please just do your research because most of the associates aren't helpful.

    The electronics staff member was rude. Couldn't catch her name but thought me and my friend were stealing. Is it racial profiling? I really don't know but other than that the other staff and overall experience was great. Keep it up Walmart!

    I was walking around my local Walmart when I saw a child with sandals on. I have footphobia level 3. This means I am very afraid of feet after my toes were sucked when I was a toddler by my uncle. I instantly ran to the nearest toilet because I had to throw up. When I asked an employee where the nearest bathroom is because I need to throw up she had the audacity to chuckle and say ya you need it. I was flabbergasted and ran to the hard - wear appliance isle to throw up in a bucket. I am very disappointed because this WAS my favourite Walmart because it sells my Colchis cream for half percent off but now, I am just disgusted. Do better.

    This Walmart location in Toronto SUCKS. They never have ANYTHING in stock. They don’t have any selection for food barely. No Naan bread is sold here. Everything is always sold out!!!! Why? Also self checkout workers Jacqueline and another lady stood by a self checkout customer and watched her scan each and every time (stood very close) because she had to use the scanner-gun. That is disgusting to witness! This customer pointed out that the ladies next to her were using he scanner for their tray of 40 boxes of chocolate turtles but she was discriminated against. Some people use it because they can’t lift every item due to shoulder or back or wrist problems.

    this location is TERRIBLE!! I came here multiple times and each time I faced an issue, first time they messed up my grocery order half of the items were missing the eggs were broken. second time when I went to get a copy for my key using the machine inside it got stuck, the costumer service couldn't help me with it, they kept telling me it's a third party and they can't do anything about it I just wasted over an hour trying to get the key out!! recently I have ordered a patio swing using the online website, everything was fine description said you get a hard metal swing with rooftop and everything, I open the package just to find two pieces of fabrics THE BIGGEST SCAM. not only that items they advertise online look nothing like the item you get. EVERYONE THAT WORKS HERE IS RUDE AND GIVES YOU ATTITUDE!!!!!!

    I had just bought 217.00 worth of items so I had 2 big bags in my hands but I needed another pair of mans sneakers so I told one of the employees (Indian guy) that I want to back to get a pair of sneakers because the one I took didn’t have a tag so I couldn’t ring it in, so what should I do with the bags, I asked him if Walmart has a place I can put bags so I can go get the sneakers. His response to me was, “that’s not their (Walmart) problem.” I then told him I asked this question because I know some stores keep the bags for customers they do not want customers going in with big bags. I continued to tell him this is not the response he should have given, that this is not customer service, and it’s staff like him that makes ppl talk about Walmart’s customer service. He said why don’t you go to Metro. I have no idea why he said I should go to Metro. I said metro doesn’t sell shoes. Metro is currently on strike, so I think that’s why he said that. I told him he’s rude and has no customer service and that I will call head office about him. He said go ahead and walked out on me. I asked a few employees his name, everyone refused to say. I went to the manager and told him what happened l. He said he’ll talk to him. I do not believe he’ll be spoken to.

    Indian people at self checkout accusing people of stealing. Horrible will never go back. I had to go back to the car and show proof of receipt that I bought my sons car at metro and they took my sons toy car out of my hand until I showed them the receipt. Who do these employees think they are? Miserable people work here and the managers don’t care

    I give this store 10 stars. This store is awesome. They have the Natural Spring Water on the shelf is what I want to get very soon. I am so glad that I went to this store yesterday. The people at the cashier seems very friendly. That is cool. This store is better to go to then Walmart at Jane and Wilson.

    Yesterday I went to Walmart to buy a sewing machine. I do not have a car and I had to carry it on the bus with me. I went to the customer service and asked them to wrap it for me with a rope and make a handle for it as other stores like Canadian Tire do. They rejected to do so and said you have to go buy a rope and tape and that is the only case that we can help you. May be you expect us ,people with no car, to carry stuff on our head like women in some regions of Africa do, from now on. Because since Covid you make triple triple profit and you reduce your customer service close to ZERO to make even more profit. Very INCONSIDERATE and UHAMAN. I JUST HAD TO TICK A STAR BECAUSE OTHERWISE IT DOES NOT GIVE ME ANY OPTION TO POST MY OPINION. OTHERWISE YOU DO NOT DESERVE ANYTHING.

    It is a decent Walmart, has many of the things you would want to find, however the general public that shops there don't follow any covid19 safety protocols. I went in to buy some windshield washer fluid and some Redbull for my road trip, however, I'm not exactly sure why but social distancing by the customers themselves was not existent. Shoppers beware you will come across random weird people while you shop.

    Staff working self-checkout are inattentive and demeaning. Wrong price was listed on the shelf for an item vs what it rang up to and associate asked if I read the price on the shelf properly. I saw that the floor cleaning was done by a robot automatically now, can't wait until all their jobs are eliminated if they can't even label shelves correctly and the store is cleaning itself and customers are doing checkouts themselves, your one job is to help people, not be angry when people ask you questions. Update: staff are so incompetent here including the manager and online orders rep. I forgot my wallet so ordered the items online to pickup, but they refused to confirm the order and let me pickup, saying that I needed to come back tomorrow.

    The worse customer service I have seen. Staffs unhelpful and rude. I did a order online the shopping did a mistake in sent to me a wrong size. They refused to change and gave me a simple paper and told me maybe in 3 or 5 days you will have your money back. This is unbelievable and extremely rude with the clients

    It is goid olace with goid prices but tje store is nit clean enough. Shopibg carts are old sometumes difficultct to find. They sell no fresh fruit, veggie or meat but other stuff are available from good sources.

    Got the help of AJ in customer service side, lot of energy and really better than the manager, i hope he gets notified.. I had to return my ear phones and that guy who is manager was so arrogant and denied return.Aj explained to use it and really nice person and helped to use it.Good job

    By far, this is the worst Walmart location I’ve ever been to. They don’t have a lot of things in stock, many empty shelves in the store. I have shopped from this location many times and there hasn’t been a time when I could find most of the items I needed. Even basic things like coke or pasta sauce or frozen vegetables are not stocked regularly.

    I'm enjoy of going to Walmart..they sure surprised me every time I'm in the store... Sale. And the people's make my day fell little better. .. not all items are better price. Then some of place I have visit... But the people's that I care the most. Good job. Walmart
