We
order
online
groceries
and
they
mess
up
the
delivery
and
customer
service.
We
made
a
big
order
of
almost
$400.
In
fact,
it
was
the
groceries
for
our
first
day
/
week
of
back
at
school.
A
kind
of
important
week
where
there
is
a
lot
of
stress
to
begin
with.
It
appeared
like
Walmart
had
hired
some
guy
that
was
using
his
own
personal
vehicle.
Definitely,
not
the
usual
people
and
truck.
We
often
have
problems
with
this
store
as
the
students/staff
filling
the
orders
don't
put
much
care/thought
into
what
they
select.
They
have
limited
grocery
selection
as
well.
It
is
not
your
usual
Walmart
store
or
experience.
The
positive
there
is
you
don't
have
to
pay
for
what
you
didn't
order
or
want.
This
experience
was
just
flat
out
unacceptable.
The
driver
was
unfriendly
and
disengaged.
I
think
they
must
have
hired
a
door
dash
person.
He
tried
to
drop
off
someone's
else
groceries
that
were
obviously
for
a
teacher
because
it
had
no
food
but
bags
of
markers
and
paint
supplies.
We
immediately
tried
to
get
our
money
returned;
and
this
is
where
the
nightmare
started.
You
can't
get
through
to
the
store
department
as
they
don't
pick
up.
You
try
the
corporate
customer
service
but
they
tell
you
of
their
inflexible
Walmart
policy
to
wait
72
hours
until
they
review
it.
What
is
there
to
review
and
why
is
okay
to
hold
$400
when
they
are
clearly
in
the
wrong
and
didn't
deliver?
My
wife
tried
really
hard
to
get
them
to
be
reasonable
but
the
people
on
the
other
end
didn't
care.
That
is
a
lot
of
money
to
hold
on
a
credit
card.
After
4
days
we
had
to
call
back
but
they
told
us
again
we
would
have
to
wait
another
48
hours
as
it
had
to
be
reviewed.
The
customer
service
was
very
ignorant
and
said
we
had
some
other
person's
groceries
as
if
that
was
some
sort
of
resolution.
My
wife
was
confused
how
we
were
going
to
live
off
of
markers
and
paints.
They
clearly
didn't
care
and
just
wanted
to
move
on.
We
eventually
called
corporate
Walmart
and
spoke
to
a
women
who
said
that
this
was
unacceptable
and
she
would
try
to
get
us
our
refund
right
away.
I
think
people
should
just
avoid
buying
online
groceries
at
this
location.
We
certainly
have
had
enough
of
being
treated
as
if
we
don't
matter
and
it
is
no
fun
when
you
can't
engage
in
a
meaningful
way
with
the
store.
So,
I
give
this
store
no
stars
(one
is
the
minimum
to
make
a
post
unfortunately),
two
big
thumbs
down,
with
a
very
frustrated
face.
