I
have
been
a
patient
here
for
a
short
time
(since
last
summer
2021)
and
my
experience
so
far
has
not
been
the
best.
Dr
Rahman
is
kind
and
I'm
grateful
to
have
a
family
doctor
I
can
at
least
see
for
basic
(and
I
mean
basic)
treatment,
but
I'm
not
fully
confident
with
the
service
especially
in
terms
of
more
concerning
issues.
I
was
connected
to
this
office
via
Health
Care
Connect
but
as
soon
as
I
find
elsewhere
I
just
may
leave.
I
got
a
Pap
test
by
Dr
Rahman
this
past
January
and
it
was..
complicated.
She
had
to
redo
the
test
twice
in
1
sitting
(brutal!)
because
she
claimed
she
could
not
see
my
cervix.
After
we
finally
finished
she
said
"I
scraped
what
I
could
for
what
I
could
see.
in
case
results
don't
come
up
properly
I'll
refer
you
elsewhere"
for
a
THIRD
Pap
test
good
grief.
Luckily
it
worked
out
but
this
has
never
happened
to
me
before.
It's
always
been
seamless.
I
was
under
a
lot
of
distress
during
the
whole
thing.
Couple
months
later
I
was
told
I
needed
another
one
scheduled
for
August.
I
eventually
phoned
in
to
schedule
and
doctor
was
on
vacation
so
it
was
set
for
this
September.
I
check
in
on
the
scheduled
day
and
reception
didn't
even
have
my
appointment
on
file.
Luckily
I
was
able
to
get
one
after
only
waiting
5
mins
or
so.
I
go
in
to
meet
with
Dr
Rahman
and
she
tells
me
I
do
not
need
a
pap
till
2024.
Okay.
So
the
pap
didn't
happen.
Speaking
of
reception..
very
slack.
There's
about
2
or
3
women
who
work
the
front
desk
and
communication
does
not
seem
to
happen
regularly.
I
missed
a
call
from
them
so
I
return
it
about
an
hr
later.
The
lady
claims
she
does
not
know
why
I
was
phoned.
This
has
happened
twice
now.
The
second
time
this
happened
I
mention
I
was
waiting
on
blood
test
results
so
maybe
that
was
the
reason
I
was
contacted.
She
said
"I'm
not
sure."
Eventually
call
ended
so
I
went
about
my
weekend.
I
ended
up
discovering
a
voicemail
from
the
one
who
originally
phoned
and
it
was
in
fact,
for
my
blood
test
results.
There
is
no
reason
why
a
whole
weekend
should
pass
without
me
knowing
my
lab
results
due
to
one
person
on
the
team
unable
to
figure
out
why
I
was
phoned.
You
ask
me
for
my
health
card
#,
full
name
and
DOB
to
verify
who
I
am
in
order
to
see
my
file
but
can't
pull
up
a
single
note
written
down
in
it?
No
call
backs
scheduled?
The
team
is
small.
It's
at
least
3
people
total
in
the
office
at
a
time
(2
receptionists,
1
doctor).
You
can't
contact
your
colleague
to
figure
out
why
I
was
phoned?
I
would've
been
satisfied
with
"I
don't
see
a
note
here
for
why
we
called
but
let
me
figure
that
out
through
the
other
receptionist.
Is
it
okay
if
I
phone
you
back
or
email?"
It's
health
care
for
goodness
sake.
A
lot
of
these
cases
are
time
sensitive
and
should
be
treated
with
reasonable
urgency.
It
also
feels
like
the
doctor
does
not
even
try
to
remember
KEY
details
about
me
(it's
written
on
my
file!)
or
at
least
act
like
it
and
skim
through
notes
as
we
go.
There
has
been
1
main
health
issue
I've
ever
really
come
in
to
speak
to
her
about
over
several
months,
which
I've
shared
to
her
continuously.
She
still
asks
me
the
same
questions
as
if
she's
learning
about
it
for
the
first
time.
Mind
you
this
does
not
happen
every
visit,
but
it's
been
a
few
times
after
seeing
her
for
a
fair
amount
of
time.
I
promise
you
can
find
better
and
deserve
better
than
here.
Myself
included.
This
practice
should
be
visited
if
options
are
scarce
