am
extremely
disappointed
by
the
quality
of
customer
service
at
Just
Bounce.
They
have
a
"no
make
up"
policy
that
is
written
in
the
fine
print
of
the
contact
that
they
make
you
sign
for
the
month.
If
a
child
falls
ill
and
is
not
able
to
attend
class
there
is
no
make
up
class
OR
credit
to
your
account.
Surely,
anyone
with
a
school
aged
child
knows
that
it
is
very
probable
that
a
child
will
get
a
sniffle,
fever
or
cough
over
the
course
of
a
month.
The
classes
are
expensive
and
the
instruction
is
mediocre.
If
you
want
an
hour
of
jumping
I
would
recommend
taking
your
child
to
Sky
Zone!
This
policy
can
possibly
deter
people
from
being
honest
in
regards
to
Covid
symptoms.
I
understand
that
this
is
a
small
business
and
that
Covid
has
probably
been
hard
on
the
business
but
it’s
been
hard
for
everyone.
Keeping
money
from
people
because
a
child
gets
sick
and
not
offering
a
credit
or
fair
alternative
is
just
plain
wrong.
Especially
during
these
unprecedented
times.
