Excellent customer service! Joy helped my fiancé getting the wedding band for me. Becuase she got me the ring for surprise, it wasnt the perfect size for me. Over the imessage and phone call Joy gave us excellent help. Later, I ended up purchasing another ring from Joy for my fiancé. My fiancé loves the ring and really appreciate her help.
