I really like their service, they try their best to accommodate you. The instant when I walked in the store they greeted me with a warm welcome and asked me what I need assistance on. I answered that I need a gift for my mom and within few minutes the sales lady gave me some great advice and helped me picked out exactly what I wanted for my mom. I bought 2 G Shock 40th anniversary models from Legacy Jewellery today. The service is excellent and Eugene and the staff there are friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are the best I could find and they patiently set the watches up qmaking them fully ready to wear before I left the store. They carry a great selection of G Shocks including some harder to find limited editions. Also they have good inventory of the popular Seiko Presage and Diver 5 as well as the Tissot PRX and Citizen Divers. It is definitely a great place to purchase popular watches at great price. I will not hesitate to visit them again in the future for more G Shock special editions.

So I was in a lot of pain because my ear studs top broke down and my ear was bleeding bad and being very painful, then I went to this place and met Eugene and she helped me take the piercing out flawlessly. I've been searching for a jewelry store that can cut my wedding ring that had given me so much pain as I got healthier and as my fingers gets swollen continuously for the past 3 years, I even called and inquired if the Hospital emergency was able to assist me with my concerns, however due to my case not being severely injured, they've declined. I totally lost hope until I stumbled in a Legacy Jeweller store @Bridlewoodmall. I took the chance and inquired if they have a way to cut off my ring and refix my daughter's gold bracelet. Eugene was skeptical as they have never done the cutting on a finger before. As I was about to loose hope once again, Eugene suggested for us to try cutting it anyway. Just like that, Eugene was very gentle, patience and courteous, made sure I wasn't uncomfortable and in pain in anyway. It was one of the best day, the ring was off.. Now, I just had it resized and had my daughter's bracelet refixed. I was so impressed with Eugene's knowledge, accommodation and amazing service that I had my husband's wedding ring and chain resized after. Me and my family will be using Eugene's amazing services from now on. Very professional. Legacy Jeweller is the place to go for any jewelry repairs and purchases.

They may not carry a full line of watch for a specific brand, but if u are in the market for watches, definitely take a look on their website or even pay them a visit. I have a very complex watch that I needed to replace the battery, and they didn't turn me away like other places. They took their time and found a way to replace the battery with no extra charge.
