Public medical center

😠 It is shameful. Those of us who belong to this health center do not have health care. They have five telephone extensions that are always on because they pick up the phone to avoid answering. In person, the treatment is very unpleasant and lazy. Slow and very unprofessional. You cannot book an appoi... People often mention doctor, emergency, room, center, phone, appointment, people,

Emergency Outpatient Clinic in the city, with a lot of prestige, but because of how poorly they do it. On the afternoon of December 24, a family member, with reduced mobility, suffered several faints with loss of consciousness, we called 112 (they take great care of you) and they referred the doctor who treated us to the Torrent 1 "Emergencies" health center (doctor by tell him something), he insisted from his office and without going to visit the patient, that it was vertigo. We asked her, almost begging, to send an ambulance, she said that "for dizziness, she was not going to send an ambulance", with a bad tone, rude and mocking, in all the calls she made (3). After almost 3 hours of insisting, through 112. I finally sent the ambulance. That same night, my relative, upon arriving at the hospital, was admitted to the ICU for the intervention of a pacemaker, because the fainting and loss of consciousness were not vertigo, surprise!!, it was severe heart failure. With this, thank 112 for their attention. And of course congratulate the doctor for her work saving people (I say killing). It really is a shame, shame, disgust... that she is receiving a salary, which we all pay, to be a doctor. The new emergency care in Torrent is like this, if you can go, it's bad because they won't solve anything for you and if you can't go, the same thing. Now yes, minimum 1 hour wait. It's a shame because there are good doctors in the city, but rude people (like this case) make us give poor general evaluations.

It is shameful. Those of us who belong to this health center do not have health care. They have five telephone extensions that are always on because they pick up the phone to avoid answering. In person, the treatment is very unpleasant and lazy. Slow and very unprofessional. You cannot book an appointment through the application either. They only take the emergency phone and by miracle. I have been trying to make an appointment with my primary doctor for half a year, neither in person nor by phone. I'm desperate. I have just had surgery and I can't go to the health center. It seems unbelievable that the administrative staff of this center are paid every month for carrying out work that they clearly do not do.

It has a 1.7 now in January 2024 and it is too much grade, it is a shame not to be able to give a zero. The center needs a thorough external audit, they would surely file or fire half the staff. First of all, it is impossible to make an appointment through the app, you cannot call them either, no one picks up a phone. They always have about 40 people in the waiting room, the average time to be served is never less than an hour. I spent more than 15 minutes watching how no one was answering, there was no one behind the windows, normally there is only one person, who is distracted by a fly or any colleague who enters their room, they have to learn from Mercadona, where a queue forms They call another cashier. It's not that there aren't people, there is a room, the window next to reception with about 15-20 people chatting, no one sees them there and they can be calm, the carelessness is astonishing. There is no triage, no children, no pregnant women, no octogenarians, everyone waits equally. A man came in with tremors and it was the citizens who had been waiting for an hour who asked them to please treat him because he was serious, only then did they listen to him. They refer you from reception to the emergency room and from the emergency room to the reception; The nurse refers you to the midwife and the midwife to the nurse, it is desperate, everyone tries not to work. In your family doctor's office there is a psychologist consulting and she does not know anyone with the name of your doctor (it is in capital letters on the door of the office where she is attending). In one of the bathrooms there is no toilet and there is only a hole in the floor. Anyway, it looks like a third world place. I have been working for several years in other Spanish cities and it has been a shock to see the pathetic level and lack of control that exists in a medical center in my hometown, as I said, we must audit, file and fire.

You come from another community and even though you have family here, they don't serve you because "you are unsubscribed according to the system." You have to go to another counter, get a sip from here to justify that you will be here for a few days, all this by taking a number that is not fast, but while one is scanning, others with the phone off the hook... come on, if you're dying, in 2 hours they still haven't seen why you were dying! 😂 crazy. You pay your taxes for what? For this and for the salary of our rulers. Fantastic.

I took my brother to the emergency room with a bad case of the flu. It didn't take the guy 30 seconds and a wooden stick to determine that it was a simple cold. I send him a paracetamol and go home. Well, it was influenza A. With all the care we have taken, we all ended up catching it at home. And my mother was admitted by ambulance due to severe lack of oxygen. Thank goodness it was fixed in time. And the guy wasn't even wearing a mask. It is more than likely that you negligently spread the flu to your patients. The emergency room is full of cretins who hate their jobs.

I was complaining about Paterna's outpatient clinic. They are saints next to these people, 105 calls counted, to give me an appointment to deliver results that according to my doctor he cannot see on his computer.... Phone surely off the hook. You go there and they don't notice. I went for an appointment for analysis. They tell me I don't have any blood. I go to deliver the samples and they tell me what blood I have. They serve you badly and wrongly. They are a disaster. And to make matters worse, the app only works from 08:30 to 09:30 according to them. LIE. You can't even get an appointment at that time. It's outpatient trash.

Very deficient center both in facilities and personnel. All you have to do is look at the bathrooms or the reception service. They could skip those lines by simply picking up the phone. About emergencies... we are not going to talk. In my case, I come from another autonomous community (Navarra) and I have to say that the health system here leaves a lot to be desired. Don't be fooled, it's not like that everywhere.

I arrived this morning at 5:30, sweating profusely, with a 38.8 fever, looking for them to take care of me and give me a sick leave report because I started work at 7. They tell me that we are not going to treat you here and that I should go to my family doctor at 8. Excellent !

Fatal. I go to the emergency room and they tell me that my family doctor has to see me. They won't give me an appointment for two weeks (it's an emergency). We talked about it and they told me to come by first thing the next day because it's urgent. The next day my doctor doesn't have me on his list and I have to go home. I go to the emergency room again, they send me to the counter again and ask for a complaint form and that's how it's been for two weeks. Oh, and appointments through the app or by phone, no way. At the counter they go at their own pace, they have a queue to attend to and they take their time.... And so it could go on.

👍👍 Well... I started a few months ago by forcing myself... a lot of stress at work and I was beginning to lose control of my body despite having once been a very sporty person. Yoga is a discipline that is helping me to know myself, to recover as is my case... and to move forward, to where?... I don't...
