Really not impressed with the hotel. The rooms are simple and the pool is tiny. There is no kids pool so they squeeze screaming kids and beer drinking boys in the same tiny square. No space to find a quiet corner to relax. It has cheap looking plastic grass everywhere. Might work for you if you’re from Essex. Didn’t work for me. I left. Let’s see if they understand that a refund would only be fair at such a massive misrepresentation of the hotel. The price is crazy out of proportion for what they offer. Glad you enjoyed taking the money Frederick and replying to an honest review with pointless insults. It really shows your professionalism and how much you value your customers. Good hotels normally value people coming back but most of your customers feedbacks and not your friends say they won’t. I think this tells.

I would say in general a nice small hotel, but overpriced for what it is. - service from staff was excellent, probably the best feature of the hotel - pool area is small and awkward, not what you are looking for in a luxury hotel - room are ok, they have certain high end features, but not great. Our particular room seem to not have great air condition/ air flow. - nice garden trees on the property - would say probably a better place for couples than families - food was great and always arrived quickly Generally I picked this place because all the five stars, but after visiting hotel sezz for dinner, I would most like stay there next time. Villa cost was nice but I think the price point was too much for what it is. We paid 5.5k for our two room for our family of 5. However, the hotel did grow on us and we did have a good experience. It was mostly the pool and the rooms not meeting expectations for the price, but staff service was as good as it gets. Hope that helps!

The Managment and service at the “hotel” is beyond incompetent. Poor training of staff and no customer service experience whatsoever/ The owner ( Fredrick!!) is rude, unreasonable, DISHONEST, and frankly stupid. If you have any issues at the property- don’t expect him to accommodate you or even TRY to make the stay pleasurable- he wouldn’t care as long as he got paid. Amenities are also nonexistent. Rooms have ants and dirty walls. Based on 1 week stay experience - would never go back there and recommend to stay away at all cost!

The staff were beyond hospitable ! The hotel itself was super clean, chic and private. I had the most magnificent facial by Audrey at the amazing spa and would definitely come back! The rooms were spacious and the service was excellent. I cannot wait to revisit. This hotel has my heart! 💓 Lana scolaro

Spent an incredible 5 days here. The villa is gorgeous, especially the pool (it's heated!) Diane, the owner, and the entire villa cosy team are incredibly generous and wonderful people - guaranteed to make your stay. It feels equally like a home away from home as well as a luxurious oasis. I'll be back!

Amazing stay at Villa Cosy! Great for families who like their privacy. Peaceful location just a few minutes walk to the busy village of Sainte Tropez. The service and facilities are nothing less than 5 stars. This exclusive gem only accommodates a small number of guests to keep the ambiance tranquil. A private Zen space is available to book with a private hot tub and premium lounges overlooking the vineyards and villa (which can be booked separately for a larger group)! Could not recommend enough! Jimmy the hotel director greeted us personally and ensured all our needs were accommodated. Personal and professional service from all.

Really not worth the money or what I expected. Staff is arrogant and rude.

It’s a cosy unique boutique hotel indeed! We had an amazing stay at cosy villa. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the location very near by the center. The ambiance is perfect ( very recommended to couples) .

I love that cosy is in the name because this exclusively private, bougie, quaint hotel has 23 rooms, 8 of which surround the heated pool. It’s worth it to take advantage of the spa services and be sure to book 30 min for the private spa (wet sauna, dry sauna, ice chips, and 4 settings on their shower)! We ate our breakfast outside our room (continental and ala cart options) and when we took a dip in the pool the staff came out to pour our rose in plastic wine glasses. The courtyards are decorated with real lime, lemon, and pomegranate trees and again staff that is beyond helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable and the turn down service is always a beautiful touch. Be sure to ask for restauafrant recommendations as they’ll get you into the best. 🤌🏻

From the moment my husband and I set foot in this place we were made to feel like we were the only guests there. Sarah was at the front desk and became what felt like a personal concierge. The rest of the staff was so accommodating as well. Our room was incredible. Very large with every amenity and a beautiful patio adjacent to a vineyard. There was a private jacuzzi in addition to the heated public pool. The Spa had everything a spa needs including a sauna, steam room, Himalayan salt relaxation room, and it was beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous and everything was immaculate. There isn’t a restaurant but we were served room service anywhere on the property that we requested . And the food was exceptional. Unfortunately we were only there pre-cruising and only had 3 days to spend. Now that our cruise is over, we’re sorry we didn’t cancel it and spend the time at Villa Cosy instead.

This year after a trip to Italy where we visited the Amalfi coast and then Portofino, we decided to spend 4 nights of relaxation in Saint Tropez and for this we chose to stay at Villa Cozy, Hotel & Spa, a 5-star establishment. It doesn't look like a hotel but rather like a house where you feel at home. Immediately upon arrival we were welcomed like VIPs with all the staff waiting for us practically at the main entrance door. It was a welcome worthy of the great palaces of the world and at the same time very warm and devoid of any vanity. It made us feel at ease and we immediately felt like we were at home. What struck my wife, my daughter and I, was the age of all the employees? all young, very young. But then with extraordinary professionalism and maturity. When we discovered the room, I would rather say a suite, we were very satisfied: large suite separated in two, an intimate part for my wife and me, and another private part for our daughter, without forgetting the large terrace where we took our breakfast every morning accompanied by the songs of birds and cicadas. We had the impression of being famous characters from “La gloire de mon pere, (The Glory of My Father)” by Marcel Pagnol. All the charm of Provence was brought together in Villa Cozy. At all times, we were pampered by the staff and this with extreme kindness. Diane, the Owner and Manager of this charming house, was very attentive to the smallest thing and ran her business in a very intelligent way. Thanks to all this warm attention, we had a wonderful 4 nights and plan to return soon for a much longer stay. We recommend for your stay in Saint Tropez, Villa Cozy with our eyes closed; in addition, the place is located 5 minutes from Place des Lices and 9 minutes from the port, by walking.
