I highly recommend this place. One of the best burgers I have ever tried. Fresh ingredients, soft bun and extremely delicious. I loved Tiramisu as well. The chef is very kind and polite. This place is a must go when in Aix :).

Visited this place last yr while in Europe and having visited 5/6 different burger joints that week I can hands down say this was by far the best experience. The food was fantastic, burgers tasted so fresh and at this point I would have gave it 4 stars however the service provided to us by the owners was fantastic and made us feel so comfortable. A eating experience I will never forget.

We visited this lovely burger spot during our short visit in Aix-en-provence. The food was great, delicious flavour combinations and high quality ingredients. Everything was fresh and made to order. The portions were very filling, we could barely finish them! Very friendly staff and normal pricing.

I got a burger and fries delivered from this place on Uber eats and it was honestly the bomb. I’m a New Yorker and an experienced eater and food delivery recipient. I was expecting a slow delivery, but no, it arrived before expected. Burger was awesome. French fries were handcut and double fried. Super sweet delivery guy. One of the best eating experiences I had while in France, tbh. No surprise it’s from immigrants.

I had such a great meal at the Cosmopolitan factory! The service was excellent, the cook was attentive, spoke English very well and the food was AMAZING!! It was also very affordable - will definitely be back!

We are a few months late to write this review. The burgers are literally the best burgers we’ve had in Europe! They are clean and delicious! We were in Aix en Provence for 4 nights and 3 out of 4 nights we had dinner from here! It was that good! The guy running the place is the sweetest ever! He gave us complimentary fries and and chicken in the last night because we kept going there! Will definitely eat there every day when we go there again!
