It was terrible! The manager ruined our son's birthday because we couldn't prepare a surprise. We flew in from different countries and were waiting for this moment. We were not given the keys as agreed. We stood on the street for an hour. Nobody even apologized or compensated us for this inconvenience. The lighting in the room is very poor. The kettle is old and does not work. Cleaning the kitchen and taking out the trash is a requirement I met for the first time in all my travels

I put one star only because I can't put 0! NEVER choose this hotel! In 21st century there is still NO INTERNET in the hotel, like in the most hotels Cerise in France! It is unacceptable!!! There is network but it doesn't work at all! The room wasn't very clean, durty chairs outside, the water in the sink stay long time. We were two persons (the service knew this very exactly) and in the room there was only one big towel. During the only one possibility for us to take a rest between 14 and 16 the maid woman entered into the room to leave us one small towel, of course she woke us up!!! It looks like that whomever can enter in the room... Desaster hotel!

Really lovely rooms. Very clean and the most comfortable bed I have ever had on holiday. The breakfast was good scrambled eggs bacon and sausage as well as plenty of fresh meat and cheese. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely swimming pool, quite small, I used it a few times and was very happy with it, I did look at the gym which was well equipped but I didn't use it. Only a few minutes walk from the citadel. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

The room was very large and had all of the amenities one would want. The staff was kind and helpful. My only problems were that the shower was a little moldy and the layout was awkward with the bathroom in a completely separate room from the shower and sink (like on the other side of the apartment). It was a quiet space and the beds were comfortable. The best part was the parking--it was secure and free.

Friendly staff and helpful when checking in early, they did their best to have the room ready as quickly as possible. Nice rooms, big and with kitchen. Loved the indoor heated pool and best thing about the hotel for me was that it’s pet friendly. Great location, within 10min you are by the castle.

Great hotel. Very spacious room , comfortable, clean and neat. Parking was ideal. Not far from attractions, was able to walk everywhere. Would stay there again. Can highly recommend

The room looked so old! I was horrified when I entered it! Old couch,old bed,old tv...is like someone abandoned all his/her belongings in 1995 and kept it into that room. Not 3 starts standard in my opinion. Good point is the guy on reception was nice and helpful and the breakfast buffet was good but with little choices. Won't come back again.

This is a great mid range hotel cose to the old cite. The added bonus of having a pool on hot days was lovely. Staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay. And there was storage for bikes.

Friendly staff. Good location for old town (5-10 min walk). Plenty of parking. The rooms were a bit dated, and the wifi was unreliable. The pool and sauna were nice.

Very accessible from the airport and to the medieval city. Employees are very helpful and do speak lots of languages (English, French, Spanish, Italian and even Vietnamese). Would recommend!

We had a great time in Carcassonne. Our accommodation was comfortable with lovely helpful staff. Great time in the pool. It was close to everything with a bus stop extremely close, helpful to get to the lake and the wonderful O2 adventure.

A price worthy accommodation near the castle. Comfort is moderate and kitchen utensils are moderate. Staff is extremely nice and helpful.

The hotel has a perfect location to visit Carcassonne and Canal du Midi.

Nice place, clean, close walk to old and new part of town.

I has been an average experience overall although children loved the swimming pool !!!
