I'm
not
a
taco
person
at
all
but
my
charity
wanted
to
have
lunch
during
the
inventory.
So
I
was
attracted
to
this
little
restaurant.
Inside
a
room
that
contrasts
with
what
we
imagine
a
kebab
to
be.
Chill
decor,
jungle,
modern,
very
calm
and
friendly.
A
warm
and
very
pleasant
welcome.
On
the
kitchen
side,
we
are
in
a
very
clean
open
kitchen,
the
staff
wash
their
hands
and
wear
gloves.
They
are
in
uniform
and
we
see
them
cleaning
their
work
surface
after
each
order.
I
had
a
kebab
in
a
formula
at
the
right
price.
I
appreciated
the
toppings
and
the
way
of
putting
the
pancake
bread
in
the
oven
with
a
light
gratin
topping.
The
meat
was
nothing
special
but
I
was
pleasantly
surprised
by
the
salad.
In
short,
a
great
discovery
which
owes
a
lot
to
the
quality
of
the
welcome,
reflecting
the
real
passion
of
the
restaurateurs.
Make
something
simple
like
a
taco
but
decide
to
do
it
by
mastering
your
experience
from
A
to
Z.
I
saw
the
plates
pass
by
and
it
was
very
beautiful.
Add
roasted
vegetables
and
it
will
be
perfect
:-)
