It's difficult to understand a house with 40 minutes waiting for tablet with half of the restaurant empty. Weach order more 40 minutes to arrive even a beer for entry it was denied to me because I dont have table number, I normaly paid when served but what ever. I come to hotel early becuse in half hour nobody passing on the table to see if I need anything ! I don't drink more beer I don't eat the desert. And it was a Sunday. Please change the manager I don't pass here any more.

Repas excellent Service très bien. Ameli is really great serveuse, she’s take care of us I’m Really recommended it

The food was good, similar to an an AppleBees. Easy to place order. They seemed to be short staff. One server for many people.

What a place !!! My goodness !!! The staff need training in customer service. Drinks didn't come, food cold when it eventually arrived, all the 'new' items not available ! A total shambles ! Would not recommend at all, shame because it could be great. Only passing through so will not return.

I'm very unpleased about this restaurant because It literally took me 1h20min to get my food. I don't even feel like tasting the food anymore. Not professional at all. Shame on this restaurant. I'm not saying that it is the waiter's fault, bcs they're only doing their job, but they could do it faster. I do not recommend. The food was frozen, I asked for ketchup and they only gave it to me when I was done with my meal. My order wasn't even correct. When I told them that it wasn't correct they didn't even apologize. I could write a whole essay about this place.

We arrived very early, the restaurant was empate. Nevertheless, we’ve waited 1h10 and the order didn’t arrive. End up leaving the restaurant without eating.

What a shameful place! I wish l could give 0 stars. We arrived at 8 on a Sat night on our wasy to Bordeaux. The place was busy and getting busier. We were seated immediately and the waiter took our order within 10 minutes and brought us our drinks. But that was it: my beer arrived warm and it took me a while to get the attention of the waiter and have it replaced with a cold one...then finally he got me a cold beer...sadly was not the Ambree but the Rouge..which l detest and l didn't drink. Exactly an hour later our food still hadn't arrived, l went to speak to the manager and in correct French l explained that we had to be in Bordeaux within 2 hours as it was already 10 pm and we had been there waiting over an hour...She very rudely replied that it wasn't her problem...it was too busy. So we stood up and went to the bar to pay for our drinks, to then find out our order was never registered with our table, the bar made again impossibly rude almost blamed it on us ...l was stunned to see that no apologies was offered nor we were told that we didn't have to pay for the drinks because we were never served the food...avoid if you can. Awful awful place.

Been to a few Buffalo Grills and they can be a bit hit and miss but the food here was great. We had a mixture of burgers and steaks and all were surprisingly good. The staff were also excellent

Went to Dax a few years ago for holidays. Buffalo Grill was the best restaurant there. Very delicious and comfortable location.

Very good service from Pablo who was kind & patient with our family. Options for vegetarians and open on a Sunday lunchtime, which was a welcome surprise after swimming. We all ate well & the decor is authentic, just like Ruby Tuesdays in the US.
