This was our first time in the hotel. Check-in was smooth and easy even though we arrived before check-in time. On top of that we were upgraded from standard room to a studio which made our stay more comfortable. The hotel facilities are modern and clean and all the time the staff was very helpful. Overall it was a very good experience. We will come back.

My American family came to the hotel for a vacation. The children loved the pools and the surrounding area. I loved the rooms and the service. My son even left his stuffed animals in the room and the hotel staff went above and beyond to get them mailed to us. A great place to stay.

The small studio has a balcony directly in front of the mountains and the river. It has got everything we needed: a kitchenette fournished with all items, small private bathroom with a bath and instant hot water, a confortable big double bed, clean linen and towels, a table big enough for two and the Sun on afternoons coming into the studio. The spa is big, an inner swimming pool, two saunas, excellent showers. We spent 10 awesome nights here and we'd like to come back sometime.

This place the the nastiest unwelcoming place. The whole building stinks from cigarettes then they will blame you for it and charge you. The room doesn’t have stands for the showers. The heating doesn’t work. The rooms have mold. The people that work there are moldy. The only good thing is the sauna but you can stay anywhere else and use that amanity.

Really happy with our stay. Had a room overlooking the river with a view of the lift going up into the mountains. There was a kitchenette where we made ourselves breakfast. It was about 30 seconds to two minutes by foot from the restaurants we booked for the weekend. Rented skis across the street, spent the morning on the mountain (basement had lockers to store ski equipment at night) and the afternoon in the spa. The very large and strange “jacuzzi” on the upper floor barely worked (eventually closed) but the heated pool and other facilities - hammam, sauna, ambiance shower that played music while it changed colors - more than made up for it. The locker rooms were spacious and clean. The staff, though limited, was attentive, especially at the bar. We were able to use the spa until the afternoon after our checkout, which was a nice perk after a morning on the mountain but before a half day of traveling. The price we paid for the room was well worth the experience.

The worse experience I have ever had. Nasty service moldy rooms cigarettes stink everywhere

Has a slightly faded feel and the room (a triple) was small, but the price reasonable. Excellent location in the centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the bathroom was newly renovated. Good facilities with a couple of swimming pools inside, etc. Didn't use the restaurants. Overall would definitely go back.

Booked room was to small and stank (garlic) so we decide to upgrade it (paying). New one was nice enough.
