Came with 3 other colleagues and sampled a few of the dishes. Food was really good and wine selection also well matched (we let the waiter select the wines for us after ordering food). The four of us ordered 1 pastis each, shared a starter (ham), then two entrees, 4 main dish, 2 bottles of wine , one desert, one calvados/poire each and ended up paying 100€ each, which is quite good considering the value of what we ate and drank.

All the traditional foods are here and so tasty. Great service as well. The foie was to die for! Perch inside if you are not used to second hand smoke.

Great cosy place with nice deco’. Seafood is fresh and tasty. The duck is good too.

Had a late dinner here. Ordered an entrecôte with a half bottle of red and was not disappointed at all. Quick and friendly service, and huge dessert :) really good value for money.

I cannot rate this place highly enough, it's one of those occasions where you need 6 stars to emphasize just how good this place was. The atmosphere was fantastic, the service was quick and friendly, the food was just amazing, and all reasonably priced. Everything was beautifully cooked and presented. The menu choice was excellent and the fish we had tasted really fresh, as if it was caught that morning. This is a real gem of a restaurant and I strongly advise anyone visiting Toulouse to give it a try. If I was to go again the only consideration would be whether to take a child. We took our 3 Year old in, she loved it but there wasn't an infant menu that I saw, so you may need to be creative with the choice on the menu, or just give them some of yours. Enjoy

If I could rate this restaurant higher, I would! The food and wine were without fault, everything was delicious, excellently cooked and executed and good value. However it was the service that topped the night, with our waiter going above and beyond several times due to my random bout of clumsiness. Thank you for a lovely meal and great experience of Toulousian hospitality!

Very authentic place with delicious food and friendly efficient service. This type of brasserie is common elsewhere in France but it’s a unique one in Toulouse.

We are on a Sunday evening. We got the seafood platter for one as a starter. Mains were kidneys and scallops, Casoulet. All very good. Service was excellent, very attentive everyone for drinks, bread, water, etc. The atmosphere is cosy and intimate. They don't have any non alcoholic beers. I had sparkling water but still enjoyed the meal. Highly recommended.

The ultimate dining experience in Toulouse. Service from start to finish was perfect. Not a crumb of bread let the taste buds, nor eyes down. To date, one of the most memorable dining experiences I have shared with a group in a small Restaurant. Thank you to all the team, keep it up!

Typical brasserie food, typical brasserie atmosphere and AMAZING service. After a long day driving it reached the comfort food spot! The Foie gras” was May be one of the best I eat the last 13 years. Great job guys!

AMAZING restaurant. Every single bit of food was so delicious (we had oysters, snails, fish, scallops, and shrimp). The restaurant design was really lovely as well, and our waiter was fantastic (spoke English and even a bit of German!) highly recommend

Beautiful vintage restaurant with paintings of the Pyrenees and stained glass decoration. Came here on a Sunday evening with an oyster craving, chanced it with no reservation. The friendly staff got us a table and we were surprised by their friendliness all around. By the looks of this place we were expecting more snobbishness! Staff were attentive and smiling. Tables are interesting - you sit side by side with your partner, essentially looking at the couple opposite you. It felt like we were transported back in time or in a classic French movie… On a Sunday evening, there was a mix of regulars who were greeted by name and tourists. All were treated warmly and with a high degree of professionalism. This is a real gem amidst all the fast food in the area!

Had the oyster, the ribeye and something like a lemon pie. Crew tried their best to talk with us in English and Spanish. The best place in Toulouse.

Combination of excellent seafood and traditional south western dishes. Well balanced wine list. Knowledgeable and professional waiters. So popular one cannot reserve a table so best to get in early (opens at 19.00). Not cheap but great value. Thoroughly recommend

Great service and tasty seafood in a retro atmosphere. Definitely worth going for the daily specials. It's a bit more expensive than other restaurants in the area.

Had Prawn and Scallops there and it was absolutely delicious. I mean like best food I had at least this year. In combination with superb wine and great service I can only recommend this restaurant as have-to-visit in Toulouse.

The Pyreneen is everything a brasserie should be. Superb food and wine served with style. Everything dining in the city should be. Love it every time I go.

What kind of sorcery have they performed in order to get their fries to taste like that? And how am I supposed to keep on living knowing I will never eat fries like those again? Portions are huge, and the duck.. oh my gods... the duck. Just go here.

Great food and an excellent choice of seafood at reasonable prices. Only downside was the seating arrangement. It is a small place and does feel a bit crammed.

Went here on rave reviews and what a total disappointment. Ended up walking out. The starters came and they were over cooked and poor quality. The frog legs were as though the frogs had been sitting in warm water before they were cooked. The quality of the food was bad so we sent them back. I was hesitant to get the mains but we carried on as Greg manager assured us they would be great. My cassoulet arrived and my friends magres. I took my first bite and the sausage in my cassoulet was cold. I asked my friend to try and he also got a cold bite. His duck breast was not even cooked. Legit raw. This place was a family favourite for 10 years as my brother in law lived around the corner. What a complete let down. We ended up getting up and leaving. The manager said you don’t like the quality go eat elsewhere. The restaurant is apparently under new owners and riding the coat tails of the old owners revues. Do not go here. Completed waste of hard earned €. It’s not cheap either.
