Nice aparthotel a short distance from the centre. Big enough rooms, nice bathroom and a small kitchenette with all you need. No oven but there is a microwave. Swimming pool is a godsend with the current heatwave. Tram stop 30 seconds away and less than 15 minutes to the centre of town. You can have a buffet breakfast but we just ate in the room. Supermarket and bakery across the road and an Aldi and a Carrefour nearby so plenty of choice for self catering. My only complaint is that the bed in our apartment is too soft for me but that's just opinion. I would recommend for a short break in Toulouse.

We really like the location close to the tram and metro. This time we got a room on the side of the street, which was a bit noisy.

Horrible stay!! Just horrible! Their room service people literary were smoking in my room when I was out then left the window WIDE OPEN! I found out about this 10pm when I got back home could you imagine!! The room smells like filth!!

The hotel is okay for short stay. However despite informing in advance and clearing full payment due, we have not received the invoice for our stay till date. A shout out to the management to improvise the billing part as this is frustrating and disappointing!!

Although the hotel isn't in the town centre it is so easy to visit by tram or metro. The rooms are very well designed, with a small, but useful kitchen. One of the most surprising things was that the rooms be are so well sound proofed, that you can sleep in perfect peace.

This hotel has all the needed amenities and offers safe parking in the back. Our room was very spacious and clean. The tram is right next to the hotel and is a quick ride to the city center.

Horrible experience! The card key access they gave me for my 2 nights stay was not working for my second night and I was left locked outside at 2am for about 1hour. Their explanation was “we forgot to charge the card for the second night”. Horrible customer success and not even an apology. I do not recommend it’s not safe ! Book somewhere else if you want to sleep In peace !

The hotel is very well located as it is not in the centre but is only one minute away from public transport. It is reasonably priced and the accomodations are well maintained and clean. We had a problem with hot water the first day but they offered very quickly a temporary solution and solved the issue permanently the next day. The staff is very nice and helpful. The only "bad" thing would be the breakfast, as it is a little bit pricey for what it is, I think everything was bio and organic and it was a buffet, but 15 eur per person is just too pricey for the variety there was. Overall it has been a short but nice stay at this hotel and I would recommend it.

Apartment was nice, well finished and comfortable, close to transport to down town . Only thing lacking a bit was the air conditioning ( wasn't cool enough )

Rooms were tidy and cozy and staff was very nice . Only problem i faced was that they turned off ac and only heater was running. That made the situation claustrophobic since we can't keep windows open and sleep during winter.

Great place to visit Toulouse. Quite neighborhood, 5 minutes to a parking in the city center.

Really good place and worth the money payed for it. Even though the breakfast its not included; Its well equipped with cuttlery and general kitchen stuff, including microwave and fridge. Nice view facing to the Hipodrome of Zenith, and less than a block away from the closest train stop "Zenith", also the centre was less than 30 minutes by walking. The staff was always willing to help us and they seemed friendly to us. Good distribuition of the internal space, having for separate the WC and the shower in the room.

Nice small rooms with kitchen. Comfy bed. Modern interiour. I had first room towards the roundabout, that was a little bit noicy. Changed to the back of hotel. Much more silent. You do not hear your neighbours so that's a +. Verry Nice and helpful staffs!! I was here for 6 weeks.

Rooms were tidy, staff were lovely, facilities were good. Only thing I wasn’t so happy about was that you couldn’t take a bottle of water into the pool area so we couldn’t be out too long in that heat as we weren’t allowed to drink there.

The place is situated near Zenith tram station, connected with airport and centre of Toulouse town. The service here is good, any problem, just call reception and they will provide the best solution. The room is provided all the necessary things. A great apartment with all the amenities.

This is the perfect place to stay with family, kids or friends. It has the train station and supermarket really close by. It is not close to the center of Toulouse but it's only a couple stops away. Parking is available and the small kitchen area made our dinners easier to prepare and eat!

Nice location, rooms are not big but space is optimized. Staff is helpful and nice. Didn't had breakfast so I cannot say. Free outside and secured parking. Understair parking but not free. Would recommend

Very good, decent size rooms with parking. Easy access if you have a car and need to travel outside Toulouse. Town centre about 35min walk. Only thing is no gym at the property, you have to go to another venue where they have the gym. Overall very good.

Awesome experience. Breakfast is continental an it's free. Every room has a kitchen with utensils. People are so kind and very helpful

Very comfortable place, spacious room with full kitchen, clean and we'll maintained. There are few small/medium sized supermarkets in walking distance, so it is possible to cook for extended stay. The bathroom has a clothesline for hanging washed clothes. With an outdoor pool. Friendly staff. Located to a tram station for travel to/from airport, as well as a Metro station for going to the city.
