Not our kind of food. Quality stuff but I just don't really enjoy food of this kind. Was surprised that the bread was not very good and my Italian companion laughed when he saw the focaccia. The amuses-bouches did not amuse. A talented chef for sure but oh dear, give me something far less fussy, something I can gorge myself on and take real pleasure in. Service was friendly and efficient.

Disclaimer: the 4 stars are related to the expectations we have from a Star restaurant and do not have an absolute value. The food, the wine and the service are great. Compared to other restaurants of the same category we missed something. The menu is definitely creative and interesting, but next to some absolutely outstanding courses we also got a couple of dissonant notes in particular regarding the dessert. The wine advices from the sommelier for each plate were absolutely outstanding ( worth 5 stars ).

Great lunch! was Highlight was the dessert and petit four. Had the duck for main course, it was tender and not over seasoned. I was slightly thrown off by the spring rolls for appetizers, they tasted good, just not what I would've expected in the middle of toulouse. Overall delicious lunch, really enjoyed the wine pairing and great value!

We were here for the first time and the food was as we had expected. A great mixture of flavours with an excellent wine pairing. However: we would have expected when dining at a 2 star restaurant that the device could at least be able to explane the courses in English. I think this was the first michelin star restaurant in the world - and i have visited many - where I did not know what i am eating because this could not be explained in English. Well i suppose that is still the ignorance of the French. What a shame

We were looking forward our diner there but.. what a disappointment! The menu was far from original, which could have been a good way to propose some unexpected flavours but that was unfortunately not the case. Pretty tasteless and unbalanced dishes overall and we even found a bone in our fish! So if you want to enjoy some really fine food, choose another restaurant. This one is not worth the price you'll be paying.

Amazing experience! I thought it was over rated being it’s a celebrity chef owned restaurant but in fact, it’s reasonably priced for lunch at 75€ for amuse bouche, aperitif, entree, plat, desserts, coffee and inclusive of wine pairing. Drinks are almost never inclusive of lunch menus in haute-cuisine establishments, so this was a good deal. Plates are elevated, even if they do the twist on your favorite bacon and eggs for brunch, as we came for lunch..It was still a pleasant foodie experience. The flavor construction of the dishes are excellent! The location is good, quiet street at the back of the university area and going to Compans-Cafarelli. The car parkings available right in front by the street. Decoration is tasteful and elegant but not stuffy and pretentious. Service is impeccable, servers are professional but not stuck-up or snobbish. The hostess/host were friendly and smiling. Even Michel Sarran himself came to visit every table and I complimented him on giving such a good dining experience. He was nice. Well deserved of a Michelin star. I keep coming back!

Still the best restaurant we've ever visited. And we do travel a lot and eat in some exceptional places! This place is even more special as a, I proposed to my now wife in here, and b, the chef came to see us and my wife has got a photo with him. Absolutely stunning experience, from food to wine to service. Cannot fault it one bit and will definitely return when our little one grows up a little.

After going to so many one-star restaurants, there is clearly a difference with two: a level of sophistication, of preparation that is just a notch above. I have to admit that it is difficult to pinpoint any one thing, it is more like the overall experience. So much so that the "raviole" in the chocolate dessert was a bit of a letdown: it was a bit bland and therefore overwhelmed by the powerful chocolate soufflé. This was the only minor downside in an otherwise stellar experience.

👍👍 This restaurant is wven better than what our acquaintances had told us. The waiting queue lasted for about 30 minutes. I would really recommend to go there at 9PM (21:00h). At that time the first shift of people have finished their dinners and you will not have to wait any time whatsoever. The meat...
