When
we
arrived
at
the
check-in
time,
they
said
that
we
had
no
booking,
so
I
had
to
show
them
the
receipts/bills
and
emails
confirming
the
booking
but
they
refused
to
let
us
go
to
the
room
in
really
bad
manners.
After
+2
hours
waiting
they
called
another
worker
who
recognized
this
was
a
known
issue.
We
were
fainted
because
this
was
a
24h
stopover
on
our
flight
and
they
knew
this
was
an
issue
on
their
side
when
they
refused
to
let
us
rest
in
the
room
while
waiting
for
them
to
solve
it.
When
they
solved
it,
the
room
was
not
meeting
our
booking
requirements.
