When we arrived at the check-in time, they said that we had no booking, so I had to show them the receipts/bills and emails confirming the booking but they refused to let us go to the room in really bad manners. After +2 hours waiting they called another worker who recognized this was a known issue. We were fainted because this was a 24h stopover on our flight and they knew this was an issue on their side when they refused to let us rest in the room while waiting for them to solve it. When they solved it, the room was not meeting our booking requirements.

The rooms at very small and smell like tobacco. The staff wasn't very helpful and refused to give us enough towels for everyone.

It's really an economic room. It will be really helpful for a stay if traveling for a long journey ( it can be a stop by). It is better to book online. They serve breakfast and I would say it is a light one. There is a very good safety system around the building. The receptionist speaks French and English. Once the door is closed inside it is very dark even on day time.

The room was smoky, it was noisy all night from traffic outside, it needed a good dusting and the shower was broken on the wall so had to hold.

I was here for work, so i only stayed for one night. The rooms are really small, and the bathrooms are even smaller. All you can eat breakfast is served for 5€ extra (per person). In my opinion, you should stay in this hotel if you are here for work, or if you are just passing by and have to stay somewhere for the night.

There was a family of small cockroaches in the room. I will never forget this experience. It was the worst experience I’ve had in my life during a night stay. The bathroom is ridiculously small. The shower is an absolute joke. Warning: if you are physically bigger than average, you won’t be able to shower without constantly rubbing against the curtain (that maybe isn’t cleaned so often) and the shower ‘wall’ itself. The whole room seemed like it was made of plastic. Like a doll house. The automatic snack machines were not working. The breakfast was fine for the price. Nothing tasty but a variety of basic foods and drinks. No complaints about the breakfast. The positive part for me was that there was parking included in the price. Since I was traveling by car and had a lot of belongings inside the vehicle, this part was quite handy. If you go here, be aware that you are getting a very low quality. But the price is quite cheap.
