Staff need to know about Sequence service . . •Welcoming - taking order - how to serving- following up and the most important thing *menu knowledge* Please Make sure all your staff training well , I ordered a fattoush , french fries and steak& mushroom . •Fattoush : fried bread - lettuce - cucumber- tomatoes - slice of radish - pomegranate seeds and sesame !! (Dressing pomegranate sauce and olive oil and lemon ) and summac . No rocket leaves no fresh mint and purslane !! And I found something in the bowl I show it to the waiter and he told me maybe fell down from wrap or something !!!! Very weird 🙄 This is a seasonal salad not a fattoush !! • French fries is very tasty with garlic deep 👍 •mushroom steak : there is no mushrooms and I have been ask the waiter if it has onion she told me No it has green pepper and sweet pepper only she didn't inform me it has cheese as well . And I inform them to serve the salad first they Bring the fries first !! For the manager he didn't make a table visit to take a feedback from me !! Finally I get 2 bills !!! That's why I'm telling the story of my experience at zaroob .

Very interesting place. The decor really creates good ambiance and makes for a good dining experience. The food is tasty for sure. I love the hummus with beef. I just wish they had a larger variety of meat options like mixed grills. But the shawarma platters are amazing. I have to go back to try the desserts.

If you are in downtown and looking for an delicious brunch or dinner, this is the best place to choose. I have never tasted falafil so fresh in my life. From the humus to everything they serve is absolutely amazing. Pros : taste is great, very fresh, great service, very close to metro, great location and ambience. Cons : none I'd highly recommend everyone to have a visit one and you'll love it.

This is a lovely bright restaurant.. we got there for a late lunch on Eid. Great service. Love how the bill came in a cassette cover, was a nice touch.

I had the man-ouche and my boyfriend had the banana and Nutella fateer. We shared falafel. Everything was delicious and service was great. It was breezy outside but that didn't detract from the experience at all.

Fabulous food, gorgeous Interior and amazing waiting staff. We were in the mood for Lebanese and man they were up to the task. All good that they served was fresh and amazing. The waiting staff told us where to stop ordering because he didn't want us to waste food which was very apt and good. Hummus with beef, amazing. Hummus with chickpeas is brilliant. Great Turkish coffee and kadar chai. We went for a combo plate and a roll. All in all, I would recommend and visit the place again.

Many varieties of Lebanese/Palestinian cuisines. Loved the restaurant decoration, they had a large seating area in the first floor. The prices are reasonable and the food was fresh with good quantity for each plate. We ordered multiple dishes and all of them were delicious! Highly recommended.

They are definitely famous for serving a selection of authentic Lebanese delicacies. My overall experience was pretty awful as we had to wait for almost 35 minutes after placing our orders. For some reason, the staff forget some of our order and we had to wait more time.The staff were also very friendly. The food taste is also decent.

Food is well prepared but suffers from lack of flavors, very bland… Portions are on smaller side for the price. Breads are incredible, fresh and very testy. Service is slow and place smells not that appetizing.

One of my all time favourites for chicken shawarma . I did delivery most of the times and there were issues few items too but they always fix it . The website and contact info needs some work for sure . But it’s one of those places that I always return to simply because of the quality of food . Drinks are good too and they have iftar menu this month as well. Nicely done restaurant which can be quiet busy at times . It’s 24 hours so that’s another reason to rely on this place . Staff is polite and friendly.

I really enjoy the delicious food each morning, the beautiful atmosphere and interior, and the great music. Their manakeesh are tasty. Each time i come, I like to try a new plate from them, and they never disappoint. Also, i want to thank Justine with his great service, he is always above and beyond to make sure everything is great.

This is a delicious and cozy place specially for breakfast and lunch. The vibe in the terrace is great and quiet, ideal to chat while you eat. The staff is very nice, they ask you frequently if everything with your meal is ok. Cost/value relation is great, prices are not high at all for Dubai. Here I tried a very delicious chicken shawarma and falafel, hummus is very tasty too. Location is very close from Financial Center metro station.

I ordered 2 egg’s & potatoes plate with cheese, they were very very delicious. I was kinda concerned if it would be the same as the middle east one, but it was perfectly splendid. I really liked it and my American friend tried it for the first time he loved it. Never disappointed. Thank you so much.

From day one I have discovered this place 9 years ago I still love it and never get disappointed. Very nice decor especially outdoor sitting is great during the winter on the busy street. The food is regular arabic dishes with hot or cold mezze, a lot of bread. Many vegetarian or non vegetarian options. All taste amazing fresh and the portions are great too. I recommend taking karak tea pot to share you can add sugar by yourself which is great. Enjoy

Will give him 5/5 on their ambience and what they have done with the place. It is amazing and brillant i would say. I really love their Halloumi fried cheese, tahini and hummus. However the service is awful compared to the rest of the restaurants in the area. That's why it does fall a bit short compared to it's competitions i would say.

Good outdoor sitting but service is below average, Shawarma is pathetically small considering the price they charge, the pita bread is NOT even freshly made! It's to avoid, Go elsewhere!

Foods were tasty whatever we ordered but service team was terrible unfortunately. When we reached the place , nobody showed any table so we just sat a table randomly and then no one gave us any menu or no one asked us if we need anything even if i was taking look at waiters to get some attention. I just called one of waiters after 15 min to ask check without ordering foods and having any menu to see their reaction. That moment they realized they didn’t even give menu yet. Thanks for terrible service , but foods were tasty.

I came to try Lebanese branded ice cream Bachir. The tastiest and sweetest ice cream. it's love at first bite. This is true. We also ordered the shawarma platter. The beef meat was very greasy we didn't like it and the chicken was tasty. I liked the decoration of the place and the service is good.

One of the best Arabic restaurants I come across in whole UAE. Service was bang on time without any delay and all my special request were served. The food is amazing, specially the Beef Shawarma Rice bowl with salad, a complete meal. When u visit u must try their fresh breads which are out of this world.

Used to be a thrill to come to visit and eat at Zaroob Now it's pathetic, music is far too loud and we're sitting on a dirty pavement and surrounded by cheap aluminum cladding. I'm happy to say that the food is very tasty but way overpriced for ambiance that's being offered. I will never come again as long as they have this seating arrangement. Honestly very dissapointed😢

We dined at Zaroob on Sheikh Zayed Rd Dubai for the first time and have to say it was a very pleasant and enjoyable dining experience. Service was very good, food excellent quality and Justine the waiter was very good in looking after us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and we'll certainly come back here again.

I have tried multiple Mediterranean places in Dubai. This is by far is the best. Everything we ordered tasted amazing and fresh. Oh highly recommend the fact beans and the zaatar

We visited Zaroob to give it a second chance after disliking it last year. We ordered a bunch of dishes, they all came at different moments and after ages, we paid for 12 falafel and got 8, the shawarma's pickles were so bad I thought the meat was spoiled. Staff was friendly but food tragic, we won't clearly be back.

The food was amazing, it was a really vibey place and the staff was so sweet and funny so overall it was a really good experience and the food was at a reasonable price too! I would definitely go there again when I'm craving for some Lebanese cuisine!!
