This was one of our favourite place for years! We planned to spend our Saturday in Trakai and first thing we wanted to get food in this place. Arriving to the place this type of view meets you (see the image attached). Tables are dirty and waiter declared that they are not robots, understanding they wanted to say that they have no time to tidy up or something. Lastly, food pieces were laying on the ground. Avoid this place at any place!

Very unfriendly staff, when we sat down outside nobody came up to serve us, I had to go inside myself to ask for a menu and even after this nobody came up to take our order. Kibinai were good, service was fluent and view on the castle and lake very attractive as decor. Seems to be even more attractive to visit in summer time while also enjoying lake activities or visit to the castle.

It was self service restaurant with weird service. We ordered food via QR code on the table and paid online. But no message arrived that we can take our food. So basically you need to go couple of times and check if food is ready which is unfair considering such big prices.

Beautiful views over the lake and castle. The iced coffee was delicious and a very good price for the size and location. The seating out on the grass by the lake is very comfortable and there is no pressure to rush your drink.

View from most of the restaurant is amazing. The service seemed quite lazy though and my food arrived undercooked. Not too happy as a restaurant but it would be a nice place to sip some coffee or another beverage.
