I had a bad experience with the owner of this property. I booked a room the day before for one night, it was the only available on a budget. The day after we called the staff asking if we could arrange the check in time. The staff made us aware that the check in should have been done by 3 pm (as the booking terms). First I talked to the wife, then I was contacted by the daughter and eventually I talked to the husband whilst I was riding a bike. I asked to check in as soon as possible for me by 5 pm but they didn’t agree in any way because they were supposed to attend a wedding. I offered to meet them wherever they were to pick the key up. All my efforts to find a compromise were useless. It was my fault not to have read the policy well and for this reason they had the right to keep all the money. I was disappointed to know that Booking hosts people that have nothing to do with tourism and kindness. They are not able to understand the travellers’ needs, they just sell rooms on their terms whatever happens. I highly recommend not to stay in this place.

Ambiente nauseabondo... Mobili antichissimi, doccia che perde acqua... Pompa di calore che fa solo rumore.. Privo di ascensore e di agevolazioni per portatori di hendicap... Anziano proprietario tirchio e subdolo (alla fine e solo alla fine mi ha chiesto la tassa di soggiorno) (ma senza emettere ne scontrino ne fattura)... PORTE COL VETRO E FANNO ENTRARE LA. LUCE E NON DORMI.... FRIGO PIENO DI MUFFA E FUNGHI ((DA VOMITARE)).. E INFINE 35 € A NOTTE A PERSONA 😱😱😱
