Safe and easy port, very walkable. The food is amazing and cheap. Easy the walk. Highly recommended, enjoy!

Very busy port. We were with a tour bus. You must know someone to get straight to the front of the line. Otherwise, good luck getting inside due to the longest queue. Once in, everything run quite smooth. If you like the info I've shared, please like my posting. Thank you.

Don't arrive too early. You will not be allowed to park up and wait. Besides that smooth service we'll marshalled and knowledgeable staff

Very difficult to arrive. Almost always a traffic jam that causes a long queue to get on a ferry. Boarding procedure is fine.

Fairly efficient and not too confusing. As a foot passenger you just walk in, try to find your boat by sight and go through to the tent holding area adjacent to it. They allowed us to enter and leave the boat before the cars unlike Palermo.

it's pleasant to be able to eat fresh meat and fish on the street. I would add public toilets monitored by the cleaning service.

If you arrive early, parking may be a problem as there are no designated parking lanes . If your asleep, you get woken up by someone to ask where you are going instead of being issued with a A4 coloured sheet showing your destination which you then display in your windscreen. Toilets are a fair distance away.

Not bad, just make sure you have your "passo" with you when leaving the port if you are a seaman. And its not far from the center of Palermo, maybe just like 10 minutes from it.

I would say well organized. But it has been a puzzle getting out of taking Messina direction towards Cefalú We kept going round stopping and asking people about the route.

Not much to see at the port other than ferries loading (cool for Euro Truck fans!). Nice views of the mountains and a bit of the sea though. If you're traveling from North to South Palermo (or vis versa), stop by, but don't make a trip for it.

Relatively well organized, safe waiting for the ferry. Lot's of screeming and yelling, so everything seems to be o.k. it's Italy!

you can't clear view the sea if you just walk through, crowded place,

Organised disorganisation!! Amazing how they ride the trucks and how many 40ft containing the ferry from Genova holds!! Customer handling could improve with little effort. No need to go 3 hours earlier to embark in reality. If it rains there no shelters.
