Good, not great and definitely not the best, many problems with cable machines, specially the 2 handed cable machines (never in sync). Some machines are so bad I gave up on them such as: Leg Extension machine has a very bad support pad you will feel pain if you increase the weight Leg curl (both machines) 1 has a very bad range if motion and the other is just bad in every way All cable machines are never in sync (left hand and right hand will never be in sync because of the bad cable quality) Good squat rack, the only thing that makes me a frequent user to be honest The benches are very good They have a good selection of weight plates (normal and bouncing ones) They only sell water (many times sold out too) no pre or post workout supplements or snacks Air quality is a hit and miss, if few people are in the gym, you will be ok. If the gym is crowded (like most summer days) you will have hard time breathing Even with lebanon’s collapsing currency we still pay 40$ and yet they do not provide electricity all the time and when they do the ACs they turn on are not enough And as a bonus, most of the coaches don’t know how to coach also they tend to use benches instead of step up pads which means the foot of their clients are placed where your head typically is

It is a great place to have any kind of workout. The equipment is pretty good too. The only problem for me was some of the teachers that don't always show up on time but other than that i would definitely go there.

I've been a member of this gym for more than 3-4 years. The place itself is very diverse. Previously had a mini football court and basketball court. But as of writing now, there currently is a crossfit area (one of the best in the north) and some padel courts that are very well prepped. A nice tennis court is also available. The reception area has some equipment for sale if youd like as well. A "cafe" with sport snacks and drinks is also available. The upper floor has a big gym with most equipments youd need. Sadly maintenance is not being done regularly enough and there can be improvements to be made but most equipments are in good condition and nothing is rusty. There are 3 or 4 available classes with mutliple different workouts such as spinning or zumba with fun energetic instructors. If you are an intstructor with a huge group of clients you can rent out a room if you discuss with the front desk beforehand. Programs are made for children every once in a while such as summer camps with fun activities. Memberships are slightly pricey but manageable. Only street parking is available, or you can use the spinneys parking space across the street. Gym is open from 7am till 10pm on most days, but closes at 8pm on saturdays. As for classes and court availability, you have to inquire for updated schedules.

The facility, community and staff here are extremely amazing. A great atmosphere to challange and evolve your body. In the 3 months doing Crossfit with coach Ramzy I've gained so much energy and toned my body.

The gym is very, very poorly maintained: 1. In the showers, all the towels hangers are broken, some shower heads not working 2. The straps on the bicycles at the gym are torn 3. I don't know why they have a very strong AC in the showers, which might get you sick if you're hot and sweating and pass underneath it .... These are my observations after my second day at this gym, actually I regret buying a membership. Seems the owners don't spend a dime on maintaining the facility. There is nothing that this gym offers that gives it an edge over a cheap gym. The staff are very friendly and helpful, Abdul Rahman, Maya and Siddiq I will keep updating my review
