The atmosphere is very nice. The service is very nice. But unfortunately the food is not good. The choice of how dishes are put together is not good. Ingredients are not high quality. Too greasy and and not enough attention to the taste of food. This could be a great restaurant if they change the approach to what they use to make food and how the make it .

Ok,so it's monday night in Trois Rivieres on Les Forges street..not to many restos are open,so we chose this pizza place because of the nice and crowded terrace. Unfortunately our waitress had a busy night so she was not the most friendly of waitresses, she looked tired and her smile was i guess on vacation. The antipasto was ok..over cooked calamari and fried shrimp the other food on the board was just ok. The pizza was alright, not what i expected from this kind of Italian resto. The crust was good though..but i have had better from other Napolitain pizza ovens. Maybe we were just bad lucky on this monday evening. I would give this resto another shot but just for the pizza.

We were cruising through parts of Canada and stopped for a couple of nights in Trois Rivière’s. We decided to go for a stroll through the old town by the river. Charming place!! We looked at a couple of menus posted outside restaurants (all in French) and decided on Angéline. We sat outside at a nice table “street-side”, which wasn’t an issue because that part of the street was for pedestrians only, so we were able to people watch and enjoy the nice day! This was a great find!! They make delicious pasta from scratch daily! I had linguine Bolognese, my wife had a personal sized pizza. We both thought these were delicious! Mine was SO good that I couldn’t stop eating it LOL! Our server was Pier-Luc. He spoke English, as did everyone else there that we met. He was very helpful! Glad to have him! I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant if you are in town! Trés Bien!!!

Amazing restaurant. A place you must visit if you are in trois rivières. Everything we had was exquisite, you could taste every ingredient. And what to say about the restaurant ambiance & decorations, it made you feel like being on a family restaurant in Italy

Setting was nice. To bad the food was terrible my daughters pasta came in one big clump stuck together when I showed it to the waitress she did not see anything wrong with it. I was quite dissatisfied with our pizza it dibbled as a frisbee. Well over done and tasteless

Small portions, food definitely not worth the price. Waitress messed up our order and we were served the wrong dishes so we had to wait more. Overall, would not recommend.

Fettuccine Pesto was disgusting pasta was under cooked. And thr pesto was tasteless. I then mentioned it to my waitress she offered to replace with spagetti pasta with the pasto, it didn't change the fact that the Pesto was still tasteless. I did not eat it but was still charged for it. And gave me a dessert which i cannot eat as i am diabetic. DON'T ORDER THE PESTO!!!

The Bruschetta was hopeless. Totally waste of money. Even worse than we make at home. Everything was falling down from the bread. In the name of Bruschetta just kept raw tomatoes on top of the bread slice and put a little cheese. Rest pasta and pizza were excellent. Please remove Bruschetta from your menu it is not even worth t2dollars and you charged 11 dollars for the same.

The place's look and feel is quite neat and cozy. The pizza seemed small for the price, but was in fact quite thick with ingredients and very good. The prices are not cheap. We ended up with quite a bill without taking any alcohol. Recommend still.

Can i just say, the ambience in this restaurant was fantastic. Our waiter was very attentive and the woodfire pizza was very satisfying. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to families, friends, and couples looking for a night out.

The four cheese pizza was simply amazing. Our serveuse was so friendly and cheerful and the ambience was very nice! I wish they had a branch over in Montréal because I would definitely come back multiple times

Located in the walking plaza on Rue des Forges, this is a lovely Italian restaurant in Trois Rivieres. The range of pasta sauces is significant, but beware: the pasta dishes are enormous, definitely large enough to share, so plan accordingly. Also, the lemoncello tartuffo is definitely worth a try for dessert if you like lemon.

It was hard to find an open restaurant for lunch on a Monday. Angeline's was the first we found along the main street and we were relieved to enter into a warm family restaurant. It was quite busy with a tour bus group. We were served quickly and the food was hot with generous portions. Our party had both pizza and noodle orders. Everyone was happy!

Service was good but the food did not reflect the price. $20 for bolgonese pasta and there was very little meat in the meat sauce. Tasted okay but not amazing or worth $20 in my opinion.

Pizza was uncooked under toppings. Pasta was very aldente and sauce was bland. Inedible. Staff was courteous and the restaurant itself is very beautiful and warm. Nice ambiance and place to sit.

3.5 🌟 The service was amazing, don't waste you time with the bruschetta as it was big flavorless chunk of tomatoes on a soggy bread covered with a bit of parmegian. The pizza was delicious the highlights was definitely the dough (solid dough seriously) the topping layout wasn't the most visually appealing and look like they where carelessly thrown on there. The pasta and Bolognaise was dry and bland, similiar to pasta that would come from a box and sauce from a can.(though they claim to have home made pasta it didn't feel/tasted like it.) Loved the very rustic decor though. It's a very nice place.

1st time eating here:. Service: Good service 3/5🌟 waitress very attentive, maybe because it wasn't busy at time. Food: 2/5🌟 we ordered an antipasto, the squid(calamari) was overcooked, old or refried from yesterday. Bruschetta, tomatoes should be smaller and lacked seasoning and flavor. Main course: 0/5🌟 I ordered the calzone, had 2 bites with pepperoni and the rest of the calzone was totally empty, I told the waitress when she picked up my dish and the restaurant still charged me for the full meal, even if 98% of my meal stayed on my plate. Presentation: 0/5🌟 got a BIG empty calzone berried under a very large amount of tomato sauce and cheese. It looked like they were hiding something. Oh! Yes! an empty calzone. Gordon Ramsay would not be happy with this dish.🤬 To compensate for the bad calzone, they offer me dessert or a fancy coffee to choose from the dessert platter. Since, I don't eat desserts, I picked one of the fancy coffees, and what did a get you ask, a regular coffee 😂. My friends all had pasta dishes, the plates looked good, but not sure if they liked it, since only 1/5 finished everything, as for the rest a little less than half went to the garbage. Place: Nice ambiance, I liked the seating arrangement, it's different, but not easy to get to your seat. Since it's Italian, I was hoping for some beautiful Italian music, we got dance music instead. Price: 2/5🌟$$$$ it's like any other overpriced Italian restaurant. Paying 18$ to 29$ for a plate of pasta it's ridiculous, especially when you know the price of pasta and even if the pasta is freshly made. I never pick Italian as a restaurants.( No, it wasn't my choice) Would I go again, good question 🤔 only if I had no other choice, but probably not.

Pasta alfredo didn’t worth its 23$. Overpriced. Everything beside pasta and sauce is extra.

I had such a great experience at this restaurant. The food was very tasty (we had the grilled calamari, crispy prawns, carbonara linguini and creme brûlée for desert…). The service was excellent (big highlight to the waitress with shorter hair and blue eyes as she was super friendly and provided to us with an outstanding service - too bad I didn’t ask her name to tell her manager she’s doing a great job). I’d highly recommend this place.
