Food is as expected. The staff could benefit from more training. Check to make sure all your items are in the bag. That said, who I assume is the manager is quick to act if something is wrong. So A+ on that side.

Ok to begin with my Super Croque chicken tasted and looked like Burnt chicken…In the sandwich my lettuce was BROWN! When it is not green! Do not serve it! Well it ended in the trash… My food was not good at all… The young cashier made mistakes on my order so i had to return… My other chicken were overcooked and so were the fries… One of the cooks kept on going outside to chat with friends that were waiting for him outside as his boss kept on going to go get him non stop…Result? slow service… Even if they seemed to have changed administration… They still need to get BETTER! After this awful super croque and overcooked orders, i am never going to return to be honest…

Little update from yesterday! Since it has changed, i returned to see. I was served with a smile and with kindness for once. The new girl was very nice and sweet. She had made a little mistake but she quickly corrected it. The food was great and not greasy and the sauce was not watery like a year ago... I very satisfied of the changes! One thing...bring back the green salad! lol!

I am not scared to say that the service have changed and the quality as well. The service was impeccable and the food was excellent and freshly made! There was a little mistake in my order but the young lady that works in the kitchen was very kind, professional and fixed the little mistake with a smile and kept her smile and joyful self. The person who served me at the cash was also super friendly and professional too! I Adored my experience this time! After not going for a while because the last people who worked there last time i went were not professional and not kind at all and the food last time was also questionnable. But i admit this time everything was awesome! The service people were not the same people and they were fantastic and the food was great compared to my last experience. Thank you for everything today! Glad this PFK decided to take a changing road for the best!

Hot and fresh fried chicken served with reasonable price. Dinning area is clean. Need to wait for 20 mins in peak hour.

Obviously you don't go KFC for healthy food, but it's a great guilty treat. I was served quickly and the staff was very nice and courteous.

This place is dirt as hell. I am not sure how would a dead body smell like but its certainly not worst than here. . I am honest. It's really disgusting.
