Awful service. Waited for forty minutes to get a club sandwich before asking for a refund. I went to Normandin instead and it took ten minutes to get served a club. I’ll never go there again.

Pizzas cold already on the heater... Super flat pizzas...not much in them... The fries...took so long for them to refilled... They barely had any when we went and they were...a little warm..but not hot... Salad bar...weird..ingredients missing... The plate...made of paper...what is that!? The price was........ok.. We wanted to try it...result? Done and not returning...ever... Very dissapointed...

Really bad experience to order from them order for delivery in my hotel they almost tool 90 mins for delivery and when we receive pizza it was completely burnt and we called them for replacement guy said 20-30 mins will deliver new one but nobody came to deliver for replacement pizza and they stop answering my phone really bad service waste of time

Basicaly a mcdonalds, employies don't wash their hands, the order is always missing something and 3 hours worth of waiting

Servers were really polite. Even when the person was having little knowledge of english, still they listened to my order very patiently since i don’t know french. Pizza was tasty.

The food to eat in place is regular/good enough for the price. Sadly, my review today isn't positive. Throughout the year, I've been ordering online delivery, and more often than desired, we had issues with the quality of the food, presentation, or missing stuff. Im not a client anymore after an unacceptable situation where our food arrived with clear evidence of being manipulated to "steal" food and make it look like all the 6 pizza pieces where there as it supposed to be. Also, the cardboard box came in a very disgusting way, as if someone stepped on it. I'll recommend not choosing the online payment and paying it at the door (if you are willing to take the risk), verifying your items before accepting the delivery, and be careful to receive what you deserve. A clean and proper service and not a mediocre meal. For the same price you can get even better and more food, and quality service in other stores around the area. As I said, I had enough.

Once, I ordered online, paid with my credit card. After my order has been paid, I realized that I forgot to buy drinks. So, I called the restaurant to ask them to add it to my order and they couldn't make it. Because , what I've been said that a 2L of crush isn't enough for the delivery. Even ifi my order was still at the restaurant. They could just bring it to me on a 2nd bill. This picture is supposed to be a poutine with sausage + extra sausages....
